More than a year before it is required I booked all appliances for my new home. They could not supply all appliances. One of the appliance is damaged. I do not have lead time for three remaining appliances. They are giving me approximate time of mid-march. I am living in my house without appliances. It seems lot of mismanagement, irresponsible people.

What a hassle getting my microwave. Wish I knew there delivery status prior to ordering and getting a new kitchen designed. I booked 7 appliances in 2020 with a deposit and paid the remaining balance before they delivered in Sep 2021, except the built in microwave and I was told initially 6 weeks and now it has been almost 2 years since my order and I haven’t received my microwave yet. I call them every once awhile to checkup the delivery status and they don’t hesitate to give me a new ETA. Not happy at all.

Amrit has been very helpful and excellent in providing service and options for appliances. I have been dealing with Ourr Home for more than 7 years and have been very satisfied. My Complaints!

Special thanks to Amrit to fulfill the commitment of the delivery especially while supply chain was fully affected after the pandemic.

So far i have not managed to purchase the appliances but in last one week i have queried and spoke with this guy named Sukhwinder in the store and over the phone almost over 7 - 8 times and every time asking for different selection.
His energy level and willingness to help is outstanding. Depending on the price that i get as compared to other I would go with this purchase or not but i would say his customer service is very good and he is so humble in explaining the details.

We made a recent purchase at this location. They offered a very good price compared to big stores. They need to improve on their customer service skills. We had to wait before someone helped us at the store. The delivery guys were rude, they don't wanted to cover the full floor. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience overall.

This store is a deal maker. Recently purchased a full set of appliances and this particular sales girl name Amrit is awesome. She has excellent product knowledge and will explain in detail about the features of the appliance and will get you the best price.

We were looking for appliances; due to COVD there was a big waiting time.
Sonia at Etobicoke location, she is super helpful, very knowledgeable about the different models, she help us not only to pick the best that fits our needs also managed the shipping very well on time.
After two months there was an issue with the Samsung dryer, she was super helpful to manage the support with Samsung and fixed the issue in timely manner.

All sale person are scam artist. I bought dishwasher in sept 2021 after use 3 times dishwasher stop working. Called customer service and all.after 4 months they officer me a replacement. They told that I will get brand new washer. But other gave as a used one. We realize after install (found rotten wast food stuck corner of door behind rubber insulation)
Don’t believe those people and don’t waste ur money.

I was looking for a new washer/dryer combo. After spending some time doing research on who could provide the best price, Ourrhomeappliances was easily the cheapest. There was no negotiation required, Amrit (the rep) gave me the lowest cost immediately and it was already a few hundred dollars less than CAS (which I considered before to be the cheapest option). Amrit kept me in the loop about the products I wanted (since they were under backorder) and was friendly/informative. Definitely call them first to just to see the difference they provide from a cost perspective and then compare it to other vendors. Will be purchasing from them again.

Just want to thank Sarab and Shailesh and the staff at the Fasken Dr.location. This was my second purchase from them. Unfortunately because of this particular Whirlpool stove taking longer to manufacture (because of Covid delays) I did have a longer wait but it was delivered today just in time for Christmas. Really happy about that. Delivery guys are always mindful and handle the items with great care and professionalism. Always a bit lower priced than the other big box stores. Still have more things to purchase from them in the future.

I recommend this place to everyone who needs to buy new appliances. They have got a lot of choice and as per my experience the product selection, delivery and after sales everything is 5 stars.

Super customer service, we called to order an open box, but they said the damage was beyond what we would want, but they were willing to honour a past sale price (only a small increase from the open box) if we were able to wait a few weeks for inventory. When the appliances did not fit in our SUV (1 inch short!) they were able to arrange delivery. The delivery company they used was efficient, installed and hauled away for a nominal fee. Thanks Amrit!

One stop shop for all of your appliances need, I bought entire set of appliances from these guys. Our sales Rep was Roopali she was very professional, I got all the appliances within a month as she promised. I installed dishwasher myself and couldn't able to do successfully, I called store, Shailesh came in to my house in one day fixed the problem without any charge.

Not sure who is giving there guys reviews may be their internal people. Its their service is third class. They are really are living the dream of good service providers. We had nothing but issues:
1) We ordered our appliances back in April, 5 of them

we only received 3 so far r
1) Stove
2) Washer Dryer (Cheated was dented) (but our fault we did not check the same day we checked while installing so be careful inspect the appliance right away before signing teh delivery document and check front and back with 10 eyes around and doublecheck.)
3) Hood Fan

We are waiting on our delivery of
1) Refrigerator earlier ETA was June15, then June 30 and till today july 9th did not receive the appliance.
2) Dishwasher

the worst part is we are keeping on calling them and they say the agent who sold you the appliance will call you but never received the call.

We have left numerous messages.up to 20 now with no response.our agent dealing was Rupali she never answers the call either on lunch or in head office every time new excuse.

Please pay more elsewhere and don't waste your time.

Please call me if you need any proof.

Our stove top brill cracked only in one month of use and we are still waiting on their resolution.

Very poor customer service. I bought all appliances from them. The fridge I ordered was the wrong size and they troubled me so much to get that exchanged.the manager (Shailesh) there, is rude and plays dirty. He speaks a different amount in every statement and forgets what he said last. I pointed out his lies to him 2-3 times. They ultimately charged more even on the very last day before delivery. I paid but i wish people really read this review and think twice before buying any deals from them. It was one of the worst experiences. I regretted even seeing their ad in facebook. I would have given them a -100 if i could.: (

Had 8 Appliances delivered! All in very good condition!
The washer was not working and after some talks they replaced it for me but it could have been handled easier, hence the 4 star. The replacement came with free removal of the old unit and the delivery guys assembled it free of charge and re-stacked it since the old one was not functional.
The prices were great however!

The worst experience I have ever had! We got our appliances from here and got warranty. My stove stopped working after 6 months. I called the store to come fix it but they lied to me saying that they can't get a part for Whirlpool parts. I called them for good 2 months and they did not take me seriously. I went and bought the same Whirlpool part in one day without any trouble. Do not get any appliances from these guys. They put old appliances in new boxes and call them brand new. They are a scam. Avoid at all cost.

Good people and overall a good experience. I got the wrong hose for the dishwasher but they quickly sorted it out. As a landlord it is important to have a good relationship with a supplier of open box appliances.

I wish there was a zero star. Poster child of a fraudulent, dishonest, scamming business. Not a single statement provided by the salespersons are true; bunch of liars and trying very hard to push second hand, dented, open box items. This is not an appliance store, rather a liquidation or a thrift store like. For any cost, just avoid this store to save yourself from frustrations. Haven't received a single appliance for a order placed in September.no communication whatsoever.everytime I call them, they push out the estimated delivery date by another month, now its sometime next year: (I doubt whether they are an authorized reseller for the appliance companies or not.

Great to do business with. All done as promised. Unfortunately I had some issues with the refrigerator purchased. Thanks to Sharan and Ankit, they persuaded strongly with the manufacturer on my behalf leading to desired results. I would recommend them highly for their after sales service which is the most important thing when buying consumer durables.

So far so good. Been in dozens of times and finally made the decision to purchase a new Whirlpool fridge straight from the warehouse in Milton. Guys came and carefully installed the fridge. Great prices and fast service. We had to purchase a fridge in an emergency and within a day we had the fridge delivered. We dealt with the Etobicoke location and it was a pleasure dealing with Shailesh he went above and beyond to help as out.
