I cannot say enough good things about outdoor travel, but I will try. We were almost duped at another dealership. We’re so glad we came and got a second opinion at outdoor travel. Paul is a straight shooter and something we appreciated. Kevin in the business office was thorough and made sure we understood everything.our techs who walked us through our trailer answered all our (many many) questions. Mike the parts manger was also a great help and asset. Harley was fantastic setting up delivery and sending us on our way. Thank you outdoor travel we cannot wait for next summers.

We recently purchased a Grand Design 5th Wheel from Outdoor Travel. The staff here from reception to orientation where friendly and helpful making this a great experience. Can't wait to get camping.

We were in the area for a vacation. During an inclement day we stopped in to pick up a few things and look at some RV’s in their awesome showroom. The salesman was very helpful and did not pressure us at all and even showed us some units outside when the rain let up. They have a great selection.

While at the campground we noticed that we had an issue with our sway bars. We called the parts Dept (Anwar) for help. He went above and beyond for us to get us the part that we needed. He had to get it from a scrapped hitch. We sent photos back and forth to be sure it was the right part. When we arrived to pick it up he and a technician came to my truck to install the piece.
If you need parts or service or are looking for an RV this is the place!

We bought a used Momentum in December. It came with a 30 day warranty and we asked how would we know about issues until spring? We were told not to worry they would look after us. When spring came we found some issues. I made several attempts to contact them and even dropped in. They were busy. I finally emailed the sales person and have yet to get a response from anyone. It appears if it isn’t new forget about even getting a phone call returned.

We just picked up our new Motorhome.it was a pleasure working with Jeff (our Sales Rep) Kevin (Bussiness Mgr) and Bill (tech). Can't wait to hit the open road. Thanks Guys for making our new RV a reality.

My experience with Outdoor Travel was very good, starting with the sales associate and continuing right through to the service department where they provided helpful information and tips on the setup and operation of the unit.

Great inventory of trailers on site to view even during the pandemic. (They did need to order my trailer, but it came within the timeframe they were predicting). I liked the idea of walking trailer to trailer without a sales associated shadowing us - but he was available for questions. In fact, he responded to my calls on his days off when I had follow-up questions!
The sales associate did not try to unnecessarily upgrade me with different packages that didn't suit me. Admittedly, the price of the units are more expensive than other units at other dealerships but you get what you pay for - I selected a Grand Design Imagine which is premium quality based on my research.

Overall, a very good experience and I would highly recommend them.

Bought a used trailer, salesman was good n knowledgeable! Had to talk with parts desk and that is where the wheels fell off! Wasn't very helpful tried brushing me off like I didn't know anything! When took delivery of trailer the awning was still covered in mold and was very stinky! I payed for them to go over the trailer to make sure everything was top drawer I was towing to the east coast, first trip to try for weekend, blew a tire all the tires were weather cracked n not one person informed me of this! I would've bought nes tires through them if I knew it needed them! Service advisor said they would email me a survey and recommendations, still waiting on those emails! From start to finish seemed like a hassle for them for me buying a used trailer. Will not recommend to anyone! I'm guessing if you buy new will be a better experience!

My wife and I just bought a brand new 2022 imagine here and we are very happy with our service! Whether it's the sales people or there service department everyone is very helpful and friendly they made the whole experience a breeze! 5 stars would definitely recommend!

Years ago, at their old location.we stopped in and looked at travel trailer. We found one we loved, we just weren't sure the bank would approve us.
We were told we better give them a cheque to hold it, as there was sooo many people that wanted it.
Sadly, bank did not approve us. They kept our cheque and cashed it.
For next year my husband would see the unit on the lot.
We Knew then we'd never buy one from there.

My husband and I called to discuss a motorhome;
The woman on the phone was very rude, had a horrible attitude and said “ we don’t sell motorhomes, only trailers! ” my husband just drove by your location and found 3 motorhomes on your property.

I was interested in a class B motorhome and as the year was 2021 they were in short supply. Through a series of texts, I was kept informed as to their availability and when one finally came in, Outdoor Travel held the vehicle for me with a small deposit which was fully refundable if for some reason I didn't like the motorhome. Of course the test drive was great and I ended up purchasing the Thor Motorcoach Tellaro 20AT. My only reason for 4 stars, the vehicle was so new, those people I interacted with were not always certain how things worked. We eventually got my questions answered as I am new to this and ditching my tent.

I'd been researching trailers for a few months and was aiming to buy privately because, we'll, who likes dealing with pushy dealership salesmen and their long list up upsells. A trailer that I was keeping an eye out for appeared at Outdoor Travel and, to my surprise, buying from them was actually a pretty pleasant experience. Best of all, I feel like I got a very good deal.so thanks!

Great place to get a trailer. The staff were great from the sales ppl, to service, to the guys in the shop.

Very helpful staff, great no pressure experience. Sales rep brought us to the trailer we wanted to see and left us to look over everything without hanging over our shoulders.

This is our first RV and everything went smoothly

While we were in search of a trailer, we stumbled upon Outdoor Travel. Their knowledgeable and courteous staff were able to help us find what we were looking for. We can’t wait to get camping this season!

Overall it was a good experience from start to finish. We bought a used trailer and any concerns we had were dealt with accordingly.

First time in. Deal with a few other dealers in Ontario. Found a item I needed. Not what I was looking for. Item was clearly labeled. Price point and a description of item. At cash it was noticeably more. I questioned and was told it must be in the wrong spot. I said it was not and labeled properly. Told price on shelf was not what it was again that I was wrong. After purchase I took the tag off the shelf and gave it to the gentleman who was to lazy to get off his stool to check the price. Told him he lost a lot of future business and that I would not be back. Wonder if other people are treated like this without realizing it. Extra dollars in their pockets. He didn't even appoligize for their error.

The entire team Outdoor Travel were terrific, sales, service, RV demonstration and assistance arranging transportation of our RV to our campground. The very best!

I stopped in to Outdoor Travel in Beamsville for the first time a month ago, I am from the area and in need of some work done to my coach.
I have warranty work plus I need service on my generator as well as my coach. I talked with a service representative at the desk if they would be able to complete the warranty work, she took my name and number and informed me that the warranty manger would be in contact with me.
I have reached out two more times to the service desk, left a message on the warranty mangers phone and also email thru the website requesting a call back.
NOTHING
I would like to support local businesses but from the lack of response, I guess they don't want local business.

Picked up my "new to me" 5th wheel unit. What a great customer support program with the initial walk through of unit to the coupling and down the road procedures. Fabulous team to deal with.

We custom ordered a top of the line Grand Design 5th Wheel with a six figure price tag from Outdoor Travel and with in 2 weeks had a list of repairs as long as my arm. We are full-time RV’ers so we understand that RV’s have issues. However, our trailer had only travelled 20 mins from the dealer and was parked. We paid nearly $900 for a pre delivery inspection and based on many of the repairs I completed myself in the first couple weeks, I have no idea what they actually inspected.

At first I wasn’t overly concerned with the issues other than being annoyed about paying for a PDI that I don’t believe happened. Then my grey tank began leaking. Upon further inspection it had been leaking all along and just didn’t show any signs of leaking until the insulation in the underbelly had become completely saturated. While trying to diagnose the source of my leak I also found that my central vac unit was damaged.

My dealings with Outdoor Travel’s service and warranty department have been abysmal. I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with a company with worse communication. It was so bad I had to reach out directly to the manufacturer who suggested I find another dealer or a mobile tech to complete my warranty work.

The icing on the cake is that Outdoor Travels communication was so poor, my issues did not get dealt with before I left the country for the winter so now their terrible customer service is going to impact my spring travel plans because I still have to get my trailer repaired before I can resume RV life.

We upgraded our trailer this summer and had a great experience with Outdoor Travel. Love that the new location is so close to us. Lots of inventory so you can see many different types of models. On pick-up day we were given a very informative tour of the new trailer. After camping for the last 3 months we did notice a few small issues that need to be fixed. We contacted ODT and they set up an appt for us to drop off the trailer. The staff is very friendly. I would recommend ODT for anyone looking to upgrade or purchase their first Travel Trailer.

Where do we begin? !? !

First off, the staff here are second to none with their knowledge, approach, customer attention and appreciation for their clients. We felt so at home and at ease working with the team in rentals including Pam and Blair who are nothing short of rock stars!

As far as the product, we were in a 32' Forest River FR3. Very well maintained, easy to operate and very comfortable. We are as beginner as you can get in the RVing world and we made it through with relative ease. A couple phone calls into the team to help us answer a couple beginner questions, we had no issues and an absolute blast.

This made for some incredible content for our Youtube channel and we were so happy to advocate for Outdoor Travel in them. Please feel free to check out our review and adventure on "Where To Magoo". My wife and I recently purchased a trailer from Outdoor Travel and were happy with the experience from first visit, right up to picking it up. Every step in the process was made easy, and every employee we spoke to was friendly, and eager to help. The staff were able to answer every question we had, and even gave some recommendations from their experiences with trailers like ours.

I would recommend anyone considering the purchasing a trailer make Outdoor Travel one of their first stops.

Absolutely the worse salesman I've ever dealt with, never returned emails/calls, prices are all over the place, one day it's one price, next day it's $3000 more with no guarantee that they won't raise it more by time your trailers in. I get it, prices go up but come on now, dealerships should at least try to work with you.no budge on price, nothing at all. I live out of town and decides to wait till I drive 45min to tell me the price increased instead of on the email earlier that day. I'll give my $45,000 to another dealership. I would not recommend them, go elsewhere

Great place to rent. Modern rvs. Priced reasonably. Knowledgeable staff. The unit came well equipped for our trip up north. Was a great experience and will definitely rent again!

Amazing experience there. From the sales, to the machanics. Trailer was ready in less than 2 weeks compared to Niagara Trailers whose wait time was up to 6 plus weeks. Everything that was broken was fixed. Price was lower than other trailer places as well. They even send you on your way with a great gift basket, and a pack of toilet paper. The only place I will ever go to buy a trailer from now on.

I had rented RV's from Outdoor Travel for many years before deciding to purchase an RV. I made the mistake of buying a Jayco and have learned a valuable and unfortunately expensive lesson.

Paul in sales was great to deal with, responsive, open, honest and friendly.

Parts and service were awesome, installing the add ons and having the RV clean and ready to roll as promised.

It was a great experience, all the staff said Hi or offered to help, even with the challenges of a brand new facility.

It's wonderful to see businesses relocate to Niagara, and these folks will continue their success with Sales and Service experiences like I enjoyed.

Pam was a great help and what a great facility. Pricing was really competitive and Pam gave us top dollar on our trade. There is also a huge indoor showroom so you can get up close and personal with the products!

One really important thing to note about Outdoor Travel is the investment in the facility. Being a RVer for 20+ years you realize that your purchase is only the first step in your journey and Outdoor Travel has a massive modern facility with more service bays than most other RV Dealers in Ontario. Your rolling palace is going to need service, it is just the nature of being in the wilderness and enjoying the camping (or glamping) lifestyle.

If you are looking at Grand Design, or a Keystone Product which
we were, look really closely at the Reviews people post about Service of their dealers. It is worth the drive to find a dealer that will properly service your trailer and look after any warranty concerns. Outdoor Travel has the capabilities and the facilities to look after your investment and the people here are great!

-5. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR RENTALS. Please DONOT signup unless you see the vehicle you are promised, including the utilities that would work. They will simply blame anything but them for everything in the RV that is not working. Total lack of ownership and commitment in the rental dept. In my case, appliances didn't work, the refrigerator was not working (coz generator was not working) and all of the food we had for the trip turned bad. We had to buy fresh food reaching the destination! Get all of the things that would work in your rental agreement.otherwise it might NOT be so good vacation for you and family. The 'Check-in' process is the other worse thing, while 'Checking-out' the vehicle, they just tactfully ignore/undercut all the NON-working things and while 'Checking-in' they review things as if we might have swapped all of the vehicle for its spare parts or something. I respect their sincerity while 'Checking-in' at the same time they should show 10% of that due diligence towards the 'Check-out'. Not sure if they are racist with this.or have a prejudice! NOT RECOMMENDED. There are other professional Renters around GTA.

Rented a class C and we had a great time with the family. It’s like having a home away from home! Being new at the RV experience, we had a 1-1.5 hour training to learn all of the features of the vehicle, how to fix potential issues, and felt confident when we set forth. The kids absolutely loved the experience (and of course bunk beds!). Will repeat again soon!

I was thinking about getting an RV this summer and didn't really know to much about them. I ended up calling in and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I was surprised at the level of service I received over the phone. Needless to say when I do buy it will be here. They are awesome!

My brother Stan Marchalewicz purchased the 2021 tracer trailer very friendly staff and answer our question we ask him the purposes was quick and fast I well recommend this place to anybody Outdoor Travel located in Beamsville Ontario. Ok now you solve the thermostat problem. Now see when they can find a jack knife. Sofa for the trailer! Well! No. My brother my didn't get a phone call. Yet saying they found a jack knife sofa or not.

Rented a travel trailer last year from Outdoor Travel, and it was a great experience. It was the first time I had towed a trailer with brakes, and I didn't realize I was missing the towing module. They have a bluetooth module that went in between my truck and the trailer, and away we go! Pam and her team in the rental office are super helpful!

Unfortunately this is the worst experience we have had with an RV dealership in over 45 years of trailer ownership. The after sales service is non existent and an affront to the good name grand design has built for itself. Neither the sales manager nor service manager are responsive, or capable of providing excellent customer service, and to be honest the salesman was not even knowledgeable of the unit we bought.

Overall not a good experience and have more excuses than planters have peanuts. Steer clear of this dealership. Our biggest mistake was looking away from

We had a great experience with outdoor travel! All the staff we met and worked with were extremely friendly, and professional. Our sales rep Pam was awesome, knowledgeable and didn’t hover over us. She took us to look at other trailers that we just wanted to see to ensure we chose the right trailer for us. Our orientation with Bill was fantastic. He took his time showing us how to operate every bell and whistle our trailer has to offer, there was no rushing us through and he was able to answer all of our questions with ease. I have received a dozen phone calls from this company and I have never been there nor contacted them for any products or services. I have asked them to stop calling me. I am hoping that after this posting they will get the phone number right and stop contacting me. I have called them and asked them to not contact me but that obviously didn't work as I got another call today.

My wife Judy and I recently purchased a brand new Motorhome from Outdoor Travel. We highly recommend the folks at Outdoor travel for a number reasons. One, our sales person, Bill Robertson was knowledgeable, patient and not pushy! His approach was the primary reason we ended up buying from Outdoor Travel. Second, their after sales team is both professional and efficient especially Bill Metz who meticulously made sure we understood all the features of our new Forester motorhome. Third, their continuous focus on top tier customer service.

We bought a 2015 Grand Design Reflection from Outdoor Travel with the assistance of our Salesperson Murray Teed. It was a fantastic experience and when we require a newer model we will definitely be going back. Murray was friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure that all our

This is our first RV purchase and all the staff at Outdoor Travel were amazing in giving us a great experience! Tall Paul helped us figure out which is the best trailer for us, and all the parts staff Frank, Ken & Woody were very knowledgeable in getting the stuff we need to get our trailer going! Scott was great in answering all our questions on the ins and outs of how trailer works, etc. We had a great conversation with Ken the owner, he made us feel welcome and shared some great tips! We remted an RV bus from here. The bus was atleast 15 years old and had major issues with the fixtures. One of the side panels on the left side storage would open ever so often. Had to pull over several times on the highway and take the risk of closing it for fear of accident.
Not happy with the value fot money inspite of paying top $, we had to make the trip a short one because we dint have confidence that the drive would be a comfortable one given the sheer age of the RV. Poor experience.

Jeff was the most knowledgeable about travel trailers then any of the other places we checked out. We felt a great connection with Jeff, he took the time to let us see different models so we could make the best decision for our needs. Kudos.best experience ever, it really took the pressure off making such a major purchase.

UPDATE:
After posting the below review, the owner took the time to look up our file and personally called us to discuss the below issues. Through this discussion we were asked to bring the trailer in at a time convenient to us to have the items addresses. Arrangements were made, trailer brought in, issues were all addressed and corrected. OUTSTANDING customer service!

After renting an RV motor-home on two occasions previously with Outdoor Travel, we decided that this would be our first stop when looking to purchase an RV travel trailer. On this visit in May of this year we looked at more than a dozen trailers before selecting a 2016 Jayco Whitehawk 33RSKS rig! The sales experience was good and the price was reasonable.

During the sales contract talks we selected the $850 PDI option to give us peace of mind that the rig would be fully inspected and we would be set for some travel adventures this summer and fall!

Prior to embarking on our maiden voyage we were orienting ourselves with the trailer and its functions and operations. While doing so, I picked up a propane deodorant smell (I am a licensed tech with propane fitter/installer credentials), it was then that I discovered that the two propane hoses that run between the tanks and regulator where very badly cracked and I emailed Outdoor Travel with my concerns. After some discussions one of the managers in the parts/service area said that there was no warranty for this however, he would replace the hoses at their expense, fair and reasonable resolve I thought and did not push any further.

On our first trip in July we discovered that the power tongue jack light was in operative and both slide out rails squealed like a stuck pig and the rear axles pop and snap while cornering! We now have two trips under our belt and with the above noted items mentioned it begs the question, just what did we get for the $850 PDI!?

We fully realize that this is a 3 year old trailer (unknown just how much experience she has on her) but why were these items not checked and or flagged if they had been. I have been in the automotive industry for almost 40 years and certainly would have caught these items on a PDI and addressed them with a consumer (especially the propane hoses)

Happy with the rig so far, just a little disappointed in the experience we had out of the blocks with Outdoor Travel
