Easy enough way to drop off e waste (old phones batteries computers etc) just dump it and drive away thanks to the volunteers who make it quick and easy enough to figure out

Fast and efficient. Took my clippings and brush and even an old printer. And I picked up some black mulch!

I appreciate the fact that on a Saturday, their busy day, the line up to dump my materials was short because the staff were on the ball!

Very inconsistent with pricing. Within 72 hours prices varied. Full 5x10 trailer load one day and half a trailer load 3 days later with the same house hold items which was all put in bin #10 (garbage) and it was more money (almost double the price) ? How does that work. Staff didnt seem to care either. My father has had same issue with pricing as well.

There seems to be an issue with closing the gates prior to closing time. I was unloading a large load branches onto the pile when an employee approached me. When I said "How are you today" the reply was " better if the gates were closed and I was going home". My response was "well at least it's not raining". As she waited to close the exit gate when I drove out of the exit my phone read 7: 01pm and my watch read 7: 00pm which means that she had closed the entrance gates well in advance of the posted closing time. The city should probably change the closing to 6: 45 pm to accommodate the employee in the white SUV.

You'd have to be blind to miss the on-duty staff.
Seein' as how they're decked out in bright neon orange shirts and matching hats.

Anyway, I was charged less than ten bucks for a half-dozen big honkin' bags of grass clippings.
That strikes me as imminently reasonable.
Hey, SOMEBODY has to pay for all those bright neon orange shirts and hats.

This is a great service and most importantly the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Old tenants left me with a truck full of garbage. Was able to dump everything here. Quick and easy. 5/5 would recommend and come again.

I dealt with a very rude and unhelpful staff member named Marrisa. I would not advise people to go here.

I have been using the facility regularly for many years and have been very happy. I have noticed recently that some of the younger staff do not have the same knowledge and personal skills.
I am very aware of costs as I go regularly, however I was charged $40 for a $25 load this past week and the attendant did not smile, say please or thank you, was looking the other way while handing me the debit machine. There were many nails at the bin, which is to be expected, however the staff was sitting and talking instead of using the magnetic rake. I cleaned up as many nails as I could so as not to get a flat on my truck. On my last visit I was actually scolded and told I was wasting their time and mine bringing In a small load and should wait next time until my truck was full? Sorry the job was done and that was all I had.
I apologized though I was a bit shocked at the comment. A totally different experience than I have always been used to.
