The service in this place is extremely bad! Will never get any of my clothes ironed in this place, please avoid it.

First timer.washer broke, so headed here for a quick wash. Good people and like the experience over all.

I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star for how they treat their employees. My friend has been working there for a long time and they don’t even give them a break for a 5, or 10 hour shift. This is against the labour law and I will be making phone calls. Every 5 hour shift gets either two 15 minute breaks, FULLY or one 30 minute break, in FULL. This repeats if another 5 hour is worked. This policy should be in place, and signed by ALL employees.you tell your employees that they get a break here and there whenever they arnt busy. Now how a business works. You will be looked into.

Convince with most banks near by.shopping centers and a dollar store in the same plaza. Washers are 3.50 a regular load 6 for a double. 6.50 for superwash. Dryers are 25 cents for 5 minutes. 15 minutes is great for a small or medium load.

I have been a customer for over 15yrs. I highly and only recommend Pal Dry Cleaners as the go to spot for all of your washing/dry cleaning/alteration needs.

Formal/casual/sports/work wear, winter jackets, suede products etc.

She isn't a real tailor. Very patchy work and doesn't listen to instructions. They have you trying on clothes in a bathroom, very uncomfortable to change clothes in.

After experiencing a 15 minute long nose bleed, without tissues available, my dry clean only winter coat looked like a murder scene. I brought it in and they said it would take over a week to clean and then explained the process and reasoning why it would take so long. Imagine my surprise when I got a call the next day saying it was all clean! Amazing work! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Went to do a large household catch-up laundry purge.lotssss of available machines, easy access to correct change and very clean & tidy. Rep at counter polite and non-intrusive but available when requested.
Just wish they had at least a couple of smaller single load machines, but pleased overall. Dryers were hot & quick.
Big job in least amount of time.

Used to be mediocre.like ya the place was kinda clean But to be completely 100% Honest reason me and my wife when there over my other choice was the free WI fi

My washer wasn’t working so I went here and was able to get my laundry done in an hour left to get my groceries and the guy put my clothes in the dryer for me. Great service! It’s clean and nice and bright.

I can't comment on the dry cleaning services, but I can say that during my 3hours waiting for my laundry to be done, a lot of customers were picking up clothes with happy smiles on their faces. I did have trouble with one of the machines, but the man helped me figure it out right away. I think they should sweep/mop the floors and empty the garbages more often though, they were overflowing and the floor was sticky.

Everyone in here is so friendly and so inviting. And they always help me whenever I need it and we always have great conversation

They increased the price when I picked up my drycleaning. The owner was extremely rude. A phone call to confirm I was ok with the new price and a smile would have went along way. Instead, I'll never go back. I highly recommend not using this business.

I've been dealing with the owner of Pal Dry Cleaners & Laundromat for a few years now and I can honestly tell you he's a top class guy and great businessman. Deal with these folks and they'll take care of you. Trust me I know.

Dryers suck! Split 4 loads into 8 dryers all with the same amount of time 3/8 were still very damp and they were very pushy to get me out the door when my clothes were not dry.

Wasn’t very busy and the kid working did help me take my clothes out but I think it was more to get me out the door to close.

I dropped of a jacket to be shaved since there was a lot of pulled fibres and dry cleaned. The coat also had wrinkles in it that needed to be removed.
The coat came back exactly the way it went inn. We ended up buying a material shaver at walmart and ironing out the wrinkles ourselves.
First and last time I will go to that claener!

We used their wash and fold service and received clothing that was not ours back and some our clothes missing. They refuse to accept ownership for their mistake. In fact told us it was impossible we received clothes that were not ours. I not sure why a business would think a customer would return clothes that don’t belong to them and lie about it. They Did not offer to replace our clothing they lost, refund the services or even apologize, in fact they hung up on us. I am shocked by the unprofessional and unethical behaviour that was displayed. They clearly are not a reputable business and I will never use their services ever again and will be sharing this with everyone I know.
