I received excellent service with Pack-An-Ship. Mukesh was extremely helpful in assisting me to get my personal goods across the country in the most time efficient and economic way. He went out of his way to pick up the items and ensured they were packaged and secured correctly for the journey. Everything arrived on time. Had a minor hiccup with Loomis and they dealt with it immediately. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend Mukesh and his team! I will use them again when I have additional items to send! He went over and above for me to deliver a package left by my dad at the hospital, after he had surgery and was sent to another hospital without his belongings.
