Pablo Cheese Tart

Experienced my first cheese tart at Pablo's when they used to be downtown & now they are 5 minutes from home. Been twice since they opened in Markham & their mini cheese tarts are still delicious! I also bought one of their classic chocolate cheese tarts & it was good but nothing about it really stood out. I like that they carry macarons by the Social Blend. Would go back occasionally for a treat as it is quite expensive.

Great customer service. So patient and friendly! I ordered one of their Christmas specials to pick up and had no issues getting it. Bonus points: it was delicious! I was a huge fan of their original downtown location and I'll be visiting the Markham one in the future for sure!

The packaging is beautiful, it's perfect for gifting! I tried their classic smoothie, mini cheese tarts and earl grey macaron. Everything was delicious! I will definitely return to try all of the different flavours.

It's either they changed ingredients due to inflation, I think the tarts are nearly not as good as before. There is absolutely no flavor of cheese from these tarts. I don't mean they taste bad, if they are called yuzu custard tart, then I'd give them 4 star, but when I order cheese flavoured desert I expect them to taste cheese. This one taste only custard, with only sweetness from the jam. The custard was bland too. Looks great in a fancy store, but unfortunately mediocre in taste.

Delicious cheese tarts. You can never go wrong with the original cheese tart. We also tried the matcha cheese tart and it was really good as well. They were not too sweet and filling was super light and creamy.

Just happened to come across this little spot while in the plaza shopping for something else. I was drawn to it because it said Japanese bakery and that usually means tasty and sensibly sweet. They had a nice little selection of small tarts and a selection of 6 fit into a beautiful presentation box. Lovely! They were all delicious and I will drop in again.

Very pleased that pablo has a Markham location. They partnered up with The Social Blend so you can also get macarons there as well. The cheese tarts are amazing, and I highly recommend their mini cream puffs, I always find the bigger ones are too much for one person, but the ones here are bite size, their drinks and ice cream are also surprisingly good. Great place to buy for yourself and gifts! They have neat packaging and my friends love the tart sets.

I was so excited, expecting it to taste like the ones from Japan cause those one are really good. But there was barely any cheese taste to it and the texture was more like a combo between mousse and soft tofu.the ones in Japan were a lot thicker, creamier and cheesier. Disappointed I bought the big tart too even though currently it’s 20% off

Got the cheese tart and the two mini ones. The cheese filling is not bad but over all I’m not impressed. The pastry of the mini tarts tastes uncooked.

It wasn't my first time at Pablo, I used to go to the downtown location before it closed down.

I ordered half a dozen cheese tarts, I chose 2 originals, 1 tiramisu, 1 pistacchio, 1 matcha, and 1 chocolate. It totalled just about $30, after tax.

My favourite will always be the original cheese tart, it's really good.

Maybe I am too picky about sweets. I feel like their drinks taste better than their tarts. I bought 6 flavors： matcha 、chocolate 、purple taro、apple 、original cheese and strawberry. I only finish apple. Their cheese cake are okay. I feel uncle tetsu‘s are better. Their drinks are good. By the way，the outside bag is easy to broken，Butter hold by hands otherwise you will lose your sweets on the floor.

I purchased a large tart and 6 minis.
I think some of the minis have been sitting on the counter longer than others because a few of them were stale.

Been a long time since I've had the cheese tart downtown. Tried their new Markham location and things still taste great. Items overall are on the pricier side. There is no space for dine in. Not sure if they'll survive long term as they aren't busy even for a newly opened store. I recommend they give promotions/discounts.
