Great spot for a dinner before a FREE show on a Friday night. Waiter was conscientious and funny and food was excellent.

My experience at Palasad Socialbowl was thoroughly enjoyable. It's a fantastic, budget-friendly destination for socializing with friends. One notable aspect is the convenience of ample and complimentary parking, which is always a welcome sight in any outing.

While the menu does offer a vegetarian option, it would be even more inclusive if they incorporated halal meat choices. This would certainly cater to a wider audience and make it easier for everyone to find something they enjoy. I've noticed that some of my friends have opted out of visiting Palasad due to this limitation, and it would be wonderful if this could be addressed in the future.

One thing to keep in mind is that during live band performances, the volume level can become quite high. This may be a bit overwhelming for individuals who are sensitive to loud sounds, so it's worth considering this if you plan to attend during live events.

Despite these minor considerations, the service was top-notch, and the affordability of Palasad Socialbowl is a definite highlight. It's an excellent place to have a great time with friends without breaking the bank.

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by the one and only Eric! Courteous, attentive, kind. Palasad would be an empty shell without his presence. Give this guy a dang raise! Rock on Eric!

We went to a concert last night at Palasad SocialBowl and at the end of the first act, one of our family members had a medical emergency. The staff acted with such speed, care and compassion and once paramedics arrived and treated the problem, we realized we hadn't settled our bar bill. We went inside to pay up and with such generousity, they complimented our entire night.
Many, many thanks and we will be back many times to support your wonderful establishment.

This place is over hyped god knows why.
Worst experience I could have on Friday evening.
Firstly service is not at all prompt, you keep waiting for your server to show up, Then you order and keep waiting to locate your server who goes on all other tables and chitchats. Ordered Pepsi as drink the server + bartender
Right infront of my eyes added WATER to my pepsi to fill it up diluting the entire taste.
Ordered there famous Smoked Bbq chicken pizza, NO chicken to be found except 3 small bits, pizza had no bbq sauce as mentioned just on sides of the pizza slice, when told the server he went back to kitchen and gave us this reply- YOU SEE HERE IN THE CORNERS ON SIDES THIS IS OUR BBQ SAUCE KITCHEN CONFIRMED, SO NEXT TIME YOU SAY EXTRA SAUCE SO YOU HAVE IT ON BASE, ANYWAYS I WILL REMOVE FROM THE BILL.
This is not expected as a reply or any customer recovery procedure to simply remove things from bill, did not ask to bring anything in replacement or any other suggestion, Honey Garlic wings were over burned and had that burnt taste but we did not say anything to that looking at servers behavior.

This place is only go play bowling and come back that's it.

I recently went to Palasad, and they were great! I had an amazing server Justine who made the experience amazing. It was our first time out since the pandemic, and she was super outgoing and really made us feel welcome!

Love the appetizers (bacon wrapped pickles and fried cream cheese jalepeno). I had the apple goat cheese salad which was not bad but not my favorite version of that salad I've tried. The cocktails were fun and fancy, some are smaller than expected but delicious:)

Our server Hailee was awesome, very attentive, readily available to order drinks, brought everything we needed and kept our table clear.

We ordered takeout this week from Palasad Social Bowl - Calzones, Caesar Salad and Anderson beer. Order was on time, staff very friendly and food fantastic. We will definitely order takeout again soon.

Grabbed a nice dinner out after getting the email that they were open for limited dining in option. Had some nice crispy wings, and our usual salad and beer options. COVID safety a top priority here and unfortunately it seems some folks are making reservations (as limited as the space they have open is) and not showing up. Our server (James) was spot on with service and product knowledge and we felt more than safe with all the precautions that were in evidence. Hopefully we can return for a more robust evening's entertainment as the situation allows. This is truly a great space in North London for dining and entertainment and fingers crossed they remain so. They also seem to have their takeout food game well in hand for those looking for some other options.

My friends travelled from Sarnia to take me out for my birthday, so I chose to come to the Palasad on Adelaide. We all had a terrific time! Wonderful music that added to the atmosphere. It was clean and well maintained. The service was off the charts, the staff even brought me a nice cocktail that was on the house, as well as a delicious piece of decadent cake. My friends were impressed and said they'd love to return. I gave 4 stars and would have given 5 if the tortilla platter was better. The mixed platter of a variety of deep fried foods was the best of the 2, but I was disappointed with the tortilla chip platter, only because of the cheese sauce. The tortilla's themselves were delicious and all the items that they topped it with would have been so much better if they'd used real cheese, not the processed stuff, it made it inedible for 2 out of the 3 of us. If you're going to continue using that product on that platter I suggest you inform your customers prior to spending their hard earned money. Otherwise we all had a fantastic time! Big thanks to Justine and the staff for their excellent service!:)

Fun environment to go for food with friends! I would have given five stars but the waitress had lost our orders due to their system crashing. After confirming all of our orders again, we waited the bills where everyones 1/2 priced wednesday wings were itemized in full price and needed to be corrected. All of which resulted in a lot of waiting around for the bills.

I go there all the time with my family and play pool and have a bite to eat. I recommend it with the highest regard.

We came here for a free pizza that we had after doing an escape room at Escapology. We also ordered the cheesy garlic bread and BLT sliders. All of the food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Our server, Jess, was very friendly and kept coming back to make sure everything was okay. Thank you so much, and we look forward to our next visit!

Had a great night at Palasad SocialBowl the other night! I hadn't been before the renovations, but the interior was wonderfully decorated. Their service was amazing as well. We were fitted with shoes by Nicole at the front desk, who was the sweetest. We spent the night playing pool, bowling and playing table tennis. There was a great selection of arcade games and an escape room to enjoy as well! To top it off, we had some drinks and shared a few pizzas which were all so delicious. They had a great selection to choose from. It was the perfect place to have fun with friends, we'll definitely be back soon!

It was an outstanding experience. Escape room was challenging but tons of fun.
Chef's dinner was amazing, Chef Phil was an excellent host, and the food was incredible, far exceeded my expectations.

Good food, good craft beer selection but the addition of live music seems very off for this place. It was quite loud and no one in the audience seemed to want a band there. I believe it would be better without live music

I had a wonderful experience last weekend, our server Janet was wonderful, she was lovely and so happy to help. I would definitely recommend this place to all of my friends. I will be back to celebrate my birthday! Thanks Janet!

Came here with my girlfriend tonight for dinner, wings were half price, which I always enjoy palasad wings. We frequent both locations and have noticed lately wings are very over cooked. Very hard to bite into. Actually had 2 wings burnt together that looked gross. From the kitchens prospective they should have noticed that since it was sitting right on top of the wing basket. I think we might seek other places for wings next time. I was disappointed on this and the last visit. Also I get a side of the suicide sauce which was made in house awhile back, now it’s just franks with chilli peppers mixed in.

We had the most AMAZING experience for our sons 14th Birthday party this weekend! Krystal and her co workers made it a great party, and were so helpful! We love the Palasad. The menu is great, and the food is delicious! Thanks for helping us celebrate again!

Lots to do here! The entire family had a blast bowling and the drinks are insane! They lit mine on fire!

We eat here regularly and always appreciate the meals that we order and the staff that serves us. Cameron was our server tonight and was super friendly and attentive. We had pizza, a burger, and a combo plate and all of the meals were delicious. Between the four of us, we sampled all three desserts and they were amazing as well. We will keep going back and highly recommend Palasad North to anybody who is looking for great food at affordable prices.

Slow service, waited 15 min for a menu and then an hour for food that they delivered to the wrong table. It was later admitted our order was never properly put through the system which is why countless people received food first. The waitress avoided us entirely - came to take our order & give a drink refill and then wouldn’t make eye contact for the rest of our stay. We left absolutely starving. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The new remodel looks great! It's brighter inside at night now too, which makes the place a bit more accessible to some people who can't tolerate flashing lights.

If you want to wait in line for hours and pay $9 for flat beer where you have to wave your money to be served first (if you have debit good luck) this place is definitely for you. The pool tables are so close together now you have to wait for your neighbour to shoot 99% of the time, but you're paying $18 an hour. Go to a local pub - cheaper better beer, and pool tables with some space at your leisure. And you probably won't get a broken glass we were lucky enough to come at the end of the night where there wasn't many pool players but bowling is always packed.

Half priced wood fired pizza on Mondays & half priced wings on Wednesdays. There's 2 great reasons to check this place out!

Slowest service ever. 1 hour to get food, never got a pop refill until we were ready to go.pizza was good but the wings, which I used to love were over cooked and not enough sauce.bleh.

I ran a Smash Bros. Tournament here that brought in people from all over south western Ontario, and everyone was overjoyed with the venue, myself included!

I had a great initial discussion with Greg, the GM, about our event and our needs, and staff onsite for the day of were consistently helpful and willing to accommodate us!

Channer and Jessica were always willing to let me have access to facility resources and make adjustments as requested, Ashlyn and Crystal were attentive and polite servers who made sure we had what we wanted quickly and consistently, and Sam was extremely helpful during our setup in the morning.

Not to mention Phil - the Chef - came out, gave recommendations, and made some excellent food for us all; he's very proud of their pork loin, and for good reason.

I've been here multiple times before for smaller gatherings, but it was this time that prompted me to write a review. I hope to run many more events here, and am excited to bring my wife to try out their pizza; Phil talks a big game about their Hawaiian

First time. Super fun atmosphere, smart staff (know the crazy drink menu solid - and can help you decide), bar tender with the beard is understatedly brilliant (and cute).
Monday night half price pizza rocked - and would happily pay full price for it.

We can't put into words how great our experience was at Palasad SocialBowl. The service we received was amazing and our students had a blast bowling for the first time. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to any last minute changes. We look forward to any future bookings with Palasad!

My nephew had a pizza party at the Palasad SocialBowl, the staff were professional, well organized and very friendly. The Palasad has plenty of things to do from playing games in the arcade to playing a game of bowling or pool. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for a date or just a fun evening with the family.

Visiting my Brother -Dad, his wife and my 2 nephews (from Aurora with my Niece we decided to go Bowling WOW BEST PIZZA I have ever had (not a big pizza lover) the Tacos were piled so high 6 of us could not quite finish them all The service was great we went bowling and my Niece ordered a cinabun pizza oh I am addicted To all of you at Palasad Thank You

Really cheap on the wings not enough sauce had to ask 4 different servers for my table for extra sauce didn't get it for like 20 min and they billed me for it too went with my girlfriend and father both had same issue

It was just a generally bad experience.had a friend who worked there months ago so decided to finally check it out.terrible service (we waited 10 mins before the bar finally sent someone over), the pizza was burned (which we understand because it's a wood oven but still, it was realllllly burned), the music was so loud we couldn't even hear ourselves speak to each other.guess palasad is as bad to visit as it is to work for.

My son and twelve of his friends celebrated his birthday here. Their central party event was Escapology. The kids all had a wonderful time and we received first rate service and treatment from all the staff. They were kind, helpful and efficient. I couldn't have asked for things to go any better than they did. A special shout out to Justine who took special care of all of us. Highly recommended!

Great atmosphere, the renovations look amazing. But the new chicken wing flavours leave me wondering why they were changed.

Visited from out of town.went with a good group of friends and we had a blast! The server Channer was amazing. He gave such great service and even told me and my friends about the escape rooms we had no idea about.had a blast in the escape rooms and the whole night was a blast. Thank you channer!

Great atmosphere, the renovations definitely give it a good vibe. The new menu is fantastic compared to when they reopened. Super friendly staff and our server Molly was fantastic. Definitely recommend and will be coming back.

Such a fun place and looks amazing after the renovation! I always have fun when I go here, the food is very good and staff is always friendly. Can;t say much more about it - fun for dates, work events, friends or just a good old fashioned evening of bowling!

So Bad service. We been there 3 times. All three times we have to call server 6 to 7 times to get our order.

Went last week for my sons birthday and 1/2 price wings. The wood-fired pizza is excellent! Perfectly cooked crust and just the right amount of sauce. The chili-lime wings we had were a little dry, but the rest of the wings were tender and juicy. If you're not too hungry, order their Caesar. It comes loaded with garnishes including a spiralled dill pickle that doesn't seem to end! Our server was attentive, friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for a great night!

Completley renovated and very cool place to spend an evening - lots of fun stuff to do. Bowling, pool, pingpong, video games. The food is great here too. Wood oven pizza and amazing nachos.

No tables for wheelchair height. Food was fru-fru and expensive. We didn't stay for games or bowling.
