I am giving them this rate because of Pablo, every other person there definitely don’t know how to handle children hair, is either they do too much or they do too little and is so disappointing, if you want to get a nice hair cut then ask for Pablo, his a great guy and he’s excellent at his job.

Great place to visit for your hair cut friendly service great prices with top of the line barbers like Lance, an pablo to name a few with never any disappointment with these guys I always get what I want I'll always recommend anyone to take a visit.

So good. Twice I’ve taken my boys (2 year old & 5 year old) Fair price and very patient with my boys. After going to other terrible places this was our saviour. All the barbers have cut my boys heads. Amazing experience. Highly recommended for ALL hair types.

It's a great place for a fade haircut and beard. You can do walk-ins, and despite a long queue, the wait time is pretty decent. Service is quick, and prices are reasonable.
My hair and beard were done by Lance, and I have no words for him.
Lance is a skilled hairdresser who has been in the hair business for the past 37 years. Highly skilled in his craft, he is quick, experienced, and will make you laugh while you are on his chair.

Highly recommended.

Untidy place. Worst hair cutting service, I have ever used. Very bad quality job. These guys didn't have their grade 1 of hair cutting lessons. You might as well grow hair like a cave man rather than going to this business.

Please whatever you do, DO NOT go sit in the woman barber’s chair (the one dressed like a tomboy) she will literally ignore what you ask for even if you show a clear picture with instructions on how you like it. It’s almost as if she finds joy in cutting of people’s hair that they’ve been growing for YEARS. Not to mention she will slice up your face with the buzzer. She’s very rough and cuts with no precision

Please don't go to this place. I was waiting for a hour for my cut but the then the worker tells me that 6 more people are ahead of me. What a waste of time.

Went in to shape my afro this barber ruined my line up, and didn't really shape the edge of the line up properly.lost me as a customer!

I got a terrible hair cut yesterday which was done by the fair lady. Infact I can't see myself going there ever again.

Today was by far my worst experience. I’ve been coming here for monrhs and I got cut by shonna the female barber. At first she seemed educated by following instructions and using the hot towel and alcohol but as time went on her sloppiness shown through. Today I requested a small side fade and a box shape up because I am growing and she knew I was growing my hair and this lady sliced off all of my hair along with not creating the cut I wanted. Note I cut my hair the same way every-time and not only did she botched my haircut she charged me a completely different price than I’ve been getting. I was extremely upset and super disappointed. I’ve had complaints before but I decided to give this place one last chance. I shall not be going to that sham of a barber again.

Good and friendly guys here, they are all good at what they do. Went here on a recommendation, and I wasn't disappointed.

We have been going to our barber Patrick for about 7 years. Let’s just say we travel from the east end to get a hair cut.

Good vibe. Really busy and I came near closing but was in and out quick cuz I didnt have a barber preference.

Got razor blade cuts after haircut. PAINFUL. I had a tomboy lesbian that cut my hair, it was a painful process

The women's hairdresser named Merlynda is very unprofessional. Also, the shop is extremely dirty.shockingly dirty. Separately.the men's barbers do an excellent job. Bring sanitizer if you plan on attending or sitting in Merlyndas chair.

Thanks to Patrick for being so patient with our son Brandon. The 3rd appointment was a great success and he sat by himself and had a great haircut. Definitely will recommend him to everyone and anyone who has kids!

Great place to bring the kid, hair for boys and a quick wash, style or braids for the girls. Very relaxed environment/ atmosphere with excellent customer services. Pauline and Johnny are great people who make sure you have a great customer experience.

Go early and get out early but avoid the skinny barber. He nicked my son's ears which caused bleeding, didn't wipe the hair from his face, and the cut/fade was uneven. Also his liner is broken which exposes the wires. Anybody but him.

Those guys are always busy talking to each other while giving the hair cut.i told him something i wanted on my hairs and he heard it something (as he was busy talking to other guy and ended up spoiling my haircut.also he seemed to be an untrained barber as he was asking his colleague every 2 mins on how to do this and that.i mean how can u make somebody to cut without being trained.u cannot train them on customers.and bleeding with some cuts is normal here.

My go to spot for getting my hair cut. Glad to support a local black business in the community. A nice atmosphere and the hair cuts are great as long as the barber does not get distracted with a phone call or someone comes in selling something.

I actually like coming to this shop. Patrick (the first chair), is decent, the dude in the last chair by the register has always cut my hair amazingly. Now the person to avoid every single time would be the woman who dresses like a male. Easily the worst cut I've ever received. And mainly because she didn't listen to what I said I wanted at all. I had an afro and wanted to retain it so I wanted only a tiny fade that wouldn't take away from the round shape of my afro, I EVEN SHOWED HER A PICTURE (below). Why does she end up cutting the whole sides off my head and giving me a box cut? I was appalled, I grew my hair, got it all nice and curly just for her to completely ignore what I wanted and cut half my hair off! I really hope they get her outta there, making a bad name for their shop. People already say not to get cut by her but I figured the cut I wanted takes 10 mins and any barber with basic skills should be able to do it. I guess barbers just do whatever they want nowadays huh?

Edit: I forgot to mention how hard she pressed the clippers against my face, never have I felt such scratchy irritation after a hair cut, even around my mouth and I have no facial hair! Literally felt like I got in a fight with a cat the way I felt clawed up

I've taken my boyfriend here twice because it's one of the only places open on a Monday, which is one of our only free days to get it done. The first time we were here one of the guys cut his line-up crooked. It wasn't entirely noticeable so we chopped it up to just being a small mishap.

This second time we went, today, he saw a different barber and this one pushed his line-up almost a whole inch from where his natural hairline is. When he brought this to the barber's attention, this barber refused to accept responsibility and claimed that it was the previous barber who put it that high up (keep in mind this is a barber from the same establishment that did his haircut last time) and that "you young people just have a bad attitude about everything. " I'm sorry, but us young people are still customers who expect good service and if not good service then at least good hospitality.

My boyfriend then asked to speak to the manager or owner of the barbershop, and this owner refused to look him in the eyes to acknowledge the issue and instead said, "You're the one who sat in his chair, " as if a client is supposed to know that a barber employed at the shop is a terrible barber.

Needless to say, he did not pay because of the horrible cut as well as the horrible customer service from the barber who made the mistake and the owner of the barbershop.

I dropped off a friend there but he told me the price is good $20 and there are a lot of barbers working there some are good and others just ok
