Grape fruit tea is good, but milk tea is bland af and they put almost all passion fruit syrup in my tea

It was good to see a chain that I know. But service was awful. They forgot my order so I waited for a while. They even forgot to put ice in my drink but ice in my wife's drink. Very disappointed. Will never go to any other Palgong anymore.

So I live across the street and go here regularly. They often lock the doors 45 minutes early to shut down — Yesterday they were closed at 9: 15pm, but the hours state on their door that they’re open until 10pm. Hilariously, you could see the girl working there was doing her makeup, using her phone as a mirror. I even tried both doors, the one on the front and back side.

This has happened probably 3-4 times, and it seems like there is some new young person working there every two to three weeks.

Sometimes, the drinks are inconsistent. Often times I’m eating large ice chunks in my smoothies, but other times its perfect.

I’ll keep going here but if they say they’re open from 12pm-10pm, I think it’s probably better to pretend they’re actually open from 1: 30pm - 8: 30pm. Wish management would recognize this issue by looking at the lack of sales in the final hours.

Bbt was okay! Only qualm was I asked for light ice and they filled it up to the top with ice before my eyes.

They wouldn’t serve the fruit tea with dairy free milk (soy milk) under any circumstances, only with powder milk. This is not very inclusive of people with dietary restrictions, so many cafes now serve their drinks with soy milk to accommodate that but not this place, quite unfortunate cuz I love the bubble teas at this place!

In the deaf culture centre. Very limited seating. No Wi-Fi. Enjoyed a passionfruit oolong tea.

The smoothie was alright but some ice where too big still. When you want your drink to be very sweet but you don’t taste any sweetness.just the tea and watery.

I don't know any other bbt place that has mint milk tea, but this place does and I love it!

Their smoothie is $8, I’m okay with the price, but what’s in the smoothie was only ice and purée.the smoothie was also overwhelmingly sweet.: (

Not sure if its company policy but every time we go there, seems like they can't be bothered to make the 'slushy' versions of their drinks (probably because the kid that works there doesn't want to clean the machine.even though its still generally 2-3 hours before the place closes). NOT IMPRESSED!

The staff is helpful. The menu is a bit confusing to read especially since a lot of drinks are not sugar/ice adjustable. The drinks here are really sweet so I would recommend getting 0-25% sugar (I usually get 70% at other bubble tea shops).

Located in a nice area. They have different flavours when compared to other bubble tea chains. I liked the matcha milk tea. My friend got the black sesame with soy milk. They have alternative dairy options like soy milk for certain beverages. That's nice. Pretty tasty. Big space inside but not opened for sitting inside. Should have more seats outside.

Summer limited special redbean bingso was surprisingly awesome! Because they ran out of pearls, I added mango jelly and that worked out so well. Highly recommend if you're looking for something different that is sweet and tasty

Original Black Milk tea tastes watered down, not properly made real tea! Tapioca not fully cooked it was hard to chew, pudding waste of money had no flavor! Prices are fair compared to other bbt, but hoping they will improve on their ability of making drinks and ingredients.

I got the black sugar milk tea, large size, with tapioca. The overall taste and quality was good. The only thing was that literally half of the bottle was ice. There was so much of it that I could hardly move my straw. It made me feel like I was not getting my money’s worth. I would probably just get the normal size next time if I have to be here again. Otherwise, the tea itself tasted good and the tapioca beads were chewy and on point.

I love palgong tea. If u have lactose intolerance u can also drink milk tea in there. They have vegan milk also.

Start coming to that place a few years ago, and couldn’t stop after! Great bubble tea and services, incredibly delicious cookies and macaroons, great deaf culture! Recommend this location and Palgong Tea Brand 5/5!

I ordered the hojicha milk tea and the lady made it from scratch, she brewed hot tea and put milk n ice and it was extremely delicious. I felt really bad at how she was working alone and had to deal with numerous customers walking out and cancellations on Uber orders that I got this taro milk tea for free as a Uber cancelled. Owner, please don’t understaff especially with how busy it was. Have some mercy on your employees, I was patiently waiting as I know how it feels to be in her exact position but she doesn’t deserve this.

Palgong tea is a place where you will find one of the most delicious bubble teas. I recommend it a lot and, specially, I recommend the Taro Milk tea.

Loveeeeee their drinks! I am very picky with my bubbles but they are chewy and cooked to the right texture. I had the maple syrup drink - couldn’t adjust sweetness but not too sweet! Recommend!

Ordered the taro milk tea, 25% sugar with no ice, I quite liked it! I like the fact that you have those options. Also the staff was really nice as well.

A bit pricey for bubble tea but understandably considering the location. The person who made my order didn't make it correctly so I was a bit disappointed and couldn't go back since I was already at home. Good variety and selection, good COVID-19 precautions in the store.

I went here for the first time, I got a smoothie. The bubble tea here is ok however, it is not made with real fruit which was disappointing due to the fact that for the price you can get a bigger size with real fruit inside, the flavour that I received did not taste like the one that I asked for but it was still ok, and the tapioca is good. The location is nice. Overall the experience was still good.

I love this tea shop. Their bubble tea is wonderful and the staff is friendly. LOVE that they are part of the deaf culture centre. Highly recommend dropping in for a drink, or iced dessert when you're at the Distillery.

BEST BUBBLE TEA EVER. I can only get bubble tea from Palgong, everything else pales in comparison. Not to mention the kind and generous staff. And great rewards program! JUST WONDERFUL.

Good spot to get bubble tea in the distillery district. They were also super helpful and friendly, they provided a mask for me to wear since I forgot one at home.

It’s a nice bbt shop in the corner of distillery district. A great refresher for an after long bike ride along the sea shore

I had the Black Sugar Milk Tea. It was above average. The tapioca balls were perfect amount of chew. And the taste of the caramel was yumm.

I was also excited for the new soft icecream flavors, because it’s rare to get anything other than vanilla and chocolate. The quantity is small, but that’s great in my opinion because I hate getting stuffed on a huge icecream scoop. I tried the strawberry which was delicious. Looking forward to trying mango and pistachio.
