I had some questions on canopies and looking for product recommendations however nobody answers the calls.

Very happy with how quickly I received my replacement tent top. Unfortunately, I wasn't home when it arrived and it went to the courier office and I didn't pick it up before it was shipped back to Outlet Tags Canopies, who promptly called me to arrange a re-shipment, which arrived within ONE DAY. The replacement tent bag was on back order and I was told it wouldn't be in until later on. I was very pleased and surprised to find it included with my replacement tent top. The bag is great and fits my tent very well and the replacement top fits well also, I was concerned the replacement may not align with my tent however it's great. I appreciate the considerate and efficient customer service, a good experience dealing with the folks at Outlet Tags Canopies. Thank you!

Literally the worst company I have ever come accross. Their customer service is horrible. I ordered a banner from them in June and received a design that was not from my company. After contacting them several times, they sent me the proper design. When they actually shipped the item, it wasn't the quality I previously ordered from them. It was cheap and thin and could not be hung properly even though I had paid for rivets to be placed all the way around. I was sent a replacement banner but this time, it was single sided. When I contacted Mohammed, the owner, He yelled at me. Completely unprofessional. Instead of apologizing and owning up to his staff's mistake, he decides to yell? After arguing back and forth, He sent me a 3rd replacement banner but charged me for it.
So let me recap. I have 2 banners which are wrong, both sent back and was charged a second time for the CORRECT banner. Currently disputing the charge with visa to retrieve the cost of the replacement banner.
DO NOT DEAL with this company. They will not own up to their mistake. AND will give your company a negative review for being "too demanding". A paying customer is not considered demanding for wanting their correct order!

This is my the corner of my tent that is just 3 months old. The stitching fell apart and the ring that pulls it down over the edge has fallen off. This canopy is not cheap, is new, well taken care of, and this is not a usage issue but a fault in their quality.
The answer I got when I sent in an inquiry about this was "it's a usage issue, take it to a local repair shop". Really? This tent by its nature is meant to be opened and closed and transported from locations, that's why it was purchased. I liked the quality of this product and assumed it would be durable and last, that's why I didn't buy a cheap one at Canadian Tire.
Be warned, if you use your canopy and it falls apart, even though it's new, it's buyer beware with no backing of quality.

Placed an order online and noted that the canopy was needed for an event for July 2nd. We received the tent two weeks before with our company name printed upside down and no sand bags. We contacted Outlet and was told we would have our tent and sand bags the following week in time for our trade show. It did not arrive.

We asked for a refund or to provide us with a new tent at a discounted rate because we did not get it in time. We we're told by Munzia that they will provide us with a discount and a new canopy. Today we received an email from Mohammed the owner saying we're not getting our discount after we we're told we would.

This company is a joke. Save yourself the headache.

Outlet tags has provided 3 awesome quality tents for our charity to be out in the community weekly putting Hope Within Reach of every addict we encounter! They also provide us the tent at the best price out there. Even though we have had some challenges in the ordering and delivery process (first tent had a broken piece when shipped to us but Mohammed and his team sent us a piece to fix it right away, and most recently we were shipped a tent package incomplete) Mohamed and his team did everything they could to fix the problem right away. We need to realize that all people make mistakes and the quicker we accept our mistakes and make things right, the better this world will be! I appreciate the willingness of Outlet Tags Canopies to fix mistakes when they happen. At first we were very concerned but by the end of the day, We were very satisfied with this Companies willingness to get us what they said they would at the time they would send it!
