Despite the stress associated with a visit to ANY walk in clinic, I've always been able to get in here with minimal wait, and the doctors are great.

Often turned away for missing or inconsistent information on their file. Health cards aren't enough, Being Canadian isn't enough to receive health care services anymore.

The overweight old fake-blonde white woman with glasses in a hot pink top is SO UNPROFESSIONAL i agree with the other reviews! I was very kind yet as she was handing me a disposable mask she very rudely told me "when u come to a medical facility bring your own mask". As if the restrictions weren't lifted almost a year ago.nowhere else requires them anymore so i obviously didn't know they still did, there's no need to be so bitter my goodness! DOCTOR, IT'S CLEAR YOUR CLINIC'S REVIEWS WONT BE IN THE TOILET ANYMORE IF YOU FIRE HER!

went 2 get checked out 4 a specific and very common feminine health issue i thought i might have - after getting me to swab myself (not normal) they called me a WEEK later to say everything was fine.nope, after visiting a better clinic months later it turns out I was right and did have it! So unless you're seeking a misdiagnosis for even common ailments (that also takes way too long to process), I would recommend another clinic.

Poor service and long wait time. I had two issues, but I was told that the doctor can only address one issue per visit. Swip that health card! When i returned again in the afternoon, I was told that only one issue per day is allowed.

Wouldn't recommend. The young lady at the reception was straight up rude, didn't even greet, zero eye contact. Went to the clinic around noon with a severe pain in my leg and. The "doctor" H. Alam came in, she was standing throughout the session we had, as if she was in a rush. Didn't care to listen what i had to say, she did all the talking. The session only lasted 5 min max after waiting for about an hour. She didn't bother to check on the area of pain, recommended some oral meds and advised to go to ER next time. Won't go there a second time for sure.

This clinic requires patients to wear mask, but does not provide free mask to patients. Need to go to the pharmacy to buy mask with $1 one mask.

I was recently feeling very unwell and decided to attend this clinic. The first time I visited this place I was greeted very well by the lady in the front desk. However the second time I went I was greeted by and Karen with grey hair. This lady disregarded the fact that I was talking to her and her colleague with a lot of respect and decided to respond in a very impolite and specially unprofessional manner. She was making me visit the doctor again just to get a western excuse form filled. I was asking for the form because I had already attended this clinic, normally if I provide my OHEB card they could see when my last visit was and they could provide this form. WHAT REALLY WORRIES ME IS THAT MANY OTHER PEOPLE ACTUALLY NEEDED TO SEE THE DOCOTR, IN THE WAITING ROOM I COULD TELL THAT PEOPLE WHERE NOT GOOD. THE FACT THAT THIS OLD LADY MAID ME WAIT WITH SICK PEOPLE AFTER I HAD JUST RECOVERED IN MY OPINION IS UNACCEPTABLE, THEY ARE DOING THIS SO THAT THE GOVERNMENT PAYS THEM FOR THE VISIT THAT I CLEARLY DID NOT NEED.

The attitude and behaviour from one of the receptionists is absolutely disgusting. Absolutely no compassion and showed immediate disrespect, seconds after walking in the door. I've visited this clinic before and had no issues with the doctors but I highly suggest this facility take a closer look at the staff that are the face of their office. I will never go back to this clinic again after the way I was treated today. I only recommend this clinic if you can handle being disrespected by the reception team before seeing a doctor.

Really shady that they aren’t even open what their hours are stated as AND make you pay for parking. Parked at 3: 30pm, walked in to find they were closed already despite hours saying 630pm and had to pay $1 for a mask + $4 for parking. $5 gone just for entering the building and receiving no help or medical attention.

Really long waiting times and extremely poor attitude. The doctor is very unprofessional. The old lady doctor named H. Alam was particularly impatient with her patients and spoke in an extremely rude tone. She didn't help me with any illnesses, giving people the impression that she only wanted to collect money. Not recommended. Please avoid this clinic and go to other places to see a doctor because coming here can make your mood even worse.

There's one really kind receptionist (the one who sings quietly at her desk). That was the only.saving grace of my experience.

Very unprofessional. The female doctor gave me so much anxiety. She doesn’t believe my symptoms as she says she can’t verify that I was throwing up the day before. She made me feel so bad about being sick and having to miss my midterm. I was genuinely sick and didn’t even have any energy to get off bed. But she accused me of going just to get a doctors note and said that as a university student, its unreasonable that I havent ate medicine this she thinks I’m lying and accused me of just trying to get a doctor note TK miss my midterm. I feel so sick and tired idk how to show her. It made me feel so helpless and stressed as I thought wouldnt be able to get academic accommodation when I was actually so sick.the doctor cause me to have a whole mental breakdown.

This location is VERY busy and there is only so much time in the day to see people. When I was there they did their best to fit in as many people as they could. They are great for structuring priorities of illness. Once they were full they even squeezed in a coupple more and found other locations for the rest of the people comming in the door.

They are very informative and helpful as long as you have a great attitude aswell.

Remember to wear a mask and be respectful of the office rules and immune compromised people and get in early or call a day or more ahead if you would like to be seen.

I’m not sure why there’s so many bad reviews. This establishment is easy and convenient for me, as it’s close to my place of residence and I’ve never had a problem with anyone who works here. The only problem I ever had was when I went here for the first time and didn’t know where my doctors office was

The female doctor thought I was a liar because I was a student. I came to her to write a doctor notes. She said that I was just trying to avoid my final exam. Even though I had a stomachache and could not stand up at that time. She just wrote a mild doctor notes for me. However, when I returned home, I found that I got COVID.

The receptionists are properly foul people, miserable place to go after a long days work outside and trying to be seen by a doctor.

Sunday October 23rd. Bad attitude receptionist, i thought it was me but everyone walkin was not greeted no smile, JUST GET IN LINE type attitude, flip flop, thight, nothing professional about her. Reception lady is extremely rude. Old mean white woman. The doctor is slow. They don’t answer the phone on purpose. I sat and watched them ignore the phone

NO CUSTOMER SERVICES.not responding to phone calls or messages. There are many clinics for PCR testing if you need it for travel. DONT EVEN BOTHER CONTACTING THEM!

The front staff are very professional and helpful, even with the abuse they receive daily from their patrons. But the treatment myself and my significant other received from one doctor - older, dark complexion, and tall - was undeniably deplorable. He refused to read the results of an ultrasound my girlfriend received that had results regarding the lump she originally had seen the younger doctor for. He preceded to tell her to get someone else to look at it, then took a personal phone call and left. No follow up whatsoever.

The younger doctor was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, you do not have the choice to see one over the other.

The older doctor also provided me with antibiotics for a staph infection. I went to ask questions and he was answering as he left the room, I had to go to the hall, call him back in, and ask further questions. You should not have to fight for the bare minimum in medical services.

The lack of professionalism displayed, the rudeness to my significant other, and the overall callous disposition of this doctor was inexcusable.

Otherwise, they often seat you very quickly.

Rona/ Ronny from reception/front desk deserves more than 5 stars (brown curly hair and green/hazel eyes). She genuinely cares about patients that come in and will go out of her way to make sure that everyone is comfortable and being taken care of. She is great at what she does and brings such an amazing energy to this place. I was weary about all the horrible reviews of this place, but I wish I could give this experience more than 5 stars. Ronny has provided the best patient admin care of all walk in clinics I have been to in london, and I will definitely be coming back!

They do not follow their hours posted online ever. They say 11-2pm. You get there and they’re already closed at 11am. They do not let you know that they are at full capacity before you pay for parking either. A simple note on the parking meter stating that you’re full would be nice. You have notes everywhere to PAY FOR PARKING but no notes anywhere that you’re full. It would take 5 minutes to do.

The staff and service are excellent. The doctor seemed knowledgeable, and was very kind to me. Thank you to everyone at this clinic for your help.

Didnt have a good experience here. I had to simply get a sign and on a health form for tb abd had to wait 3 hours just to be handed the paper at the end. They could have just stamped and given me the papers long ago. I had come from really far and had to come two days in a row because the first day they stopped accepting patients. And it was only for one small signature.

Terrible service offered by the doctor.a 3-minute consultation for a spinal injury! Where he gave ibuprofen and that's it! Not an x-ray nothing at all!

I am not sure why this is poorly rated, I've been there twice so far in the past week and my experience has been surprisingly pleasant. Wait times are not long, patients don't get seated in waiting rooms and left there wondering if the doc would ever show up. Both times I was there I was in and out in 30 mins. Front desk staff was also really friendly and polite.

The worse place you could ever go, the receptionist in the afternoon a young lady is more than rude and non polite, I think if she attended school she could have learnt some manners, doctors are quite good but still if you are going to get doctor's appointment avoid a bad moment there

Great place. The MDs and staff really seem to both know and care. I would be comfortable with this clinic for all non-hospital needs.

Worst walk in clinic I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Went in for bronchitis and tested negative for covid, but they wouldn’t take me because I had a cough. Like other viruses don’t exist? I then had to speak to the doctor on the phone who proceeded to tell me I didn’t have bronchitis and just had to “drink water”. Don’t get me started on the incredibly rude receptionist. How is someone that rude even allowed to have a job where the entire purpose is communicating with patients? If you’re looking for a good clinic in London, go to Proudfoot. They actually helped me with my bronchitis and gave me antibiotics, the service was fast, and everyone was respectful and nice.

Extremely rude receptionist who answered the phone. Condescending making me feel stupid and wasting her time. Right from answering the phone I knew she was unpleasant.

Went to get a TB test for my work, which as we know, the TB test must be read 48hrs after it's given. So I waited 4 hours, got the TB test injection, and left. Come to find out that the next 48 hours the clinic was closed, which reception failed to tell me. So that was a total waste of time and energy. I was not able to get the results read, and now I have to get re-tested all over again. Reception should have said "oh we will be closed during the time your test needs to be read, come back in a few days" instead of having me sit there for 4 hours and get injected for nothing. Also 4 hour wait? ! All walk-ins have a wait time, obviously. But come on, it's not an ER. 4 hours is excessive.

Dr ALAM HUMA is the worst doctor ever. She made my mom cry. No empathy! Such a wicked soul. My mom was in pain and to be invalidated like that? This is absolutely ridiculous! How are you a doctor but lack empathy? If this is how it is then she shouldn’t be a doctor

Treating very bad at the reception. With today’s experience, the person doesn’t know how to manage in timely manner. The doctor gave me wrong lab request and I had to be in the waiting list again from the first to get a new one! I spend until evening just for their mistake.

Unbelievably unprofessional. Girl at the front (red hair) was cussing and making fun and mocking patients so loudly that I could hear her from the waiting room. Very unpleasant person and far from respectful when it comes to customer service. Acts as if clients are just a herd of cattle being processed and disrespects them once they leave the room. Will not not return.

The worse walk-in clinic I have gone! I have a terrible experience here. The doctor is really rude and not professional. I don’t suggest you guys come here, especially students. You will be seen as a lier, not as a patient.

When I was waiting inside the room I can hear the doctor query another student loudly and impatiently. When she came in my room, she said the same words to me. This makes me feel she has the stereotype to students.

This walk-in is incredibly ill managed. The nurse/receptionist doing most of the work is unable to keep track of patients waiting (blue hair). I took my friend who was incredibly sick and the nurse took 4 other people prior even though looking my friend in the eye and saying she would be right back with the intake forms. For context, we were standing in front of the door and then sat down due to the fact my friend is ILL. After submitting the forms - we THEN found out that she needed a rapid covid test after 1 hour of waiting in the lobby. She was denied entry and given the option for a phone call appointment, but we still had to wait in the same building just incase we get a prescription. Most clinics now are able send prescriptions electronically especially since Covid began. This place is a mess and really needs to staff the clinic and communicate with patients accordingly.

UPDATE: The clinic ran out of rapid tests themselves so they were sending patients elsewhere. The doctor over the phone offered 0 help to my friend and told her she couldn't do anything without swabbing. Just don't bother with this clinic at all.

Very rude, shushed me when i am trying to explain my my symptoms.i get it i am a student and asking for a doctor notes during exam is common for lots of students.but the doctor just be like: lots of students coming in with same excuse.i am like what are you talking about

The receptionist was very nice and polite but the Doctor was complete the oposite. He was very impatient, didn´t give me any chance of asking questions, he only saw me for 5 minutes and didn´t let me explain the issue with more relevant details.

The lady that was in on November the 27 is not meant to work “helping people”. She was very rude to everyone. She rolled her eyes when I asked her for some help. I left and tried calling to see when I could go to get my results (even tho the clinic called me in advance and settled a time for me to go) and when she answered she said that I could go with my health card and get it. I went back and rudely gave me my results.
AVOID THAT LOCATION! No one should be treated that way.

Negligent doctor.

Went in for a serious and complex issue, doctor didn't even let me finish describing my issue and jumped to one diagnosis, then I interrupted him saying that his diagnosis was wrong (I knew for certain), then continued explaining, and he changed his diagnosis and gave me a random prescription. The whole interaction took around 90 seconds.

Waited for two and a half hours (hard to control) but was only seen by the doctor for about 2 minutes. The front desk lady was not the nicest and the doctor was a little too efficient. He didn't ask the details about why I had come in, didn't ask the story behind my possible concussion. He improperly diagnosed me knowing I had amnesia and I had to go to the hospital for a second opinion and to get properly diagnosed.

I also have had friends come here and say they were also dissatisfied with their service. I do not recommend this walk in clinic

Terrible process. Waited an hour after I checked in just to be told that the purpose of my visit required an appointment. Michaela then promised me if I came next day at 11 I would be able to go in first without having to wait again, then her coworker didn’t honour that because she said nothing was in writing, so I had to wait another hour to get 1 paper signed off for $150.

I see a lot of bad reviews for this place and honestly, I was a little hesitant because of this BUT it was a lifesaver for me. I live in a rural area and NO ONE would do a TB skin test for me for my nursing requirements. I booked an appointment as I come from far away and, unfortunately, the doctor had a family emergency. Totally understandable and the lady at the front desk was super apologetic (shorter and blonde I believe, wish I had gotten her name, she was great!) and said I could come back at 3 when the other doctor arrived! I said "I'm sorry, I have class at 5 PM and I have to drive an hour and a half to get home for it, would it be possible to get in right at 3 PM if I come back? " and she said absolutely! I came back and she got me in right away. I definitely admire her composure having to deal with turning away so many people for an event that wasn't her fault.

Not only did they do the test, they offered to fill out my other forms when I came back for the read (but I had already gotten them filled out by my HCP). Both doctors were very nice and quick to get me seen to!

All in all, from what I saw there, I was so impressed. I was there 4 times in 2 weeks and they were great every time. Never have I been to a walk-in where I felt so welcome and taken care of, even though they were supremely busy. I think a big thing is to understand to be kind to people, especially medical personnel, in this really tough time.

Currently sitting at this clinic and the receptionist is constantly busting her balls to run this place. Ive seen two receptionists here, and my heavens this place deserves an award. They always take care of me. The girls and doctor are all so sweet, it makes my world go round. Pretty sure these gals answer the phones more than they breathe.
Beware, the great staff do make this place overflow with patient volumes, so show up hella early. (Check the sign on the door, open hours may be different than online!)

The dispatched ladies ignorant disrespectful rude thinks she knows everything when I'm trying to get in contact with a doctor

Horribly disorganized, took me 3 days to get an RX refill requisition sent to my pharmacy. I also had to call 12 separate times in a 30 minute span before someone picked up.

Don't waste your time.

I'm really upset with how they set up appointments. This girl showed up an hour late to her appointment when I was already there before her (by 20 minutes) and on time for mine and they took her in right away before me. She took long on top of that and so I had to leave without being serviced. Who gives people who are an hour late to their appointment the authority over others who got there before them and on time for theirs? If a client doesn't respect the clinic's time by an hour, then the clinic should reschedule them or tell them they would have to go in after whoever was there before them. They lack professionalism and need to be trained better onto how they answer their phones and how they handle their appointments.

On Saturday, December 12,2020 I was treated incredibly badly by an unprofessional receptionist (short stature with dyed/bleached/blonde hair, wearing a pink scrub top and an attitude) who's passive aggressive tactics for turning off and turning away clients at the door appointment or not defies belief. This occurred at the Oxford Walk-In-Clinic operating out of the Oxford Health Centre.

Failing to return my ID at the door she took it as an offence when I informed her she could not keep it indefinitely (they were forcing clients to wait out in the building lobby where the clinic is located - not the clinic waiting room but outside the clinic itself in the host building's public elevator lobby). She then proceeded to threaten me with refusal of service when I informed her that it was not appropriate for her to keep my ID even if I had to wait to see the doctor. She was clearly not registering patients as they arrived but using their ID to form a cue at her desk or perhaps to enter their information when she got around to it but in either case she was not returning anyone's ID. A person's medical ID should be returned forthwith once the person has been identified and registration should follows immediately after. Medical ID is the property of the patient not the clinic or the registering intake staff and they must return it expeditiously and upon request regardless of whatever the clinic's private policy may be, and like any other form of ID such as a Visa Card or Driver's License would be. Withholding medical ID is inappropriate and illegal.

She deliberately escalated a fairly straightforward matter into a dramatic affair because she did not want to accept her mistake. She kept returning to me waiting outside the clinic without my ID and kept asking me why precisely I needed my ID back attempting to goad me. Clearly accustomed to having her doctor wrapped around her little finger she then misrepresent me as a threatening person. Not being wrong to ask that my ID be returned I did not apologize, which brought out the worst in her. After keeping me waiting for 45 minutes and harrassing me several times over my request (unbelievable) she returned to me with a gleeful and triumphant smile on her face and told me I was being refused service because of "everything I had done and my attitude". It honestly felt like I was being discriminated against for being a person of colour by a white person.it was that bad a treatment.

A very unprofessional individual whom I understood to have overstepped her bounds. I would advice the doctor/s of this clinic to consider re-evaluating the level of professionalism being exercised by their staff and whether clients are in fact being represented impartially by the intake staff or if the doctors are being blindsided by a bias/slant placed on a client by self interested staff browbeating someone whom they dislike. This staff conduct is abusive, reprehensible, unprofessional and gross.

There is a reason for having the lowest rating of any walk-in- clinic in the city. 2/5 stars is a reason for any responsible doctor to question and investigate from withing and with due diligence staff conduct in their establishment. The number of bad reviews over the past 4 years for this clinic is nothing short of astounding and it is astonishing given the details of how other patients describe their experience and the nature of how they were treated by staff at this establishment that they still have a license to operate and provide care for vulnerable patients.

As a first responder myself I would advice that anyone looking for a walk-in-clinic seriously consider going to a different establishment. You will not be treated professionally or respectfully at this clinic. You can in fact expect to be condescended to, insulted, bullied, intimidated and finally refused service by passive aggressive staff member/s who are unable to use professional decorum and civility.

Shame on this establishment and its staff for such inconsistent and despicable conduct.

Nurse didn’t do anything to patients who didn’t wear masks, felt unsafe and wasn’t able to wait in the car. Protocols are inappropriate for a medical clinic, will never visit again.

100% racist who refused to see me today cause I am a white male, last time I went there the racist made me wait way pass my appointment time so they could see non white people without a appointment first, when I complained they said you are no banned, clearl;y this is due me being a white male

When you see 5 stars you know exactly who is posting those good comments (owner and staff) bc as you can see any walk in clinic has pretty much same service and same rating! Negative rates are credible positive fake.

Dr. Cram in particular is the best and nicest physician who care about his patients, listen to their complaints and give the right treatment and advice.
The clinic receptionist is so kind too.

I went here for my Tb test. The receptionists are pretty cold but I think it's due to being busy. Even though I had an appointment 3/4 times I had to go there for the tb test I waited 20 mins for them to even come get my card. I appreciate the extra care they take during covid. The doctors I had were very nice. One even explained to me about how the walk in by me gave me a sterile cyst from a booster recently! Too bad this place is so far from me because I like it better than the one by me. The 2 Male doctors on monday and Wednesdays are great I highly recommend them. But set an appointment up! It's a lil bit of a wait but not as much as if you don't.

Whilst I understand this clinic is busy, they have zero regard for confidentality or respect. The blonde secretary could be overheard and endless confidental patient details were spoken of aloud. She also had incorrect information about the time periods of a tb skin test reading, and tried to make me pay an additional 50$ to have the test redone again. (Once she confirmed with the doctor I was fine but her attitude is another story). I also waited two hours for a simple tb skin test reading. Beware folks.

Came in on a Thursday at 1pm and they were closed for the day. The hours are wrong on all of their online resources including their main website.

Do NOT go here. They lie about wait times. Secondly they sent my wife for a blood test and REFUSE to go over it with her. They hang up on us and wont return voice mails they got their money for the appointment so they're done with us. AVOID at all cost

Wait time was wrong to start, went in to get tests done on a Friday and the doctor said i would get a call and information about it on the following Monday. I didn't hear anything and have tried to call over 20 times all week with them not picking up the phone once.over a week now with no test results and now i feel i must go back, extremely unreliable and communication is one of the worst i've experienced.

They really don't respect their patients. Been here today. I arrived at 3: 10 there were 4 patients ahead of me. Sat at the clinic for an hour an 25 minutes and then I saw them letting people who came after me go in to see the doctor.when i asked the receptionist she was telling me these patients who kind of skipped the line were urgent cases which is understandable. But when i asked her how many patients ahead of me in the queue she said 2! Well i came in with 4 patients ahead of me. 6 patients went in.and then she tells me my turn is after 2 more patients so i came in with 4 people in the queue and ill see the doctor after 8 patients go in? And btw im a person with a disability. Its not a walk in first come first serve and its mismanaged. I left without seeing the doctor obviously they dont value or respect their patients. What a waste of time

Dragged my very sick self out of bed to go here and it was closed during "open" hours on Friday (arrived at 5: 50 and it was fully closed).

I came on Wednesday around noon, only waited for about 10min and got everything done 20min later. Pretty happy with the staff and everything!

They do not have a real closing time. Their website states the closing time is 7, I came at 5, they do not accept my daughter.

I waited 30 mins in total to see the doctor. The receptionist was very personable and kind. The doctor was efficient and professional. A few days later, I was feeling much improved after the medication I was prescribed.

Disgusted with our doctor. Came in with my girlfriend because she had a long lasting cold and a severe ear ache and he rushed into the room after we waited for an hour and half and saw her rubbing her eyes so he tried to give her eye drops and never even read her chart. The staff is so unprofessional. Front lady does not even know how to talk. The doctor does not even as you questions, she just comes and tells you that you should take medicines. I KNOW THAT. I waited like an hour and the doctor came and went out in 2-3 minutes.

Worst clinic ever. The "doctor" basically dismissed me saying I was fine and did not do her job properly. Maybe that's the reason this place has 2 stars out of 204 reviews. I waited an hour for me to be told to leave you are fine. Worst CLINIC ever.

Worst walk in clinic, had a cotton stuck in my ear, went for a checkup, Dr Alam said nothing is inside, have been having the same issue for over a week now, having hearing loss, cotton is still there, they said I have to pay again in order to visit, adv do not ever go there, it’s a place for robbing people

Had a great experience the last two times I've had to go here. Very thorough in telling me what to do when I needed and x-ray and had to go to emerge.
Just wish they kept up to date on their hours of operation online. Tried to go today and they were closed for Halloween for some reason.

Dr. Cram is one of the best doctors I've had the pleasure of meeting. I had quite a few things that needed to be done (vaccines, tests, and a long form to be completed) and he gladly helped me with everything. He is kind, easy going, and efficient without ever making me feel rushed. I would definitely recommend!

Front Office staff not professional, long long waiting period, think trice before coming to this clinic

The front desk lady has a great customer service attitude and the doctor is really detailed, even though is a walk-in clinic he takes his time to truly serve the patients. Wait time is long but you go out knowing you were thoroughly checked

Definetly won't be returning to this clinic even if my bite doesn't resolve, going anywhere else, waited 2 hours to get a lecture on not keeping my list of medications with me because 'he needs to be certain on the dosage because the pharmacy will see it is wrong' which is so insignificant and has no affect on anything as the pharmacy will correct it. Guy needs to work on his CUSTOMER SERVICE and quit throwing his weight around to CUSTOMERS
