Outlet Collection at Niagara

The Niagara outlet unfortunately did not accommodate non-driving visitors and lacked a baggage storage area. This limited accessibility may inconvenience those reliant on other modes of transportation or carrying bags.

The best outlets in the Niagara area in my opinion! Wide selection of designer stores and great deals!

Excellent! An open place, with wide corridors and huge stores of all brands. The brand that does represent a true Outlet is Victoria's Secrets, with products from CAN 1.99. But, there are a majority of stores that do not respond to that concept, Guess, Levy's, Polo, Michel Kors, CK, etc. The Marshall, very neat, does have good offers. Anyway, I bought items for personal use at reasonable prices.

Very fun outdoor mall. Great place if you’re travelling with a dog. The whole mall is very dog friendly and they even have stickers on the door to each store indicating if they allow dogs. Many stores that wouldn’t normally be pet friendly accepted dogs at this mall! The outdoor mall concept was a fun experience and the stores themselves had good deals.

We visited this place after visiting Niagra. The place has very good vibes and an outstanding collection of very good brands. The price at which those brands were available were also very good.
You would need a whole day to explore and look for great deals, which were available in plenty, though sizing may be a challenge at times as this being an outlet mall had broken sizes. The staff in most of the stores was very supportive and gladly helped.
Overall a very good place to buy branded products at economical prices.

I love stop over to have lunch at their food court. I had a nice homemade hamburger At the A -1 Beef.

Great deals. Open space wasn't too crowded on a Saturday (except the Nike store as always). Lots of doggos walking around!

Really large outlet with lots of shops. From sports stores, shoes, clothing, accessories etc, there’s something for everyone! We found a few good deals and enjoyed the walk.

There is a small food court with limited offerings but the washrooms are kept clean which is appreciated.

Not a big fan of this one. But if you haven't been to vaughan Mills or premium outlet mall.you ll like this one. Also.you will find less rushy crowd here so you can do your shopping peacefully. Almost all major outlets are available.

Lots of great deals, but beware, many stores DO NOT have better prices than their regular stores. Be sure to shop the sales. It's worth the experience if you are a savvy shopper. Aritzia and Lulu had great deals with lots of marked down items.
Ample parking. Great place for a day trip shopping experience.

Really nice outlet collection. We branch here whenever we are coming back from Niagara Falls and we always find great deals on designer brands.

Quite good. Value for money is not the case in general with brands loading it but here it’s good. Some top brands are missing. Worth hunting.

Solid place with ample parking and decent selection of stores. Have visited multiple times and bought multiple items. You can always find good scoops that are on clearance so you can save a lot of $$. Would definitely keep visiting each time I head over to Niagara Falls.

This is an okay outlet, nothing major or amazing. A collection of stores, poorly organized (with a lack of available maps!), and several tourist traps.

First time back since COVID-19 started. They have great designer clothes and shoes and great prices. However, many people were unmasked and some of the stores were very much over packed with zero social distancing.

Has good deals and the lululemon outlet is pretty killer. Lucky outlet is pretty good. American eagle barely has deals. Nike store is lined up in multiple line ups - I don’t get it - never used to be that way for Nike. The rest is a normal outlet mall.

We visited thus outlet first thing in the morning and we brought our dog. Its nice to be able to bring our pet without apprehension as not many places allow this. It was really great as everything is outdoors so there's lots of space for people to move around. There are so many stores and lots of places to eat. Shoe stores like Nike gets busy pretty fast so if you're a shoe person I would recommend you start with these stores to avoid long line ups. There is lots of different entrances so parking isn't an issue as there's so many to choose from. This outlet mall is right off the highway and super close to Niagara Falls. Definitely recommend this place if you're ever driving in Niagara.

Not as good as a selection in comparison to Halton Hills one and traffic is much worse getting there. Very expansive and some few food trucks and a Timmies but save your appetite for Turtle Jacks in Stoney Creek, Stores had semi decent discounts but nothing extraordinary to make me want to come back Victoria Secret had lingerie at $14 or less got a water bottle for $5.

Almost stores are open with limited capacity. Popular stores have reasonable lineup but not too crazy. People are keeping social distance and shops are enforcing hand sanitizer. Washrooms are fairly clean. Food court is open but no dine in, there’s an area open outside people sitting outside to eat.

Didn't pick up much but an outlet should have 1 thing that is known for, either food / brand / both, so people are willing to travel and visit.

Last experience was awful. Waiting in line for over 3 hrs to get into a store. Spent more time waiting then did shopping.

Updated June 2021: Mall is reopened now with limited capacity. Very long lineups at almost every store. Took at least 30-45 minutes or longer to get in. Great customer services in all the stores. Washroom facilities are well organized and clean. Excellent Covid safety protocols and feels very safe shopping here.

Nice and huge outdoor designer outlet malls! Lots of parking. Friendly welcoming stores with great discounts! The eatery needs more varieties and bigger sitting area, in my opinion. But overall, it was a great experience! Will definitely recommend!

Crazy the outlet is finally open. It's a zoo and there's ZERO enforcement on Masks. Estimating more than a 1/3 of people have no masks.

Nike was the only store not open after the lock down. Also spent 30 minutes waiting for Sketchers manager to figure out the sale promotion advertised! Run forest run!

Very well positioned for the Covid 19 restrictions. Plenty of outside airy space.however there are
wait lines to get into the unique stores. Stay safe

Was at the Outlet collection June 11th for the first day of reopening. When entering the mall there are signs posted everywhere that MASKS are mandatory during your visit. There were so many people and lines everywhere with NO masking going on and absolutely NO enforcement from the mall or security, the mall needs to step it up immediately foe everyone's protection, not to mention maybe counting the number of people you are letting in! Every other mall has capacity limits, just because you are an Outdoor mall be more responsible!

Overall the offers are incredible and the city itself is spectacular. The major issue is the abundance of people and limited time you get to truly purchase the things you want. If you are visiting especially during Stage 2 of Ontario’s reopening, allocate your time wisely.

Today at Guess store not happy with staff services the one outside the store she so rude, my wife was line up and I just stopped by ti said Hi and not intended to walked i store, but she want me to go to the end of the line to line up, that weird I never seen that the same household like husband and wife have to separate line up

I love this mall. I would have gave it a five-star if I wasn't chased by mall cops outside of the stores for not having a mask on. I even read the stipulations on the website which says masks are mandatory indoors. So to be chased by two mall cops outside when I came out of the Columbia store and took my mask off is absolutely ridiculous that we have to be forced to wear our masks while outside breathing the outdoor air

It is the place where we can get great deals for outfits, shoes and many other things. Moreover, it the best place to Hangout as well. We can explore different stores for a whole day.

Nice mix of stores, prices are ok. Not outlet prices I'd say, but no worse than a regular mall at least. They tried their best to follow covid protocol, but unfortunately the general public must not be able to read and follow instructions. Lines for most stores kinda sucked, but it's too be expected during a pandemic.

The stores are following instructions to keep the distance inside. People are patiently lining out to follow protocol even though the weather is still cold.

This was fun! Not too crowded and stores are following all protocols! Best part was I could take my puppy and it was great mental stimulation for her to see and sniff people! She was such a good girl on the leash and loved it! Yay to all the pet friendly stores, and we loved all the staff at the North Face today! They loved my pup and held her while I tried on stuff!
