Recently dined at Paisano and it's a true gem, made a reservation for the half price pasta yesterday, exceptional food, from innovative dishes to perfect pairings. What sets this place apart is the impeccable service – knowledgeable and friendly staff, our server Neha did a great job, although the wait time was long she took good care of us that enhanced the dining experience. A must-visit for those seeking top-notch cuisine and stellar service. I'll be back for more!

Last night, my family and I went to Paisano after receiving a promotion text for their half price pasta day. We waited almost half an hour to receive very poor quality garlic bread and a Caesar salad. Another half an hour passed by, but still no sign of getting our main dishes. The server did come by once to tell us it would be another 10-15 minutes, so we waited. After an hour of waiting, I went to the front and asked how much longer we had to wait. The server said it was coming out "right now", but another 15 minutes later, nothing. When I informed the server we were leaving, there was no apology at all. As I was paying the full bill of the subpar appetizers, the food finally came out of the kitchen, and the server just yelled at the kitchen "Table 22 is leaving! " in front of me, exhibiting overt rudeness. There were other people by the front counter complaining of waiting over an hour and leaving without getting their dinner. Severe mismanagement and arguably the worst service I've experienced at any establishment.

The bruschetta was on Furlani toast slices. The tuna in my pasta was rubbery and over cooked. Pizza tasted like a frozen pizza. Sadly the food was extremely horrible.

While the food at this Italian restaurant is pretty good, the overall experience was marred by painfully slow service. Our waitress, a young Asian girl, appeared indifferent, requiring us to flag down others for attention. After our meal, we wanted to order dessert and eventually gave up after waiting for another 25 minutes. The bill only arrived when we got up to leave, which was another way to finally get her attention. A letdown for an Italian restaurant where service is expected to be a cultural highlight.

Great little local spot for some nice Italian food and some top notch non franchise style pizza. Delivery through Skip the Dishes or pick up works too. Meat lover Pizza is my favourite thus far as I work my way through the options and the Chicken Parm was on point too. Support small business and give them a shot one day July 2022 update… Even though it seems they are skimping on the toppings lately if you compare to my previous pics the pizza is still coming out good but we have to deduct a star due to lack of consistency

It's my favourite Italian restaurant. Love Love Love for everything. Don't forget to try their old fashioned chocolate cake and coffee after your favourite Italian meal.

The food and service was fabulous

I went there yesterday afternoon with a group of 20 people. We were served by a young indian girl. I ordered the veal parmesan, and halfway into my meal i found a hair in my food. It was short, and blonde, and i have long black hair. My husband took the plate to the server and she seemed confused and said no one in the kitchen has light coloured hair, and they are all men. She didn’t want to fix the issue for us, and my husband had to ask her repetitively to make a new plate for me Because I was not going to eat food with a random hair on it. She did it with attitude at the end she didn’t even take off the plate from the bill. I worked in restaurants for over 10 years, and even if you don’t know where the hair came from, it’s not appealing to the customer to have found in their food, regardless of where it came from. The right thing to have done is to happily have replaced the meal, and take it off the bill. It’s so unprofessional the way she handle things and it was not A good look for the reputation she’s giving to the restaurant.

One of our favourite Italian restaurants in the GTA. There’s plenty of seating so even if you can’t get a reservation, try walking in. The food is reasonably priced and generously portioned. The food is so delicious and hearty. Highly recommend!

I hosted a small party at Paisano's and it was fantastic. The food was fresh, tasty and plentiful. Everyone raved about it. The service was great and my guests had an amazing time. I thought the restaurant would be noisy, but I didn't have an issue at all. Our space felt quite private. Thanks to the manager, Murali who ensured everything stayed on track. It was a very memorable night!

The food was not at all tasty. Very disappointing. We ordered Philly steak pasta, shrimp portobello pasta and lemon Dijon chicken.

Service was extra slow. Had to wait a long time to even place a drink order, and to get that I had to wave him down and he was just going to take mine so we had to get him to take the other 4 orders. Food order was similar as well as ordering more drinks and the bill. Food was excellentball around.

Just finished our meal there and we wanted to say that this was a really good experience. Alfred was fantastic as our server and the food was fantastic as well. Highly recommended. Portions were generous.

It's become a hit and miss kind of experience. I guess it depends when you come and what kind of mood the staff are in. As someone else said in their review, the waiter was not rude but he certainly could care less about his customers. There was hardly any diners there but there was no real warmth or service. The food was fine but so it should be as it's not particularly inexpensive

Found this restaurant by fluke googling restaurants. Such a hidden gem. Went twice, 2 weekends in a row. Food was good, restaurant was clean, the service was good but our waiter took our order but never returned I had to ask someone else for our bill. However definitely returning here again again until I've tried everything I can eat on the menu.

Delicious food, big servings, and a warm atmosphere. We have a group of 12 and we're well taken care of.

I won't return here. Nothing was really wrong, but nothing excited me either. There are too many other restaurants in the area to try instead.

We had the lemon chicken, scallops and shrimp on pasta, caramel-carrot cheesecake, and the chocolate cake.

The food is awesome but for the love of God don't order via "skip the dishes"

My wife and I ordered grilled chicken pizza and portobello shrimp pasta. Food is American Italian and above average. The atmosphere was quiet and spacious. The service was bad from sitting us, giving us the menu, asking for water, forgot to ask for dessert and did not offer cheese and pepper. He handed us the bill while we were pondering on dessert. He was not rude but unfriendly.

Alfredo pasta with mushrooms and little chicken, the meat lasagna, I have never seen meat in it and it seems that they have no mercy with the amount of tomato sauce they put, to the point that it already feels very acidic.
To go eat Italian Seasoning I do not recommend it. Attention in general good, there were not many people Saturday 3: 30 pm

Calvin is the best waiter! After our first visit, he remembered our names. We are on our 6th visit to this awesome restaurant. Food is amazing! We will be back
