What!? An extra $20/hr and separate $4.50 for shoes per person to bowl at the south location versus the north! Outrageous to pay $66 for 2 to bowl for an hour on a quiet Sunday afternoon with half the place empty. At least the pizza is still reasonable and delicious.

Played an hour of bowling, and while the price seemed steep, the lanes and amenities were worth it. It was a great night

Went here for a work meeting/team building and it was over all a great time. The venue offers lots of different activities the pizza was great and the service was really good too! We did bowlin, laser tag and the arcade and it was a great time and workout!

Fun place to hang out with family and friends. Many activities and people are nice, both service and customers.

Had my son’s 11th birthday party here, everything was very organized, and our host Jessa was super helpful, she was in charge and made it very easy for us, the kids had a lot of fun

Had company Christmas party here. Great food and a great change for the event. Sure beats the normal sit and chat parties. It was nice to see everyone more relaxed having so much fun.

Our server Cait was awesome - provided great menu suggestions (food was delicious) and responded well to our kids! Fabulous outing at Palasad South!

Came here for a friends bday for food, drinks, bowling and pool! The food was awesome and our server Jillian was super attentive, speedy and friendly. Make sure to order the pickle pizza, you won’t regret it!

Bowling experience was good but too loud. Service wasn’t that great. I don’t feel it’s fair to a larger group to share the area with just another smaller group. If we are required to put face masks on while bowling then sharing a small sitting area on a same table where food and drinks are getting mixed and other group is loud and having their fun time and while sitting we don’t wear masks so how that is any safer? We were literally maintaining good distance from other group while bowling than when sitting. Food was fine. We were a larger group and we had to squeeze into each other when other group arrived. How is that Physically distancing safe if taken that policy?

Great service from our waiter. The kitchen did deliver my food after my family’s order due to a mixup but he did everything possible to make us happy. Also great bowling!

Always a great time at Palasad South. Well managed Covid protocols. Server Lauren was great. Best burgers anywhere. Friendly helpful staff, very attentive. If your bowling and need a reset or something they are right there in a second to get you going again. Excellent family fun go to spot.

Who could resist the smell of sweaty kids while being packed into an overcrowded area with the soothing sounds of arcade games blaring in the background.

A Great spot for a Family or Friends fun night out! Our waitress was amazing a shout out to "Kathleen" tracked all the orders well and I didn't end up with extra food and drinks on my tab at the end of the night like they used to in the past. Someone turned the place around! Good job!

Don't book large parties here. We booked a youth hockey Christmas party here through their booking service. It seemed like everything was incredibly well organized during the initial planning and we wouldn't have to do anything once we got there. Unfortunately, they only put down 12 kids when there were 20 and miscalculated the number of adults. There wasn't enough seating, food came out in stages (despite getting one of their packages) and there were not enough vests for everyone to play laser tag. Because I was the host of our party I didn't get a chance to sit, chat or eat warm food because I spent the entire time ensuring everyone got what was expected in part because they only had one server for our entire group (she was amazing given the situation!). This was all despite several emails wherein I confirmed the number of people in our party, the time and what we were requesting package-wise. That said, the kids still had fun and that's what was most important to me. I just won't book parties there again.

This is a little late, but we had a wonderful dinner not once but twice with Jessenia as our Server! The food was hot and delicious and the service was awesome! Jessenia was fun and very attentive! We look forward to seeing her again and trying out some new items on the menu! Highly recommend11

This was my first time at Palasad. I had planned a birthday hangout for my husband! We enjoyed playing Lazer Tag which is only available at the south outlet. We ordered some pizzas and being a vegetarian, the staff was kind enough to make changes and provide us the pizza! Overall a great experience and a nice place to hangout, spend some time playing games!

We planned an event at Palasad with our son's minor hockey team (11 & 12 years old) and it was AMAZING. They were so easy to work with, food was excellent and more importantly, they took great care of the kids! We heard nothing but positive things from both children and parents! Would highly recommend Palasad South.

Hosted our daughters 7th birthday and it was a great experience. Our host Roberto was amazing with the kids. He was well organized and kept the girls engaged and having fun. 10/10 would recommend!

Last night I came to Palasad with some friends to have some fun, and our experience was great! We went bowling, we went to the arcade, and of course we had to get some food. Our waitress/server Cait was amazing- she was so nice and friendly and recommended some great food and drinks, thank you Cait!

Went to play pool. Wayyyyy overpriced. 22$/hour for a table. 30$ for 16 wings. 15$ for a stella. Check out hustler if you just want to play pool and have some drinks.

The place itself is very good. I have been here for over 5 years since moved to London. Today was the worst experience. We haven't finished yet when a waitress came with a bill. We were thinking about dessert after we finish our beer jug but after that we just paid and went out. I don't like when a waitress brings the bill without asking and I personally have never had such this unpleasant moment which ruined the whole meal.

I cannot state how many times my wife and I have been to Palasad and every single time they do not disappoint. Even through covid and all these restrictions, regardless of if we order takeout or sit at their new outdoor patio, my wife and I always have a great experience.

The food is always amazing, the service and staff are always exceptional. The atmosphere and cleanliness of the restaurant and the recreation areas is always top notch.

I personally love the nachos, but their pizza is definitely one of the best in the city.

If you have the opportunity to go here, do it! It's an exceptional place to eat, get together with friends and have an amazing night. I would give a 10 star review if I could.

First time eating here after hearing good things (about the wings). Made a reservation for the patio and it was good and comfortable.

My wife and myself had a pizza (crazy good from a wood oven). Our one son had the Soho Burger and raved about it (it looked delicious), and our other son had the wings. I was able to let him share it with me and they were really good. Huge jumbo wings but not the kind that are all breaded or fatty. Just big chicken wings sauced perfectly.

Server was great attentive and friendly.

My wife and I are regulars in the restaurant. We enjoy the ambiance, we like the food, we appreciate being made to feel welcome, but most of all we applaud the staff. Great service, and while we get that from almost everyone, on my last visit, Kelly looked after the table. We really appreciate her warm welcome, the prompt service, the regular followup during the meal, and the genuine interest in us. She wanted to be sure we enjoyed the experience. Thanks Kelly. Oh, and a menu recommendation? The McKillop soft taco with fried jalapenos and sweet potato fries on the side. If the carrot cheese cake was still available life would be perfect.

Waited only 10 minutes to get in! Straight to bowling. Our server Allie was right behind us! We carried on to the bar area to eat some awesome nachos! Amazing service!

Always love coming here for wing night as they have some of the best wings in the city. Ordering takeout during lockdown was, no surprise, just as delicious and awesome! Friendly, kind and helpful staff to assist getting the orders out of the kitchen on time and good quality!

Ever since we went on lock down last year I have not been out to eat anywhere, I cooked every day. I was craving wings so bad so me and my friend went 2 weeks ago They seen I was nervous so the waitress gave us a seat far from other people, it is was nice that she was helping me feel comfortable. The food was amazing as always, and the staff was amazing as well. Thank you for helping me feel comfortable in going out to your restaurant to finally eat some good wings again.

Bowling and shareables. That was fun! Love that they have vinyl around individual lanes to keep contact down. Friendly staff made it for a pleasant evening.

The best chicken wings that you can get. The food is all hand made and is absolutely unbelievable. The service is great. And the prices are a bit pricey. But if you love chicken wings. Wednesday nights. 1/2 price wings.

I went to my husband's work Christmas party and we were placed in a hall way between the kitchen and public bathrooms. The food was ok and the server was very nice but they forgot to bring out the veggie platter for the vegan that was with us. I would not recommend this place for the money they changed for the food.

The burgers are so good! We also had the pesto chicken and tomato pizza, it was awesome!
Our bowling lane glitched numerous times, but the staff was very helpful and sorted it out in a jiffy.

I meant to write this review yesterday but didnt get around to it. Just wanted to say how much of an amazing time me and my friends had yesterday! Laserr tag especially was the best I have ever experienced thanks to your HILARIOUS laser Marshall Ali! Overall amazing and will be coming back often! Looking forward to Ali's jokes!

I've been here 5-6 times but this time was extra fun. My kids won Lego, candy, and other small things but we got 2 free games of lazer tag and we watched a guy win a PS 4 for his kids. Such a great evening. Thanks again!

Go there for bowling with my friends every now and then. Your typical place to bring friends to and enjoy delicious finger food all at the same time while joining a crowd for a game of later tag too

Bowling, laser tag, pool, and arcade. Everything you need for a fun time. Love Wednesday for half price wings. Some of the better pizza in London. Fun place, but bowling has gotten so expensive, I’ll only play if someone else pays or if it’s a promotional price.

Fun for everyone! Plus the food is great. This is a wonderful place to bring kids, teens or even adults there is truly something for everyone to do! From bowling, arcade games and even laser tag you are surely will not be disappointed!

Call first to see if they are hosting a private party before you go. Our once every couple of months date night was ruined because of large parties taking over the majority of the venue. They cannot host large parties and keep other Guests happy at the same time. Service and Quality suffered immensely. Drinks were slow, food was cold and slow and we couldn't play a game of pool because the parties had prepaid for ALL of the pool tables for hours.but used them to sit on and NOT actually play pool. They should have left a table or two for the general public. We spoke to the Manager and were made to feel that walk in guests are not as important as their large parties. We left feeling annoyed and unwelcome. #datenightfail #lessonlearned

This is a good party and event location if you are looking for this kind of venue. Bowling alleys, laser tag, private event rooms, very good staff and good catered food is available. It is quite noisy due to bowling alleys, so the noise will intrude on any event in a private room.

I have been going to Palasad for almost 15 yrs. They had the best chicken wings in town. As I said HAD. The chicken wings there are now just your avg chicken wing. Prices have gone up quality has gone down. They are small and saucless. I asked the waitress about the wings and was told they have a new supplier. So it is a sad day for me because my love affair with the wings has come to crashing end.

I've honestly only been here once and it was only for bowling. The staff are quick and professional, the facilities were clean and my group had a great time! I'll have to try their restaurant at some point. I'll definitely be back.

Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Which is pretty disappointing because I’ve heard a lot of good things about this place. All of the workers seemed preoccupied with other things that it was an inconvience to help you - and when they did help you it was slow and inefficient. We sat at a table in their restaurant for almost 10 minutes before we went to the bar to ask if we could get a server (and this was during our hour wait for lane - so it was already pretty inconvenient). And when we finally got our lane, the pins were malfunctioning and no staff responded when we hit the service button - so we lost bowling time waiting for someone to come help us. On top of all that, there was only ONE waitress serving the entire bowling alley area. Overall, my experience at Palasad was dampered by the customer service - they need more workers to accommodate their customers. I’m sorry, but that’s just bad business. I certainly didn’t feel like I was appreciated as a customer.

Waitress did not give promotion for half priced wings. Also charged for 3 pitchers when only 2 were ordered. Be sure to check you're receipts as they try to steal from their customers. Not worth the hassle for marginal food. Won't be going back.

Usually not one to complain about customer service, and I've enjoyed all my previous visits to this place of business. But tonight, was a different story. Staff were unaware of ongoing promotions, were indifferent to our questions and comments, and were just generally unpleasant to the point where I felt we were inconveniencing them for using their services.
The entertainment facilites are second to none in the south end of the city, but it's experiences like these where I would not hesitate to take my business elsewhere.

The waitresses serving tables were wonderful and trying to please us as much as possible. They were terribly understaffed and who ever the owners are need to figure this out because I’ve never been so frustrated with service in my life. The girl working the bowling alley was sprinting around with a smile on her face but I had an empty beer for a majority of the time. We waited 15+ minutes for anyone to see us because they were scrambling around trying to do other party group related things.

Cons:
- Little kids were sitting in our bowling lanes
- party groups had 3+ servers we had none and when they visited us they complained they had to go help the party groups.
-Waited 40+ minutes to get a bowling lane (wasn’t the problem because we just got food to kill it.we were warned) for only 40 minutes of bowling time which was ruined by the kids sitting in our lane. They also threw balls down our lane previously so we started with less pins then we were supposed to. I talked to the people to get this fixed and they said they would reset it to no avail (wasted 1/4 of our time there for no reason at all).

Conclusion:
If you do not have kids/have a party to go to/have more patience then Jesus Christ himself do not go here. The guys at the front desk are terrible and the servers are ran into the ground but do the best they can with a bajillion people to serve outside of the party’s.

Been here a few times with groups and other couples and it’s normally pretty good at least food wise in the dining section. They also have some pretty cool drink options (fishbowl & shot roulette) which are fun and awesome with a group.

But went recently with a small group outside the dinning experience & had a pretty sad laser tag. Sales girl complaining about other customers at the counter, and guy explaining how it works inside made it pretty obvious he would rather be anywhere else- also barely spoke loud enough to hear anything. That wasn’t the terrible part though (hey everyone has bad days and it’s minimum wage so what can you expect) - they also overcharged me and manager sketchily didn’t want to give me refund by credit card. “Oh it’ll take too long here’s the cash”. But I paid by credit and normally refunds by card don’t take that long anywhere else? Took the cash and left only to realize they gave me the wrong change. Just go downtown, way better experience and much more professional honestly.

Update: they did give me coupons to be used to free games after emailing them about it. I still wouldn’t recommend it for laser tag but I do have to applaud them for attempting to fix the situation.
