I have been seeing Dr. Majewski since 2017 and she is fantastic and so is her whole staff. Welcoming and professional!

My family and I have been patients of Dr Majewski for over 5 years. She is always professional, knowledgeable and kind. We have always felt we are in excellent hands with her. The support staff are welcoming and organized. They run a tight ship while still maintaining a local, personal vibe.

Recently I bought a new pairs of glasses with a frame larger than I've ever had before. When they came in, they were making me super dizzy. Dr Majewski replaced the lens (removing the progressive feature), then when that didn't work, she replaced them with an entirely new frame at no extra charge. The whole process took multiple visits but everyone at Owl assured me that my health and comfort were the top priority.

This is a fantastic business and I can't recommend it enough!

I had a good experience with Dr. Ali, but really did not appreciate the lack of transparency around pricing (nothing on their website?) and having a $235 bill for an eye exam. Unfortunately, I won't be going back.

Dr. Majewski and her team were professional and friendly. I appreciated their service. The appointment booking and the appointment itself was a seamless process.

Very welcoming and took care of my appointment through my insurance for me. Unfortunately it turns out I don't need glasses but it's good to know for sure thanks to owl optometry!

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Owl Optometry! My glasses fell apart in my hands this morning and I reached out to them to see if they could fix them. They responded to my message immediately and I darted up there. Not even 10mins.later and I can see again! Thank you sooooo much for being so fast and so amazing!

I'm pleased with the staff and service. I would be very pleased if I had the choice of eye glass case. I prefer the case with the clip on it so I can slip it into my shirt pocket. Give customers an option.

I just took my daughter for her first appointment since moving to Toronto and was absolutely thrilled with the service that we receive from Dr Majewski! She was so thorough and just brilliant in her explanations to our daughter and I cannot recommend her and her team highly enough! Our whole family will be registering for regular exams as a result!

On my first visit to Owl Optometry Dr Victoria Sin examined me. Dr Sin was patient, made sure to get across at every step the purpose of the exam and explained to me about eye care particular to my condition.

Had an excellent eye exam with Dr. Vicki Sin. She was very easy to talk to, very thorough, took the time to explain what she was doing and why. Kind of like a National Geographic show on my own eyes!

I recently brought both of my daughters to see Dr. Victoria Sin to have a general eye exam. Both times the office was clean and I could tell they have a system in place in regards to patient safety during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The staff were friendly and Dr. Sin took her time to engage with the girls and connect with them. She was relatable and professional and treated the children with respect, which I truly appreciated. She also took some time to explain to both myself and my daughters what it was she was looking for in an exam and gave us some tips and information to take home with us.
Obviously, highly recommended.

Had an eye exam here. Very thorough and informative session. Dr. Victoria Sin was patient, informative and took her time to explain everything. It’s not cheap, at $187 but you get what you pay for, it’s well worth it. A good range of glasses but only a small selection of sunglasses.

They were very clean and thoughtful about about COVID-19. They sanitized everything in front of me. Everyone was wearing masks.

Dr. Sin is the best! She is extremely professional, yet relatable, and is passionate about optometry and educating her patients about eye diseases and how to promote eye health. A side-effect of your visit might be developing a crush on her so be aware of that!

I am a return customer to Owl Optometry, having just recently upgraded my prescription. I had never previously received as thorough an eye exam as I got there, and appreciated the feedback to my numerous questions about the health of my eyes. When it came time to select frames the staff were very helpful but not overbearing, and I felt comfortable taking my time to choose a frame that was just right for me. Overall a great experience.

I purchased some beautiful frames and lenses at owl optometry using a rx from another optometrist's office.next time i will get an eye exam at owl too:) great service from staff & dr.agata, and nice selection of frames!

Saw Dr. Sin, as I had some pain about one month after my eye surgery. She checked me out very thoroughly and gave me a prescription. It worked well and I was feeling better by day two.

Then I saw here again for my new prescription and followup. Same friendly, concerned and professional experience.

I had my first optometry appointment in a looong time with Dr. Agata. The office had a warm neighbourhood feel which is what drew me to it in the first place! Dr. Agata listened to me and helped me figure out a prescription best suited to my work life, which is something I haven’t had considered by past optometrists. I work as an esthetician and it’s important for me to have clear up-close vision while at work, while still being able to drive in the same pair of glasses. I loved that she took that into consideration when figuring out my new prescription! Staff were knowledgeable and helpful with finding me some new styles to try but didn’t pressure me to buy on the spot. I will definitely return to purchase my glasses there when my insurance returns this coming year!

I’ve been an Owl customer for a few years now and just love Dr. Agata and her team! Amazing service and wonderful selection of modern, unique glasses. I always get compliments on my glasses because of the Owl team.

Owls shop space is spacious and bright, with a great neighbourhood store feel. They have a great selection of frames at varying price points (mostly mid-range). There were a range of eyewear styles with options for both conservative to fashion-forward people. The staff were happy to help me with finding a frame but never pressured me to buy. I saw Dr. Agata, who was professional and friendly. The exam was more comprehensive then I’ve had before, and I appreciated the level of care the Optometrist provided, never making me feel rushed, and throughly answering any questions I had. Overall it was a very comfortable experience and I’m happy I’ve found my new optometrist!

Dr. Vickie and the staff at Owl were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Vickie is also very good with children-both of my kids left their appointments asking when they would be able to come back!
