I have bought all five new appliances from this store and through Anmol. He has been very polite and gave answers to all our questiins to our satusfaction.

Very poor customer service. We ordered new appliances and paid full amount that they asked for. However they kept postponing our delivery thrice and finally when they sent we got open box appliance with dents and damages. We paid for new appliances but they sent us display items for the price of new ones. Had to argue with them daily over phone until we got our appliances. Once their manager was rude while he talked to us! It’s unfortunate that we paid full amount and kept waiting and arguing to get the items for what we paid for. I don’t recommend them!
