Extremely disappointed. Communicated on the phone that traveling 1 hr is very strenuous & not really within budget but that I was desperate to see a pain specialist after having issues for 1.5 yrs & am out of options/$. I got all my imaging & referral sent via fax prior to the apt just to show up & be told I'm actually seeing a chiropractor first before being sent to the pain specialist. When I've already seen a Chiro/physio/sports med/fam doc.
I specifically said on the phone it's my very last $ and I'm looking only to see a PAIN SPECIALIST. The communication is terrible & as lovely as the reception is, the English speaking skills are not there. Now I've hurt myself coming here, was mislead & put other things on hold to be here & now have to start searching from scratch to hopefully find someone who won't waste my time

I feel privileged to know Dr. Bui, his experienced staffs. I had unresolved back pain for years, went through many tests, xray for lumbar Spine and they didn't show anything and my gp could not confirm anything. I just suffer with pain, and anxiety since I do not know what wrong with me and I felt like I am falling out of the Ohip system. Luckily, a friend of mine recommended Dr. Bui, and told me to give it a try. Although not cover by ohip but I was so happy and felt appreciated with the experience I had there. We had a very detailed & throughout consultation visit. He reviewed my xray images, explained details and also provided my diagnosis (Finally) what causes of the pain. I am truly appreciated for what Dr. Bui, his other experienced practitioner team and super friendly administrators. I wish you and your team all the best.

The worst rehab clinic it’s all insurance scam same as JMJ law don’t trust Dr. Bui. I was there for almost 5 years and he kept promising me but it’s a fraud. They’ll convince you and manipulate you. Find a better clinic for your case because all they do is ruin it.
