Pagoda Chop Suey House

We ordered chicken balls and fried rice expecting it to be seperate but they put them together in the same container ruining the rice. Wish they would have told us this.

Been going for years, but recently prices up up. And quality down. Ordered a shrimp and garlic sauce, there was 4 shrimp max, and full of green peppers and lots of onions. Which wasn't on the menu. I wish it would of said that ahead of time.

Ordered chicken chow mein, sent pork chow mein, Ordered pork fried rice, very dry since new owners the restaurant has gone down in quality for the food, my husband and I have been going and ordering from them for over 30 yrs, now we have to find a different Chinese food restaurant. Very unhappy with pagoda restaurant

Ripping people off for their orders now. I ordered food that is suppose to come with some vegetables, they tell me that's no longer a thing and have to pay more for less. FK U KINDLY

If I could score a zero I would…worst food I have ever had! We purchased enough for a group and it’s in the compost bin…I couldn’t even drop it off to a food bank. Shut them down!

I order two times (combination plate) and they were good.however this time there was a hair (straight and black) poking out through the deep fried chicken ball.absolutely disgusting. I got my money refunded the next day but still, it’s absolutely disgusting. I haven’t returned. I doubt that they wear hair nets at the back in the kitchen, I did mention it to them, to avoid this from happening again.

The service over the years has gone done so much it’s noticeable but the prices keep going up, its like rolling the dice weather you get good food or rushed burnt garbage. Just order La Luna down the street definitely better. I remember seeing rat skeletons under the renovation garbage at one point too so its just all around a bad place to waste money.

There’s been a change of ownership I believe. The prices have been raised significantly and the quality of the food isn’t as good. The filling in the egg rolls - it’s like chewing on a ball of deep fried string. Pagoda used to be my place of choice when I wanted Chinese food, but not now.

They lost a customer with me. They refuse to pack my chicken in sweet & sour sauce. Ridiculous not to honor my request

Foods good, large portions, they would get 4-5 stars if their take out containers didn't leak and they remembered my free pops.

Not even 1. Garbage. Just paid $42 for tasteless noodles.wrong lessor item received than ordered. Cheap ingredients and messy package and leaked. Terrible. Terrible.

The chicken balls were all dough and I don't believe made in house. All the chicken in the dishes was precooked before making the dishes and flavourless and dry. The orange chicken.more coating than chicken and no flavour to the sauce. Egg Foo Yong was pasty and tasted as if flour or starch had been added to the eggs, gummy texture. The Cantonese Chow Mein was edible and the fried rice was actually pretty good. Chinese greens had next to no greens and was mostly broccoli. The shrimp in the fried rice and chow mein were pre cooked and over cooked horribly.

Ordered beef lo mein, sliced beef with mixed vegetables, chicken balls, egg rolls. Everything was super delicious. The beef in the sliced beef was a good portion size and so tender! Egg rolls and chicken balls both nice and crispy.

I placed my order an hour ahead of when I asked to pick it up and wasn’t ready when I arrived, was 10 minutes late. But the kicker is they didn’t give me my lemon sauce that goes with the lemon chicken! If you are going to be delay an order you should make sure it is right! Very disappointed. $60 in food

I've ordered from here a dozen times now and I must say their food is always tasty, fresh, reasonable time for pick up and friendly staff. I haven't found it necessary to order from any other Chinese restaurant in some time now. Great food and service!
