Best breakfast in the area. (Ordered the Mexican omelette from the special menu) Service was also really efficient. We went back twice.

Visited this place on my way to a movie with a friend and had a lovely lunch. Connor was our server and went out of his way to make us a priority. I had the chicken tacos while my friend enjoyed the fish and chips. Overall, amazing establishment with lovely staff and great food!

The servers were good and kind, but the food was really bad.
Firstly, the ribs we ordered were very sweet and the sugar was overpowering the dry meat.
Secondly, the seafood linguine outright made us sick! Beside the pasta and seafood that was bland, the clams tasted like sewage and we decided not to finish the meal.

The food is overpriced for what you get. The service was mediocre; with average to almost bland food. There is absolutely nothing at all to say 'I will be back' about Outrigger. We only went because it was on the way to where we were going. The wasps annoyingly buzzing around us while we were outside was the only memorable moments we will take away from Outrigger.

Was feeling a classic lunch and ended up here. The patio is nice but the seats aren't the comfiest, we also weren't offered an umbrella when it was super sunny - when one was freed up it went to a table that came after us and had partial shade. The menu was quite extensive and it was difficult narrowing down what we wanted to try. Food wise everything was very satisfying and the portions were good! Loved the mussels in tomato sauce with veggies most - it's an app but can easily be a main because it's so filling and well portioned. Will definitely return.

I'm a family man and have been to lots of restaurants, and I have dined at Outriggers previously, but this was by far the worst night out that I ever had. So I went there tonight with my family, it took around half an hour to get our drink order, first 2 of three drinks arrived, then about 10 minutes later my daughter's lemonade came (which tasted like straight up lemons in warm water, no sweetness), I promptly took it to the bar to exchange for an ice tea, I didn't bother to wait for the server to show up as he was no where to be seen. About another half hour after that, our salads came, but my wife had to go into the restaurant to get cutlery since none was provided and our server hadn't brought us any (and we sat patiently for about 10minutes after asking). Then we got our first of three meals about half an hour after the salad (thank god it was my daughter's). My wife's meal came about half an hour after that (with a mix up of mashed potatoes instead of fries). My meal (which should have been the easiest, fish and chips), never arrived.we had been in the restaurant now for 2.5 hrs. At this time, i asked for the bill, and to have my non existent meal taken off the bill. Really at this point, they should have comped the whole meal. There where several families all sitting close together, everyone was being patient, but when a young couple sat at the table next to us we all warned them to run away as fast as they could or have their night ruined like the rest of us for making the mistske of staying.

A quaint pub with a nice outdoor deck. Service was great. Food was great. A nice upscale burger.

No service! Waited almost 25 minutes and every server we asked was too busy. Bad attitudes and very unfriendly

Beautiful space with plenty of sun on the patio, couldn’t ask any more of the staff, super lovely and attentive, 10/10 cocktails, risqué play on the espresso martini with a crème de cacao addition that while not for everyone is a playful choice that’s sure to pique interests.

Have been a regular but no more. They left out an item from the order so a family member didn't get their meal. Staff on October 23,2022 were completely unhelpful in resolving the issue.

Wonderful place to Jonny Wright and friends! Great blues as always! FOOD is great! Need more staff at bar but would go anytime!

I went with my wife and we had an AMAZING lamb shank, as well at the Philly steak sandwich and their lobster spinach and artichoke dip. Everything came out very fast, and was delicious. 30$ for the lamb shank is an absolute steal. 10/10 I’ll be going back.

Great patio but they are always under staffed and out of food and beer items. It takes at least 40 mins to get appetizers and 10- 15 mins to get your drink order.

Slow service, and average quality food. Menu is way too big for them to maintain quality control. Dined inside and our waitress seemed disinterested and never smiled. People on the patio seemed happy however. I wont return.

Had a lovely meal with friends O hadn't seen for a long time! The waitress was attentive without hurrying us giving us lots of time to catch up before ordering. We had an exceptionally good waitress!

My partner and I got drinks and an appetizer. The service was okay, only okay, and the staff was inhospitable. The food and the drinks were fine. The real kicker was the price, the drinks were reasonable but our appetizers were quite pricey. Overall a okay experience.

Went here a month ago with our small dog. Was told that dogs aren’t allowed inside the patio, and we were given a table close to the sidewalk and repeatedly told to keep our dog on the designated (out) side of the fence. We did our best to have him stay put, and he was definitely not in anyone’s way.
The server ignored us, and people who arrived after us were served. We waited more than 20 mins until we finally left. We just moved to the area and this was not the welcome we expected.
Obviously didn’t eat here so no comment on that.

It pains me to write this review after going to this place for the better half of 7 years, however my last 3 experiences have been awful. The first time I figured it could have been an off day, but after 3 attempts and the same lack lustre service and food, I feel compelled to share.

1st time lunch - service was insanely slow, it was a Wednesday mid week on the patio of which there were 3 total tables (ours included). We proceeded to order a Cobb Salad and the Avocado Salmon. After our order it took 21 minutes before our drink ordered arrive a few inquiries as to where they are. When the drinks arrived the Rye and Diet coke had flat diet coke and tasted like swamp water. We sent it back to which they provided a new one with was normal tasting and pop with fiz. The food then came out 19 minutes later (40 minutes after food order) to which the Cobb Salad was incorrect and the Avocado Salmon came out as maple salmon - so we then had to wait again for the food. After all of this, the management oddly enough offered no compensation of any kind and tried to charge for 2 rye and diet drinks when the first one was sent back because it was flat. Over all terrible.

2nd time: Turkey Avocado club sandwich was ordered with a salad and the open face lobster grilled cheese - of which the sandwich came out with fries and both meals were cold to the point the Lobster Grilled chees wasn't eaten. We did get an apology from the staff on the meals and an offer to replace the lobster sandwich however at this point my wife's appetite to have that meal replaced was lost and I was already done my meal. When the bill arrived we were indeed expected to pay for the whole meal as nothing was compensated.

3rd time which was this week: server was rude, dismissive and snappy from the start which clearly set the tone for the meal. Our drinks showed up late and the ice cubes in my drink had already been half melted before it got to the table. The order consisted of the Thai chicken Peanut salad which the wontons and the crispy noodles were stale and it literally was worse tasting than buying the "asian salad mix" at the grocery store. The Salmon Avocado no long has any option to replace the veggies that come with - you simply just eat what you are given so we insisted just hold the veggies so we didn't have any food waste as they would not be eaten (cauliflower and Brussel sprouts). There were two small pieced of avocado on the salmon and some mashed potatoes the equivalent to about 1 ice cream scoop and the server told us that if we wanted any salsa for the salmon we could just use our daughters salsa that came with her quesadilla (keep in mind the cost of this dish is $28 which is a albatross to the value you get). I was kind of take back by the whole situation and left speechless. We paid and left and sadly had to admit to ourselves this is just not the same place it was when we first started going there.

I am not sure what their breakfast is like as we often try to hit the Beacher for breakfast, but what I can tell you is that this place is no longer a place my family will go to.

Two managers made the decision to charge 5$ for a substitute of mashed potatoes on a 27$ meal. I could have bought a whole bag of potatoes for that. These were not special mashed potatoes. Just plain ol mash with salt and pepper. This is a side on multiple other meals they offer. Even on another salmon meal they offer on the menu. They did not ask us to charge the extra amount and took it upon themselves to do so. Absolute nonsense and clearly not thinking straight. There’s no reason why this one meal on the menu cannot have this side. There is no cost effectiveness here, which was their reasoning behind this nonsense. I wanted to cancel my order when I phoned originally, I wish I had said something right then. The meal arrived and there were no snow peas on it, as described on their menu on Uber eats. Zero explanation for this other than it says market fresh somewhere else their employee was reading. The one manager miraculously disappeared and was no longer available to explain why they can overcharge without permission for a sub but can’t even be bothered to deliver the meal as stated on their menu! Next time I will order from Breakwall. We will not be ordering from here ever again! Too bad we are locals as well. Oh well. Terrible customer service and decisions. Looks like they have gone back to their old bad habits like when they first opened.

Mornings on a weekend are days when I just like to get out of bed get dressed and go somewhere nice and have breakfast. My daughter and my son-in-law must have read my mind. Along with there 15 months old baby we set out to fine somewhere that would accommodate our precious little one. However the pandemic has contributed to so many restrictions bookings has to be made beforehand. After calling around we were able to get seating at The Outrigger, a lovely little Restaurant with outdoor accommodation. The tables and chairs were clean and comfortable, service was prompt and very good. Breakfast was delicious, everything on our plates was good. The waitress was very professional and polite. We enjoyed our breakfast and we will visit again. Thank you Outrigger.

I tried the Panko Crusted Chicken Mozzarella. It was DELICIOUS!

The chicken has a golden brown coating that is light and crunchy on the outside, but juicy and tender on the inside. Every bite has your mouth craving for the next!

The mozzarella cheese is nice and goooooey (which I LOVE!), and it makes you feel warm and cozy inside.

Very generously portioned and beautifully prepared.

Mine came with a side of french fries that were golden brown. They were hot and crispy too!

Kudos to the kitchen staff. LOVE IT!

Definitely one of my new favs!

Had a excellent experience in this place with my wife. The food arrived quick and the customer service is just awesome. Prices are fair.

Very cosy place with nice staff, forgot my wallet and came back 4h later they kept it for me and tried to call.

The Beach Salad is amazing, the staff were great and they serve Belgian Moon. What could be better. Nice outdoor patio too.

It was a while we were planning to pay a visit to this place.

Finally we did it.

It was a nice evening. A little cold though. They did not have heaters in the patio where we were sitting.

Food was good well prepared and tasty.
I had the fish tacos which could have come a little more spicy and wife had a lobster pasta.

Service was really friendly and good.

The food is always amazing with a selection that would satisfy all tastebuds. The service can be hit and miss at times, which is unfortunate, but we continue to go back for the greatness that comes from the kitchen.

This spot is the one I always prefer. I go to plenty of restaurants but to this one I go the most. The team is very attentive and the cuisine they place on your table is so delicious. I would always prefer to have a good meal in this restaurant. Highly recommended.

My wife and I had our first "date" night out last weekend since the birth of our twins and as such it was a pretty big deal for the both of us, because we've been looking forward to it for so long. So we picked a place that neither of us had ever been to and, man, we couldn't have picked better. The food was great (their chicken fingers are homemade!), no long wait, and our waiter, Steve, was absolutely FANTASTIC. My wife commented on the drive home that they probably could have served the two of us dog slop and we still would have left laughing and feeling happy just because of him. If I had to nit-pick about anything it would be that their wine list isn't that great but that's really nothing. If you want good food, a good environment, nice people, and to leave with a smile on your face and a nice full tummy, you can't do better than this place. We'll be back. - Julio & Francesca

One of the nicest patios in the east end. Nice inside as well. HUGE portions of good food. Nice staff, big variety of food to choose from. Parking can be tough but is possible on side streets.

Absolutely the best place to eat in the Beaches. Great, diverse menu & some unique dishes + standard favorites. Outdoor seating has a great atmosphere too. Staff is always friendly and prompt, with a great drink selection. Camila is one of the best people we've had the pleasure to meet there!

This place is worth trying. They serve large portions for fair rates. Consistently neat and with excellent atmosphere. I highly recommend this place.

Ordered the seafood linguine. Tasted like candy (sweet and sugary). They said it was the cheese. Then they said it was the cream in the sauce. But tasted like they hadded about a cup of sugar. Then my daughter said her wings tasted like carmel candy! I see a pattern here

Place is cozy and beautiful, specially on the summertime when you can enjoy the patio. Food is great and the service is impeccable. We always seat on Camila's section to be served by her. She is the best server you will ever have! So caring, extroverted and makes you feel special everytime you go. Outrigger is definitely a must go for brunch at the Beaches.

Explicitly instructed severe allergy twice on two separate occasions yet the restaurant fails to respect and follow my warning. Could’ve been hospitalized yet the manager couldn’t care less nor did anything to fix the mistake that had been made.

Went there for brunch. I had an omelette - black beans, avocado, mushrooms with potatoes. I am gf and vegetarian so no bread! Because they don't have gf bread. The food was really good. The service was very friendly. We sat outside and the wasps loved our food as much as we did I guess. A nice neighbourhood place to enjoy the last days of summer outside.

Very clean and convenient restaurant. They offer big portions and for inexpensive rates. We enjoyed the menu very much and the staff members were very amiable and informative. I recommend this place.

Loved the atmosphere and the art! Great place for a nice dinner out with friends, as even if the place was quite full, it was more quiet than most restaurants on a Friday evening. The food was really good and we need to go back to try all the different lobster dishes.

Well priced and really tasty dishes, especially the lobster and shrimp angel hair pasta. $20 and so much good stuff, including a fresh salad. Definitely a find in the Beach!

Nice, cozy, bar, booths, food is good. Live music on Saturday, starting at 3 pm. Gets noisy then, but cheerful. People listen and clap.
