Overstock Liquidation

Not overly cheap prices but can find good deals. Lots of variety and items have been reviewed/tested before put on shelf. Mostly Costco items that have been returned/overstocked. Go early to get better selection.

Just beware of anything you purchase. Most like others have said are costco returns. Especially camping equipment. Imagine getting to your spot to assemble a tent or shelter (as our experience depicted light use inspected lol) and tears in roof and burns in bug meshing. Buyer beware. They don't care. They have your money.

Over priced Costco junk, trying to sell bbq pellets that have been sitting in the pouring rain and heat for $30… most of the stuff cost more then if you just went to and got it brand new Costco!

This place use to be amazing. Inflation has driven the costs through the roof and it shouldn't be called a 'liquidation' place anymore. There is no warranty attached to their items with the higher driven prices, and the new location doesn't have the same vibe. Not a fan of the layout. I use to go here every time I visited my parents up north but most of the time it feels like a waste now. Some costs are actually more then Costco pricing with again, no warranty.

Eh. I don't like coming here too often.
1. The prices can be outrageous. People think it's a deal but 80% the things there are equally or more money than Costco! SOME aren't bad. You really have to watch what you buy.
2. Its cramped, people are very pushy and rude.
3. The dirty and damaged products at high prices blows my mind. Why charge $115 for a chair that's ripped and unfixable because the faux leather material?

Great prices and always friendly to me. I love seeing all the deals and getting my favourite healthy snacks

If you want to buy items people have returned for a reason; for example don’t work. This is the place for you! Never bought anything that actually works. Be warned on items such as pressure washers. And it’s not a deal! Also remember no refunds exchange only. Really if you look online you can buy the same product with the ability to refund if it is defective.

Prices is not good, I bought a pijama set from costco for$15 second day found it there for $22.massage belt is $10extra.plus there is no fitting room and no return.not going back again

Great.bring a thick wallet, they are not expensive, but there is so much to look at. They also have a yard sale area, when you arrive you go through a tent sort of thing, there are a lot of fantastic sales in the beginning, everywhere. Enjoy

Used to find some deals here but prices are creeping up and up. Some items are slightly below cost at regular retail and you only get 7 days to return something which may be ok if you are local but we are at a cottage and don’t go up every weekend. Staff are usually pretty friendly and you can find the odd deal here but if you purchase anything expensive you are better off buying from a regular retail store especially if it’s Costco because as we all know Costco will fix an issue long after purchase if required.

Live an hour away but try to get here at least once a month. Always deals to be had. Only open 4 days a week. Get there on Thursdays for best deals.

I recently purchased a Lego box here that was sealed up and looked brand new. My son just went to a birthday party and when the kid opened it up, it was half put together and there were pieces missing! I am BEYOND mortified. There was NO sticker on this toy saying "lightly used" or any indication that it was a used item. This is the last straw for me as someone who has experienced problems like this in the past. BUYER BEWARE!

The customer service at Overstock Liquidation is incredible! I had a few questions about some of the products when I went to visit in-person, and the staff worked together on their walkie-talkies to quickly get me the answers I needed. One of the products I was trying to reach was high up, so a staff member offered to run and get a ladder so that they could grab it for me. I sent them a message on Facebook asking other questions when I got home and they were quick to respond with detailed information. All of the staff were friendly and approachable and I am looking forward to returning to this store soon.

I've been to the store a few times, but during my most recent visit, I was shocked when I heard a manager, Lisa, shouting at her staff in front of customers! I can't imagine how they are treated away from the shop front.

The only positive notes from my experiences with this store were the times I've spoken with Sasha, Kathryn and Kayla who have been most helpful!

Unfortunately, my most recent experience has sullied my view of this store and I won't be returning!

Mostly Costco returns. Prices were good. Had a tent with $5 clothes. Great deal. Mostly large sizes, but still had all sizes. My wife and I bought 10 items. Hagger golf pants I previously paid $20 on clearance were $5 - don't really need them but bought them anyway. Some Banana Republic shorts for women there.
There were several things on sale as well, making the deals even better. I bought furnace filters for 2 for $23, normally $50 each at Home Depot- not mint condition, but nothing to worry about performance. Only thing not a good deal was a lot of cosmetics, specifically skin creams. Exercise equipment was 50% in box and 70% off unboxed. Gas out there is a lot cheaper than the GTA.
Read some of the complaints. I have never had an issue with staff - always good to deal with. Some people are just complainers. It is a clearance place in the country - some in a building and some outside in tents.kind of flea market like - if you don't like that, then don't go. In the summer, it's going to be a hot and sweaty time. Keep your expectations in line and you will have a good experience. I would ignore all the negative reviews.

I discovered Overstock Liquidation about three years ago and have been
making regular weekend trips from Mississauga to Overstock Liquidation every since. I believe in great deals, which I find at Overstock Liquidation. I am often asked, "where did you get that from? " My shopping experience has always been second to none, hence my return shopping experiences. Overstock is an excellent one-stop-shop, with adequate room to shop inside and outside. I like that their warranted items are tested and indicated with their return/exchange policy. I have purchased just about everything for every room, every area of my home and for everyone from Overstock.
I shop with greater confidence here than in many stores. Every trip is well worth the drive, especially when they have sale events practically every weekend, for example, last week's tent sale where everything in the tent is $5.00.

I was there few times from last month, I have found amazing stuff and deals. Not possible to find anywhere like there! Just imagine you re looking around suddenly one of their employees estate that all the pants half price which I like I like it a lot and happy to see they do it more

I have noticed that most items they sell are damaged, so one has to check carefully and there is a nasty person named Lisa that works there, she seems to berate the staff alot, so not a fan here.just be careful when you shop there.and the stuff seems.dirty.

Overpriced for a liquidation store. You are better off buying something from costco and returning it or use the warranty for the same stuff. Not only that, the clothes are old and dirty. Not worth it.

Wow what a great experience.message in my order, then add more day of picking up. Picked up my order, so organized, and got everything I ordered. They loaded everything in the pouring rain. Will order again. Thank you again.

All the locals, please stay way from this place, long time ago Sheryl and the team was great, but from that time the place went so downhill its unbelievable! The prices are outrageous, most of the items you will find In Costco the same with the warranty or CHEAPER if the price is 97 cents. Crowd and the service is just horrible, been a customer for a very long time but last 5 times that I came its became a frustrating experience. Never again, buyers beware

Worst customer service ever. Clerks are on power trips and talk to their customers like we are lower than they
are. Such a crumpled mess with no genuine organization. Tight quarters with no room to move. Save yourself a trip and buy either at Costco or a better store.

Completely disappointed with the customer service we received today. The woman at the door was incredibly rude to people waiting in line, barking orders and giving attitude to customers who weren't aware appointments were required. An elderly woman asked how long appointments had been necessary and she snapped back as if the poor lady was challenging her. We felt unwelcome from the moment we arrived.
The store was dirty, merchandise/surfaces obviously coated in dust. Clearly the woman at the front door yelling about hand sanitizing in her store doesn't care to wipe down dirty surfaces. Carts aren't sanitized either. The customer service we experienced today was absolutely insulting. Today was our first visit and definitely the last.

Amazing place and love how it is run now. Half hour time slot, so its not over crowed like other stores are. Staff are extremely friendly and nice.

It's the staff that really amaze me here with their great attitudes. They're helpful willing and the competency of the team really made my experience a great one. Thank you to Cheryl and all the multiple staff who helped with the heavy lifting and loading of purchased items into the vehicle!

Today would have been my first time at this store. We showed up and didn't have an appointment so we got into the non appointment line. We waited in line for 45 minutes and didn't move the entire time, while the appointment line moved very quickly. We watched as people pulled into the parking lot a half hour into us standing there, phone from their car to make an appointment and then get in line. We watched two different people who called from their car get into the store before our line even moved. How can someone who called from the parking lot get an appointment in 5 minutes while the people in the non appointment line have stood there for longer? It was very unorganized and very unfair to the people in the non appointment line. We left, without even moving an inch in the line. Nothing in that store is worth standing out in the pouring rain for.

I love overstock liquidation! Such a hidden gem! I have been semi regular going the last couple of years and you always find something you need, or didn't know you needed! Great prices, awesome kind staff. Will for sure be back! Thanks overstock team!:)

Amazing people and service, friendly, efficient, fair. Great products quality and cost. Have been going for years and one of my favourite stores. They have done a great job with the pandemic. Had a fantastic adventure at Overstock Liquidation. Yes we all had to line up and wait our turn as per Covid 19 rules and regulations, but I appreciate all the efforts that they are making to keep us safe in these crazy times. The lady at the front even gave a young girl a $5.00 gift certificate for wearing her mask. It’s always an adventure as you never know what you are going to find and there is always great deals. Great job Overstock I’ll definitely be back

Extremely unorganized. The main lady has all the power and holds all the knowledge so if you need any help she is the only one to do so. The work and knowledge needs to be distributed in order for guests to be treated adequately. The staff was not nice or helpful, my partner needed help putting together an item (as it is non refundable we wanted to make sure it works and we have all the correct pieces before purchasing), none of the staff knew how to put it together or how to help us. When it came time for us to find the correct missing piece they told us we have to find it and if it does not fit when we get home, than out of luck we do not get our money back. We ended up getting a products that were worth the purchase at a great price (e.g. Sleeping bags and a tent) but I would never go back, it was a toxic environment the hour we were in there, can't imagine working there.

Great store great prices, exceptional customer service. Everyone is friendly and the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I buy all my electronics, furniture and essential goods here.

They forget to mention that you only have 30 mins and are herded like cattle through. The layout is horrible, no sense of direction. You are constantly trapped. I left so stressed out and overwhelmed. Not condusive for someone who suffers from anxiety. Prices.more expensive in most cases. The few things I purchased I have since priced at Costco and I paid the same or more. Last weekend was my first and will be my last visit. Definitely not worth the hour drive (in my case) to go.

I shop here about once a month to see whats new and what deals i can find. Its like a little gold mine some days and some days i went for a nice drive and enjoyed my coffee

It is not ikea and is a liquidation so i recognize that and love a good bargain.

I can see they are trying to do the best they can to keep everything safe with this covid and after some trial and error in the beginning i think it has improved ALOT and lets be honest, for a smaller space and the amount of goods and people they can allow, its more than i see from some others with the same factors!

I love the friendly staff and although its busy always have time to help! The new shelter will be a nice addition for bad weather!

I CAME THERE WHILE VISITING MY PARENTS AS I LIVE OUT OF TOWN. I SPECIFICALLY CAME THERE FOR A LARGER SINGLE BOWL KITCHEN SINK. I PAID $325.0 FOR THE SINK AND ITS BOX SAID NOTHING OF ANY ISSUES.
I WAS SUPER EXCITED, GOT HOME OPEN IT TO INSTALL AND THE FRONT SILL EDGE OF THE SINK IS DENTED! WHAT A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT! I WOULD NEVER HAVE BOUGHT THE SINK FOR THAT PRICE HAD I BEEN AWARE THAT IT WAS A RIGHT OFF AND CANNOT BE INSTALLED AS A DROP IN SINK. I CALLED TWO WEEKENDS IN A ROW AFTER FINDING THE PROBLEM AND LEFT MULTIPLE MESSAGES. I NEVER RECIEVED A RESPONSE. I CALLED THE SINK MANUFACTURER AND EXPLAINED THE ISSUE.
EVERYTHING HAS GOT TO BE THUROUGHLY INSPECTED BEFORE PRICE TAGS ARE PUT ON. I DID NOT COME THERE TO BUY A PROBLEM!

Bought a heavy duty office chair because I'm a heavy duty guy.
Paid $235.00 for it and that weekend I found it at Costco for $199.99.
Check prices before you send big bucks.

Due to covid-19 people have to sign in and wait which is understandable. However the staff is very bossy and annoying since all they did was bark orders at people. Couldn't listen to them any longer and had to leave. It wasn't even that bad in the army. Over and out!

Ugg didn't get in line to be screamed at, put the dress back I picked out and left. I dont need a deal that bad.

I had an issue with a bike we bought recently. Although their policy is typically no returns Carol and the owner went above and beyond to make it right. Much appreciated!

Unfortunately during this time the way they have shopping set up is less than desirable given the Covid circumstances
Honestly felt quite unsafe with the number of people in the store at one time and the happy hazard way shopping was and staff were handling things
Too many large groups at once being let in - groups of 5 and 6 at a time!
Did get some deals but won't return any time soon

Not really a good deal at all lots of stuff is vary over priced for liquidation all most retail or more then retail and return and exchange policy is no good better to go buy from Costco or Walmart get it at all most the same price or cheaper and have a good return policy

It's a liquidation store. Plain and simple.
Items are usually returns from another store, or old product they is not being sold anymore. So obvi buyer be where. Silly humans.

I paid for 100 bucks on my heater that is sold elsewhere. Works dynamite! Bought some good clothes there as well for under 20 bucks. Never have had and issue with this store.

Know your prices, it's liquidation so sometimes parts could be missing if it's out of box or has been opened.

Didn't see any deals. I would rather go to Walmart or Giant Tiger. With it out of the way I could be at several other stores with better deals. Not for me.

I purchase a towel 8pcs. For $7.00 each I thought it was a good deal. But when I found in Costco store 12 pack is only $19.99 exact the same brand. So it cost me $36 more on liquidation store and they are more expensive than Costco. It’s not a good deal! I feel like rip off and frustrated. So be careful and watch what your buying at liquidation store. Not evething is good deal. They call LIQUIDATION STORE still expensive and not a good deal.

Not sure you can trust a store who only adds comments or replies to positive comments, never seems to be a reply when someone says they are overpriced or don’t stand behind their products.
Many products are definitely at or higher than you can find elsewhere.

I used to love shopping here but this past weekend I had a very grumpy woman come charging at me yelling telling me not to open a package that I had not even attempted to open.she snatched the pajamas right from my hands and stormed to the back where I could hear her loudly complaining about me yet the package she snatched was not even open this woman is very rude and I have had friends tell me they have had very similar issues with this employee also.so after that I put down my purchases and walked out this same woman that refused to help me a few weeks back to get something from the top above all the clothing

It's a great place to shop they have something for everyone. Great prices and very friendly staff. I'll be back weekly.

Although there are some good deals, prices are not reliable and often close to regular retail. This type of shopping encourages overconsumption - beware, nothing is a deal if you don't really need it.

Hit and miss for selection but they get new stock in seems every two weeks, its my go to place for deals especially clothes
