Paladin Security Ottawa

After working 3 and a half years with Paladin my opinion is to stay clear away from them. In my opinion there are better companies who treat their employees better and actually respect them. Also in my opinion there are other companies who pay more. In my opinion they need to have better people in management. I am more than happy that I am finally leaving and that in my opinion I wasted 3 and a half years of my life. In my opinion I am surprised how they are still open and not out of business.

Their airport curbside security guard swore at my elderly mother, in front of my 6 year old daughter. I reached out to them twice and they haven’t responded at all.

What an atrocious company.

After working here I can say the Ottawa branch is not the best as far as there managers go. No one knows how to answer a phone and the awards they claim to have are form when they first started nothing new nothing relevant. They need a hole new team. If your looking to be a guard here don't you will be waiting for an answer for weeks or months

Best security agency i have visited every and their employees are very collaborative and supportive

For a company that has "the best managed companies" status, these guys are pretty disfunctional and non-responsive

Paladin is a great security company to work with. First they give you a lot of hours if you're looking to work in the hospitals. Also they are very understanding. I told my CSM that I would like to change post, because I can't do hospital settings for too long, I want to do patrol since I'm an active person. The staff is extremely respectful. I have only worked for about over a month or so and I love doing what I do, just want a to change it up a bit. Anybody looking to get experience in security industry I 100% recommend paladin. This company is amazing! Keep up the good work

I have worked with Paladin Security for three years and counting, not a day in my career have I regretted it. Paladin's training is in depth and provides the necessary tools to ensure safety of all guards and clients.
