I went to get a haircut a couple months ago, and it was fantastic! Komal was my stylist, and she gave me a fantastic cut plus a gorgeous style. Unlike any other salon, she gave me a recommendation for the haircut that would look nice, and she was 100% right. I was really happy with my hair and recommended this to a friend; my friend was also very pleased with her haircut. I definitely recommend this place!

Very unprofessional service and behavior.very junior guys who cuts the hair or mess up. Danish was a very good professional guy after him there students are working.also very high price I would not recommend anybody to go there If you really wanna waste your money then go.no proper timing management.they should close the shop or hire professional people also saloon is very very dirty and in unhygienic condition
I would also do the complaint to the city that inspector should do the proper inspection

I went for a haircut, the hairdresser was unbearable. Wasn't interested in conversing - she didn't make me feel very good. Additionally, she cut my hair way too short and choppy and then accidently ripped out my cartlidge pericing with the comb. It was then a lengthy process to get a refund. However, the manager was very apologetic and nice, very sympathetic to my situation.

I have tried first time Outlook Salon in Mississauga by getting reference from my friend and received hair color and hair cut services from Pooja. I was really impressed with the quality of her work! She took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure that everything was just right. The color turned out beautifully and the haircut was exactly what I was looking for. This is my first experience here and I have to say it was amazing very sweet.my haircut came out nice I have thick hair that curls she gave me layers with a blowout that I can style straight and curly i love. Great stylist overall good experience

It was my first time at Outlook Salon, I got my hair cut and styled by Jia who did a brilliant job by personalizing to my expectations. Will definitely revisit the salon next time

1. Made us wait 20 mins inspite of booking an appointment.
2. Messed up my eyebrows big time. Before we even started, I told her categorically twice.just don't make my eyebrows thin, it doesn't suit my face. But she did the exact opposite.: (
3. The haircutting lady is extremely rude.
3. I decided to not get my facial done with them because of the above reasons and they told me that cancellations should be done and hour before. That's a joke! Well, you should have not ruined my eyebrows and been a bit professional while talking to your customers in the first place.

This is my favourite place to get a haircut I don’t even have to explain what I want I just showed it once and every time I get it done perfectly and am always satisfied with it. The staff is so polite and the service is really good. I definitely recommend this place it’s mine and my family’s go to salon for all the services!

WOW! If I could give 0 stars I would. This has by far been the worst waxing experience I have ever had. Not only was the room I went into dirty, but when I sat down onto the waxing bed the sheet barely covered the entire thing! The wax took about an hour (I got half leg and Brazilian) and usually it takes 20 minutes for both when I have gotten it done at other places. The entire time I was there people were walking in and out of the room, and there were men just outside. Its like the lady that did me did not even know how to wax because she kept ripping the paper and having to redo the same spot over and over again- she seemed very uncomfortable for some reason. She also made me use my hands to help her, which I personally have never done at other places. Both of the ladies hair were legit on me and one of them even had to apologize for it. And then to top it off, half way through my Brazilian a new lady was called in to do it, with both ladies in the room. Overall, it was not a good experience and I do NOT recommend this place for waxing.

I went there for my hair cut and they do really very good cutting. Even they use hygienic appliances and every instrument is very neat and clean. I also had my perms and highlights from there. I really like the service. Must visit. Thankyou Nav and pooja

Good price for men's hair cuts. It's not the highest quality but it's a decent cut and you can't complain about the price at all.

Horrible waxing and threading experience. The underarms are still sore since my visit and my Eyebrows are uneven beyond imagination. Absolutely dissatisfied with my visit, wouldn't go back.

They have helped me Alot, I did permanent hair stainghting from somewhere else and they damaged my hair by overheating, however I visited these guys and they have helped me a lot n given me hair spa which reAlly helped me recovering from that trauma I was feeling after the damage!
