Palgong Tea

Clean and aesthetic bubble tea shop. Location was a bit difficult to find because the store was hidden away behind some shops. Keep in mind there is NO seating area which is unfortunate. This location would be a nice place to study given how quiet it is.

Drinks were decent. Went for the Black Friday $2.99 deal.

Mint chocolate milk tea - one of my favourites. Very unique combination and worth the value. 5/5

Matcha smoothie - very smooth and delicious, especially for the summer. Not too sweet but just enough to taste hints of matcha. 5/5

Cherry vanilla tea (hot) - could be better. The tea gets bitter if the teabag sits in the cup for a while. Not a lot of cherry flavour. 2/5

Earl grey milk tea - unique flavour combination. Very subtle but very tasty. 4/5

Service was fine but this might be one of the worst bbts I've had. Why is it so watered down compared to other bbts?

Stingy. Paid $. 75 for bubbles amd they gave me a spoonful of it. To me BBT is all about bubbles and when you were given that little.it ruins everything. We ordered 3 drinks and added bubbles to all and 2 layers bubbles is all we got. The milk tea tastes pretty good, the lychee oolong is all right. But the bubbles.not again. There are so many options out there I dont need to settle for this. 5 mins drive to what I call Bbt plaza (midland ave north of finch.think it is Sky City plaza) There you can find Alley, Tiger, Suntea, Chatime, Cha Miao Miao, xin Fu Tang, Bon Tea, Bobba Boy, Machi Machi, TP Tea, Mogee. And if all fails there is always my favourite, the super consistent Coco down the street. I ordered on app so cannot say much about the service so I gave it a 3.

They have really cool flavours that you can't find at other places and lots of other desserts and cheesecake too! Prices are competitive with other bubble tea shops.

I love Palgong tea, but this location is pretty unprofessional. I called to place an order for pick up, they said that they don’t do phone orders so I’d have to order through mobile. I was not able to order through mobile so I made my way to the store. Arrived about 10 minutes later and the store was closed “ due to extreme weather”. However, when I got back to my car, the girl opened the door for another customer (who appears to work in the same plaza) and took their order. This customer clearly did not order anything in advance as she spent a good 3 to 4 minutes looking at her options, and I saw her paying at the counter.and watched the girl pack her order and give it to her several minutes later, so I’m not sure why I was not able to go in and order what I wanted to. Love the one at yonge and finch, nicest lady ever, will never visit this location again.

The male barista at this location was very accommodating and helpful. The tiramisu milk tea is one of my favorites. Will definitely be coming back here often

My always go to bubble tea store but the quality is slowly loosing probbably because they didnt train their staff properly. Their milk tea is not refreshing anymore. I'm even a fan of their stamp card so evrytime i use it because i really like this their bubble tea.but the last time i bought bubble tea i wont come back to this place anymore.service is okay but im not happy with my order.they dont do it right. 25% was way too sweet.

Love their selection of drinks and items, always delicious & refreshing.would definitely recommend.

Worst bubble tea that we have ever had. Definitely not coming back here again. Very overpriced as well. We will stick with Chat time because they have better customer service and their communication skills are consistent.

I love bubble tea here at Palgong Tea, especially the strawberry Earl Grey milk tea. The staffs are also super friendly, which is an added bonus! They also sell silvana, which tastes really good.

Great flavors and good deals. Love their macaroons and bubble tea with tapioca. Juice shots are great too.

Great staff and some of the best bubble tea! Doesn’t taste powdery like many other places. Got taro with tapioca and passion tea with pineapple jellies. Amazing!

Clean & quiet, hidden within the plaza. Teas& smoothies are tasty! However the server takes a while to produce 2-3 drinks and sometimes smoothies arent blended enough that there are ice chips in the drink, I had to use the bubble tea fat straw. Other than that, its decent.

I tried this place earlier this year during the summer because a friend of mine HIGHLY suggested it! To be fair, she suggested I try their Oolong Milk Tea with Cheese Foam in it but I hadn't given Cheese Foam a chance yet, so I didn't take ALL of her advice during this visit haha.

LOOK AT HOW REASONABLE THEIR PRICING IS! It is definitely cheaper than most of the "bigger" chains so you truly get your bang for your buck at this one

Honestly, their milk tea is really delicious and at the prices they charge, it would be ridiculous to not give them my business! The only thing truly stopping me from making this place my go-to choice is that it's so far from where I live

I found this place off somebody’s youtube channel and all the drinks look amazing, i hope to try them all one day, i haven’t had the chance to come here yet but it’s on my bucket list now.everything looks stunning, please keep up the good work, you’re doing so amazing i just hope you can get more popular in the future for more people to come find your cafe because you deserve it! ️

The hidden gem of bubble tea! I'm so lucky I found this place before everybody else could. It's a lovely Korean bubble tea place with high quality ingredients for an amazing price. It's hard for me to chance some of my bubble tea staples but as soon as I had the mango black tea and tasted some actual mangos in there, it blew my mind. The location is beautiful, customer services is so amazing, and the drinks are so yum! I will definitely be coming back. I wish you guys were closer to me <3

Love it here. Its located in a small, not so busy mall so its very quiet. They have bubble tea, fruit tea, and ade along with glutenfree icecreams. Just love their milk tea. They also have free taro milk tea promo going on!

Can't really comment on this specific location, but I caught one of their pop up shops at the Lakeridge Hospital in Oshawa. For being such an awful day and dealing with being at the hospital, the delicious Macarons and fruit jelly green tea really helped bring a little light to an awful day.

Loved the place! Staff are very friendly, Diane and Eddie are the best! Got a Mango Smoothie which was good and a cream cheese macaroon which was to die for.

Very delicious bubble tea, I have ordered a large chocolate milk tea which was absolutely awesome. I took it with 25% sweatness and it was so sweat, that I can't imagine how the regular sweetness would be. Overally a good experience in a very beautiful place. Cold drinks are recommended.
