Great shop! Unique offerings and these cups are huuge! Will def be back. I'm a big fan of the black sesame milk tea (it has this nutty taste).

Not bad bubble tea. Pearls are a bit tasteless. The black sesame milk tea is quite tasty. Would come back to try other flavours as they have a variety.

So happy to have a bubble tea spot in Whitby! It's tasty and well-priced. The service is quick and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Got an opportunity to visit this newly opened store today: Nice variety and most of the drinks are freshly made. I’ll highly recommend!

Went for the promotion of free drinks for first 100 customers. My husband and I got the regular milk tea and taro milk tea with pearls. Both were very delicious and flavourful. The tea tasted fresh and both drinks were not watered down. Pearls were also cooked to the perfect consistency. Their prices also seemed a little lower than what else is in the area. We will be returning.

Having just opened, you would expect the best to make a good first impression - unfortunately this was not the case for us.my parents ordered for my siblings and i at the store - we were on the phone to make sure the orders were correct.initially my mom was reading the texts, but decided to put us on speaker because the drinks all sounded so similar she got a bit confused.the 3 drinks we were suppose to get were:
-a large strawberry earl grey MILK tea with 50% sugar no ice
-a large strawberry earl grey TEA (fruit tea) with 100% sugar no ice
-a regular earl grey HOT no sugar
i clarified with the cashier that one was a milk tea, the other a fruit tea and the 3rd drink was HOT.she said yes.then my parents come home with not only 3 LARGE drinks but all the same kind.i called to see if there may have been a mistake (since they just opened and it must have been busy so i wanted to make sure we didnt have someone elses drinks on accident). The girl on the phone was SUPER hostile and defensive.basically accused us of lying and saying we never said hot or regular (when there were literally 3 other people on the phone who heard my mom say hot lol) ? And i said well clearly there was a miscommunication and the tone in her voice so unsettling and unprofessional.there were soooo many other ways to handle this situation and she handled it in the poorest way possible.the girl who helped us at cash the second time we went in was nice and took care of the situation well.in terms of the actual drinks: bland tapioca.burnt tea.and clearly low quality ingredients.if you're craving bubble tea i would advise you to go elsewhere.

Great bubble tea options. Lots of unique flavours. They also carry Silvana and Macrons will be back to try other flavours

My entire family loved it. A great place for bubble tea and desserts. I loved my mint tea and my kids enjoyed their smoothies. It is a must go place!

Visited on the day of opening promotion. Waited in the line for 100 free drinks but didn't end up getting the free drinks but my wife and I decided to still wait in line to try their drinks. After the 20-minute-wait, we got in to order and then, were told they ran out of tapiocas and it would take another 20 minutes or so to prepare, which would've been nice to let people know who waited in line for the drinks.
We were very disappointed but still decided to get 2 drinks without any toppings (the other toppings offered would not go with original milk tea or taro milk tea). One of them came out correctly, but then realized after we left the store, that they didnt bother to make the second drink with the same ice & sugar preference even though the cashier confirmed multiple times if we wanted the same.
Hope things get better by the next visit.
