Went in for a cut, but got someone new who didn't seem to understand what I asked for. He should of let me know he needed me to reexplain it, but cut anyways. Even when I said I wasn't happy, still made me pay.

This barber shop holds the top spot for me in terms of all time favorite places to get my hair cut; it was the first place I went to when I moved out on my own and they're the only place that constantly provides me with a top notch due with little hassle.

Owner talks too much takes too long to cut hai. Everyone else is quick and precise. Overall it's good.

I had an appointment for 12: 15 today with Naz. Waited an hour outside! And they let other people in before me. All he had to say was sorry. After an hour of waiting I went across the street to Level up Barber and did my hair cut for $15 and with only a few minutes wait and so much better service.
Don't waste your time here. Truly unprofessional.

One of the worst places in London. No professionalism. They only treat middle eastern people well.

My entire hair cut was done under 5 minutes, he just used the trimmer and no scissors at all, there are still parts of hair which he didn’t cut. Ended up so messy. Charged 22$. I would never recommend them.

I have been at this outlet on two occasion and at both times they ruined my hair and beard. Couple of barbers over there have no expertise and skill of handling scissor cutting and contemporary beard. I told them before what and how I want a cut and beard to be, got big friendly yes and at the end it was a disaster. Later I realized that they probably did not understand but were afraid of clarifying and questioning. The place owner, who call himself moe, did not even have a courtesy to apologize and rather had a courage to tell his staff that the time he took on my hairs and beard is equivalent of entertaining two customers. Moreover he also had a guts to tell me sarcastically for coming next time to done it properly;

I do understand that all businesses had hard times during last few months and surely their priority is to recover losses as early as possible. However, it is also not prudent to compromise on quality and customer”s satisfaction and over and above injuring their dignity. I would not have written that review despite getting bad haircut and beard trimming, however the way I have been treated on both occasions has been a reason.

They don’t follow any health unit rules.they want all people Waite inside the small shop. More than 10 people where inside and they don’t follow any system in waiting list. No cleaning between customer And the experience was not comfortable

I liked the new system when you have to book an appointment online. It took exactly 20 for my son to have his haircut. All the information are available on their website and booking process was smoothly and clear.

Location isn’t.that great on Wharncliffe road but I loved the experience and barbers dedication on his job

I got a haircut which was very rushed and pretty average. Once the haircut was done, one of the barbers looked at me and started laughing at me. Last time im going there for sure.

Their barbers are terrible at fading and blending and insist on following through on whatever they feel is fitting as opposed to listening to the customer

They used to be good but now have more customers then they can handle, resulting in poor quality of service.
Some crew members are new, don't know how to cut hair but they try to make up by unnecessary socializing. Even the experienced members of their team do not have time to do the job right.

I’ve been three times now. I wish I could remember the name of the most recent guy, because he was awesome. A perfect fade and great conversation. I remember his face so I’ll just look for him next time I go. The two times before were good as well, but the third guy and I just clicked. My hair needs to hurry up and grow back so I can get in again!

You get what you pay for. In this case I paid for a terrible haircut. Barber doesn't listen at all.
