After scouring Hamilton for a good orthodontist, I can't say how lucky I am to have found Palermo Orthodontics. Firstly, their admin staff Sherry and Lesley are phenomenal. They are extremely down-to-earth, responsive, and accommodating - always going above and beyond to help in any way they can. When it comes to Dr. Rahimi, he is knowledgeable, extremely kind, and goes out of his way to make sure all of your concerns and needs are addressed to your satisfaction. If something isn't right - he will do everything he can to fix it. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Palermo Team!

Went for an Invisalign consultation and had a great experience! Waited maybe 5 minutes in the waiting area and no longer than 10 minutes to speak with the dentist. They answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable during my visit!

Palermo Orthodontist is the best! Dr. Rahimi and all the staff are amazing. They really care about you and your success for a beautiful smile. Everyone is warm, kind, professional and takes care of their clients. I highly recommend this clinic.

My daughter needed her mouth scanned. It’s not a very comfortable experience, but the staff did a great job getting her through. The office is very clean, they were timely and professional.

I’ve heard so many bad things about this place. I was very upset with my husband singed a 2 year contract. They only see her every 2 months! It should be every month. They do nothing at check up. No new wires or changing the elastics. It’s a joke and a waste. What a scam. She’s waiting another 3 months after this last two month, where they are doing nothing.so 5 months in total, total waste of time! It’s sad and disgusting. Nothing to be proud of at that place. Stay away!

If is possible to give 10 star rating I would! Dr. Rahimi and his team are an amazing group of professionals. Jessica was kind and understanding and Dr. Rahimi was super professional and very professional when it came to managing my cost! I got excellent service from this team. I have recommended my family to use this clinic! Well done and keep up the good work.

After much time and consideration; along with many attempts to resolve the problemic issues found at this office, after paying thousands of dollars up front so as to ensure my sons dental care is paid for and resolved, I have pulled my son for his safety and my sanity out of Dr Rahimis office. At this point dealing with such a privileged abilist and having confirmed through the college that his staff has lied on numerous occasions to me.it is safer to right off the financial lose and find am orthodontist that has helpful supportive staff and an orthodontist that actually does explain things and supports individuals and there families.

ALSO NOTE I HAVE LOST THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS BECAUSE OF THIS.

The most disorganized office I've ever had to be part of. Super expensive and completely incompetent when it comes to handling finances when it comes to payment and planning. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE. Also, the staff are completely inconsistent and inconsiderate. Leave with out telling you the appointment is over. Just overall chaos and disorder.

EDITED: I did speak with Dr Rahimi In March 2020 in regards to the same complaint. I then spoke again almost one year later finding that he never regarded my first complaint with any seriousness and never took any action to remedy the matter. One year later I still find he is quick to place the blame on the patient and the paying customer.

Very professional and friendly staff. Always explains everything in detail to my daughter and we never feel rushed out.

I recently spent time with Dr. Rahimi in his orthodontic office and can attest to the quality and care he delivers on a consistent basis to his patient family. Dr. Rahimi and his team are a phenomenal group of professionals. I had a total of nearly 10 years of treatment from Dr. Rahimi as both a teenager and as an adult and, I can say with 100% confidence that my results have been outstanding both times. Dr. Rahimi and his team not only deliver top results but are kind and courteous. The clear communication that was provided always made me feel comfortable and confident about the treatment I was receiving. If I ever had to cancel or rebook an appointment, his team would go above and beyond to ensure that I was able to get another time (especially if the matter was urgent). I continue to get regular compliments on my smile, and I owe that to this amazing team. I cannot recommend Palermo Orthodontics Hamilton and Oakville enough.
