Oxygen Yoga & Fitness- Yonge and St Clair

I love Oxygen Yoga & Fitness. The Infra-red is wonderful and the instructors are terrific. I was looking for a studio like this and I am very happy to find it.

I love this place! It is so good for my health. It is incredible how much support I get from the owner, the instructors, the staff and other members. The support shows up in various ways too. From deeply personal challenges to providing various classes at opportune times to get my body moving, it all leads to helping me heal body, mind and spirit. And on top of it all it is so much fun!

Can't imagine a healthier way to spend an hour. It is an excellent compliment to my running and strength training.

Oxygen is like no other fitness place out there, they have something for everyone. Yoga and fitness all under one roof. The owners and staff are phenomenal. The classes are amazing! I highly recommend Oxygen.

My personal sanctuary! Classes are always packed - everyone brings their best energy and each instructor has their own unique approach: Studio is VERY clean and always stocked with hair ties, dry shampoo, etc.

Oxygen Yonge and St Clair is very well organized with touch screen check in and a very organized layout for a very easy in and out process. The place is very clean. I like all the instructors there. I am a regular there now.

Great experience! The owners are very friendly and the instructors are full of energy. I’d highly recommend trying out a few classes (if you know someone, you can try up to 3 classes for free). I love that it keeps me accountable to my fitness goals.

Busy studio for a reason! Great concept and clean, quality space. Coming here helped me to instill regular meditative practice which is a true value. The quality of the heat is wonderful in every season (not too humid, not too dry). The booking app is convenient to use. And while the whole yoga industry is heavily westernized, at this studio, both the clientele and staff are at least diverse, which naturally creates a unique vibe compared to other places, and is something I appreciated right away.
