We were looking for an area rug for the living room. Jordan would haul carpets & unroll them for us to see
But we found a beautiful one from Egypt hanging up on display
When I asked where I ould get it cleaned- Jordan said he could do that in the main room using
a waterless method
Now we just have to wait for the rug to come in.

Lady "helping" us kept on giving us the wrong prices for the tile. Some of the products I picked, she didn't even bother looking for the price and just invented a random price (I go to a lot of tile shops so I know the ballpark price of the ones I want and know that what she gave us is incorrect and she tripled the price!) she said theyre willing to price match when I showed her pictures of the same tile at a diff store but when I was ordering it with her, she said the price she was looking at was wrong.so we ended up just wasting our time there!

Useless customer service. They don't want to give you the time to show you around. Don't waste your time.

Always very pleased with the team at Palazzi. The showroom is stocked with the nicest tile, and the workmanship by Mike and Danilo is excellent! Would not hesitate to recommend.

We instal tile for palazzi. Customers are always pleased with palazzi's products and service. Everything done is in the best interest of the customer, and always above industry standards. When looking for tile installation, ask for Aubrey and Mitchell if you want your expectations to be exceeded.
