Simply love the building and all it's exceptional facilities. To provide and maintain these services, the fees would naturally be high. I only hope they put a cap on the existing one and freeze it there.

We had amazing time and quality tasty dishes, the rack of lamp was cooked to perfection, the service was super friendly. Thank you chef Fawzi and your amazing team.

Great Security, Nice Management. The team here is lovely and polite. I would suggest renting here or even getting a guest room to experience the location. It is just down the road from plenty of delicious restaurants and grocery stores. The pool is just cool enough that it doesn't feel like an uncomfortable soup and the hot tub is always clean and hot. The gyms are well kept though small.

Too many things going wrong with the building. Elevators were a disaster several weeks ago. Heat comes pouring out of my unit whether I have the heat on or not. The maintenance fee is out of control. The only positive is the front desk. Steve & Grant are excellent. The office is unfriendly. Crossbridge/Brookfield needs to be shown the door. No real long term vision with the board IMHO.

Some of the building residents are like children. Arguing over BBQ's, tennis court, etc.

Fabulous location but poorly run.

The best condominium in Toronto. The staff are absolutely fabulous. Especially Steve at the front desk.

I love love love living here at Palace Pier. The building is beautiful. The view is stunning. The amenities are many and varied. The staff all know your name and are very helpful. They will have to carry me out of here in a box, because I am never leaving!

Fabulous location.but that’s where it ends. Too many problems with the building between the restaurant, elevators breaking down, leaks in the underground parking, etc. The maintenance fee is over $1 per square foot for some suites. Dysfunctional board does not help either. Very low property values for a lakeside condo. Very sad.

Having resided at The Palace Pier for four years this is a ****** 5 star residence. We have never regretted our decision to move into The Palace Pier.

Where else would you find so many amenities including bus service to downtown Toronto, a tennis court, a park like setting with unobstructed views to Lake Ontario and the City of Toronto like non other.

The Concierges, Valets and Management Staff bend over backwards to make this a truly welcoming place to live.

Extremely high maintenance fee. Very low property values for the area as a consequence. Quite a bit of turnover in board presidents. Property management company (Crossbridge) is not on the ball either. Not recommended.

I love this building. The staff are friendly and attentive. I use all the many amenities- valet, pool, gym, shuttle bus. The people who live in the buiding are very nce. The gardens are beautiful. I always feel at home here.

Moving in is a huge hassle. There's no moving room.and elevators are located past narrow hallway. Further more moving in is hindered even further by condos policies.you are expected to hire someone to hold the door open for you're movers. Waste of time and money.
