It was my first time trying the hot pot, we went for the spicy hot pot, there were so many options to choose from, the service was so fast and easy, they have tablets to order from and no wait time at all. Loved the food.

I always go here and the food never disappoints. The cheese and pork is so good and feeds 4-5 people easily, just get more rice! The tteokbokki is so cheesy and rich not too spicy. And who doesn’t love the free sides, love the potatoes the most! Last time I went we got the seafood pancakes and beef bulgogi also great choices!

Very good korean restaurant, hot pot for two was really good, you get full for sure.only service is a bit slow.

We ordered Uber eats at this place and according to the app it said that it is being prepared. But we waited for around 2 hours. And eventually canceled the order. Bad food delivery service.

Honestly never before in my life did I feel like walking out of a restaurant because of how bad the food was, until now.

We sat down, ordered, and the food arrived quickly but nothing tasted right, the dishes were either overcooked, soggy and cold, or had a questionable after taste.

Service was okay, and the staff was nice enough to not charge for the food we sent back but overall it was just a really unfortunate experience, won’t be coming back and I hope the owners reevaluate their standards

The portion is so generous with reasonable price. Friendly customers service and excellent Korean food that I couldn’t expect more!

Service was absolutely atrocious, the short lady serving us with short hair and glasses was completely rude. 1/5.

Food was also not great, which is unfortunate because I used to love this place. The bulgogi tasted like sub-par beef with a heaping scoop of sugar in it and nothing else. The spicy beef noodle so was nothing but bland and, the noodles were extremely overcooked. Not spicy, not beefy, just nothing. They also charge $15.49 for a kimchi pancake, no meat, just the same kimchi you get for free in a pancake. 2/5.

Atmosphere was okay if you like Korean hip-hop, environment is decently clean, music is also just decent.

Rounding up to a 2 star to be nice, but what a disappointment.

We got the bulgogi hot plate and the bulgogi hot pot. The hot pot was HUGE and was more than enough for our group of 4! Staff was very sweet and quick to respond.

I love some of the foods here, But then during the payment, when I did not press “tip” and skip it. The lady server told me “oh! No tip because we shared on it”. And I replied to her, I just pay the amount that we ate. As she showed my receipt telling me that tip is not included in my receipt. I feel so shocked because I ate here before but did not encounter these kind of situations.
What I can say is it’s up to your customer if someone will give a tip or no. Don’t be surprised and feel angry if we don’t give a tip. Still be thankful that you have a customer who still wants to eat in your restaurant. Don’t rely on the tip and appreciate your customers.

Our family decided to meet here for lunch. It was our first time but my sister and her family came here before. She ordered the food as I didn’t know what to order. The food came out hot and presentation was exceptional. Now, when it comes to taste. Everyone’s taste is different. Some like salty and some like spicy. I personally just found everything to taste normal. Maybe on the plain side. The seafood pancake didn’t taste like anything until you put the sauce on it. The sweet and sour chicken taste like what it supposed to. Seafood tofu was ok. Beef short ribs were good. I didn’t give it a five star was because I wasn’t blown away. Oh by the way, if you’re not used to flat stainless steel chopsticks, bring your own!

Food was ample and delicious. Price on point. Our waiter was great! Definitely recommend but maybe do takeout instead. Washrooms and back hallway leave something to be desired. There was only one toilet in the women's bathroom and there wasn't a change table so I had to change the baby on the bathroom floor. Also the back hallway was so full it concerns me about access to the emergency exit.

Food is good but the service is always so awful. Twice now the soup I ordered was served 40 minutes after my friends' dishes and after at least 2 inquiries about its status. At that point I've filled up on the (pretty good) potato side dish. I really would like to get to eat a meal with someone rather than watch them eat and get my soup to go, after which the vermicilli overcooks.

Very disappointed in the quality of the food and service. The meat was not fresh and side dishes don’t taste the same as before. This used to be my favourite restaurant in London, but after my visits over this past year, the restaurant is clearly not what it used to be. The server was also not attentive at all.

We had spicy chicken and rice Japchae beef and glass noodles and bibimap. All delicious. I will definitely return to try the hot pot.

Ozen Korea is ran by Koreans, the food is very well done and tastes homey, good prices and generous appetizers (kimchi, cucumber kimchi, honey drenched potatoes, sesame bean oil sprouts) always come with whatever meal you get.

It's also located in a very cool and fun area, with a Chatime right next to it if you feel like getting Boba after a hearty meal.

Come here if you're in highschool, university or whatever age group, it's a good place to regular if you do crave Korean food. Staff are always very friendly and kind to everyone, great music playlist aswell. Cheers

I wanted to order food dilivery from this restaurant using uber but then realized that we were outside the dilivery zone (near airport). I ended up ordering from Skip the Dishes and went to pick up the food myself.

This is one of the best Korean food I have ever had. I enjoyed everything I ordered. Food is fresh and portion is generous. I will definitely visit again if I ever visit London in the future!

Favourite Korean restaurant in London!? I have a constant cravings for Kimchi Fried Rice with Cheese It has Pork Belly in it and it’s so yummy! With the cheese on top, it tastes creamy and yummy? We also ordered Spicy Pork ️‍ the pork is so soft and flavourful! Definitely worth a try!?

Ate here for the first time today and it was amazing! Absolutely loved the rice cake hot pot and all of the side dishes. The food is so so delicious, and it’s a HUGE portion - so worth the cost completely! Everyone working there was also very kind. We will definitely be going back as often as possible.

Love the food here! Wish I took photos of the food individually. I recommend somebody who's never tried Korean food to try the Bibimbap. Rice dishes are just universally comforting and homey. The crispy rice at the bottom of the stone bowl is to die for. I do wish they had pickled daikon radish though.

The food was great. However, at the end of our meal, once the bill was paid, I was getting ready to leave a tip and the waiter stood there watching me. I proceeded to ask her if there was anything else I had to pay for. She responded by saying “that amount is for the food, the tip is not included. ” Which made us uncomfortable as she just stood there and watched us. I had to tell her I usually give the tip just before I leave as my family and I were still talking. Not to mention, they forgot our appetizers which we ended up not wanting anymore because we were done eating out meals.

Everytime I eat there I get happy. When I fractured my ankle I was at rock bottom but their food cheered me up. Must go!

Meal was very good and service top-notch. Server was patient and attentive. Once ordered, the meal arrived quickly.

Absolutely loved this place. Very neat place with good seating & design which felt oriental inspired. Super friendly service & the food was reasonably priced. Definitely try their hot pots as it seemed to be the place to be for that with the size of the portion. Will definitely come back to try more stuff

I had dinner last night and it was good. It was tasty and waitor/waitress were nice until one waitress came. After my husband I finished the meal, we were about to ask container to take the left food home so I rang the bell. One waitress with short hair with glasses came with bill and machine. She came to our table and just gave me a bill and asked me if I needed a machine to pay. So I told her that I needed a conatiner for the food not bill for now. I asked her why she brought me a bill and machine then, and she said that she thought I would need a bill as I looked i finished meal. Should not she just come and ask me what I needed instead of giving me a bill right away?
I really did not want to leave tips last night because of her being rude, but paid it as other servers were nice and got all I needed in time that I was happpy.
I guess this is not the first time that this waitress was this kinda rude. I know how the food & hospitality works, and she should have come and ask if I needed anything else instead of asking me to pay right away without me asking.

The hot pot comes out from the kitchen in a beautiful overfilling compilation of food. It is a little hard to cook at first, as you have to maneuver the food without spilling. The waiter helped us and was very friendly about it. Once cooked, the aroma and deliciousness made it all worth it. Our favourite part was having a bite of noodle with some sliced pork belly and spicy soup. Mind you, it was quite spicy, so make sure you have the spice tolerance to conquer this dish. This dish also came with 2 rice bowls on the side.

C. 2 - DonKatsu: 9/10
The batter of donkatsu was perfectly crisp, but the pork could have been juicier. The sauce was drizzled on the donkatsu which added a nice savoury flavour to the dish. This dish comes with a cabbage salad and rice on the side.

Overall service: 10/10
The restaurant was clean and had plenty of seating. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

Hot pot here absolutely slaps. The dumpling hot pot was more than enough for two of us to completely stuff ourselves and making the broth spicy made it so much better. Best hot pot I’ve tried in London ON so far.

Great service. Excellent selection of classic Korean dishes. Have ordered multiple times for delivery too. Highly recommend.

This was our first visit here. We both enjoyed the food. The servings are generous and tasty. The stainless steel chopsticks were a good challenge for me as they are more slippery than the wooden ones I am used to. We will be returning.

We ordered through Uber eats and the potato side dish had a bite mark in it. We called the restaurant right away, but they denied the possibility and did not even apologize. They just laughed it off and said in a passive aggressive tone that there is no way that this was possible and she was sarcastic about the situation. We were disgusted that we threw the food out. Would never order food here again.

One of THE best Korean restaurants in this city that reminds me of home cooked authentic food. Gamjatang is great! Spicy and porky, jajangmyeon could be better but overall very good! Also - when I order on UberEats they even include the Banchan!

Had a lovely dinner. The food was great. I went a bit overboard on the soy but hey who doesn't. Lovely view, great staff, even got gum afterwards:)

I can feel their chicken thigh is either not fresh or put in freezer for too long. Just not the texture and the flavour I expected. BTW, one of their servers is really terrible. I can feel that he hates this job and it created the environment that I don’t want to involve.

SO GOOD! I literally have dreams about the kimchi rice and cheesy rice cakes. The pork bone soup is usually good but sometimes a bit salty. Overall the value is good for the portions you get

Very good food, the fried rice was absolutely amazing as well as the donkatsu and gamjatang. Would very much recommend.

Went there yesterday with some friends. Great service, great food and very reasonable prices. The waiter was super nice! I recommend the Bibimbap:).

I ordered spicy seafood noodle. But it came out beef noodle（thats fine for me). And i added extra noodle. Total noodle just showed in pc1.
Sad. I just dont wanna return for extra 5km.

This is my second time ordering takeout from OZEN KOREA. The food seems to be hit or miss depending on what you order.

5/5 spicy rice cake - lots of different things in there, rice cake is yummy on day one and spicy enough

1/5 pan fried black bean noodles - it was basically soup and way too sweet

3/5 bulgogi on hot plate - it was very soupy which I was confused about because this is the hot plate version. The taste was good though

3/5 pork bone soup - pork meat is nice. Flavour is ok, maybe a tad on the salty side.

So delicious food everytime and always friendly and helpful staff. Will most definitely be back with an appetite?

I eat here with my girlfriend all the time. We both love it here and we would definitely recommend to anyone.

The food is absolutely delicious. Every dish we've tried here is super rich and flavourful and the portions are quite generous. Their in-house kimchi is amazing. They always provide some on the side along with a few other small sides which are also great and always compliment the food.

The prices are very fair considering the quality of the food and the portions.

The service is always amazing. They are great people and we always look forward to interacting with them even for a quick pick-up.

Very friendly staff. I asked for hot sauce and may have put too much. Thought I could handle it. The waitress noticed I wasn't enjoying my meal. She replaced it. Been to 5 different Korean resto and the food here is best by far. Not as good as sauga's.

Been coming to this restaurant for a long time now. I dig the spicy pork broth! It’s always comforting and satisfying. Love drinking soju here with the sizzling chicken with cheese and the pork broth. Service is quick! Attentive and friendly staff. Couldn’t ask for more.

First time here, I found it an awesome experience. The soup was delicious and the BBQ pork belly was also very good. I like how much sides you get on your plate like the sauces, onions, kimchi so every bite it's different. I went with my 2 little kids and we shared everything.

One waiter at the front desk is quite rude. My boyfriend and I went there and only were told they r full but nothing else. I mean shouldn’t he be informing us some alternatives like how long we would need to wait etc? He was really indifferent and we ended up walking straight out.
And today when my boyfriend who is a delivery driver called the restaurant to make sure if the food was ready, a guy picked up and just said “you don’t need to call” and hung up. It was very disrespectful and impolite.
The food there is good, but unless you want to get attitude, don’t go.

What is the point of buying a meal for 2 people and spend over $45 to only receive some soup stock on the side and some make it yourself ingredients sort of speak?

Ive always enjoyed everything I’ve had at Ozen but tonight it reached new heights The kimchi fried rice with pork belly and the spicy rice cakes with cheese are the ULTIMATE comfort food. And we could all use that right now. Melted cheese, pork belly, fried rice, kimchi.my complete new favourite dishes! And the portions are so large I’ll get to enjoy it tomorrow as well. Thanks Ozen!

Waited for 1hr to get my pickup order. The server was not nice at all! Been told 25mins, then 15mins, and then 10mins.we went to grocery first, all the frozen stuffs were melted! The Uber order was ordered at 6: 50, and it was ready at 7: 13 shown on the receipt.

How rude of the service! Especially the Chinese woman of the cashier (older that one), we had two ppl only and I said we can wait outside yet she seemed very impatient and told us there is no any table for us, but I told her there was still one table. She just yelled at us, i didn’t know why her attitude was being like this even we talked to her so nicely anyway it was a horrible experience! NOT AGAIN! Ruined my day!

Spicy rice cake without an egg. They didn't give me an egg! What a shame. Neither good food nor reasonable prices. They serve too many dishes they can't even handle so if you're happy with your go-to food here, that's good but be careful when you want to try something new here.
