Not a good experience

Upon walking into the store, I was rudely asked to put on a mask without question! The owner said they had two employees with cancer. I was empathetic to the situation and used one of their disposable ones.

The whole time in there, I felt rushed and very unappreciative.

Worst part was watching 3 young workers going through the store without masks to go out for a smoke break.

Horrible energy in there. No Customer service skills at all and will never go back.

The Owner is still enforcing MASKS, as much as it is within his right to do so, it is my right not to give my business to people who do that, there are plenty other small business that are not enforcing ridiculous masks in their business, stay away,

I kept my original review for this business, for the purpose of integrity, however, I would like to retract my original review and change it, as per owner explanation (which I view as a reasonable effort for the owner to keep his vulnerable employees safe) as i still maintain that masks are useless in preventing covid based on reliable scientific data and research one has still to appreciate owner efforts to protect his employees

Great company and staff, especially Belen!
I needed only 3 custom cardboard boxes for shipping some personal items overseas and Packaging World were happy to help me out, and for a great price! They were friendly and didn't mind that I wasn't some big company buying thousands of boxes, they treated me well regardless!
Would use again:)
