One of the best trails ever visited in Ontario. Very quiet, serene and peaceful. You can hear sounds of birds chirping everywhere. If you prefer a quiet trial to enjoy the sounds of nature, this is the best option. Wearing an outfit to protect yourself from mosquitoes would be helpful.

The trails seem east and flowy but wow you’ll get a workout! Mostly pine forest so it always smells good too. Enter off Duffys lane for good trail access

A very well managed numbering system for many trails is in place. All you have to do is take a picture of the map when you enter the park. At one point I felt I was lost and I was. So I followed the map on my phone and in no time I found myself a way out. Nice

The order and pick up service is very convenient. The products are great and I can't wait to restock soon.

Can be very busy during the weekend with bicycles which can be annoying. However, during the week it is mostly quiet.

One of my favourite hiking apps is AllTrails. Whenever I head out of town for errands or meetings, I open my location in the app and see what hikes are around. That is how I discovered the Palgrave Forest today.

A fantastic 11km hike through a mixed growth forest, part of the Oakridges Moraine. It is so lush right now, incredible greens, chorus of birds and an orchestra of frogs fill the air as you walk through a shaded forest passing by seas of lush ferns. The smell of lilalock is everywhere.

Only an hour from Toronto, this is definitely the time to go. We encountered about a half dozen people, so lots of solitude to enjoy. The trails are all natural, hard packed with many up and downs - a real quad worker and calorie burner. Stick to the blue trail and moraine trail if you want to avoid the mountain bikers. Definitely worth a visit. Billy the dog gives it 4 paws up.

Great place to visit if you're near by. Clean and well maintained pathways. Amazing if you are an intermediate or experienced biker as they have smaller paths for specifically made for biking. Deer live here aswell.

Pretty good compromise. Forest design/layout was a nice visual surprise. Excellent hiking trails all around. A little bit void of animal life.

Nice place to take your dog for a walk or go for a hike or bike ride. Most people you encounter here are friendly and respectful. Stay on the main path if you're not an experienced hiker and don't want to go in circles.

This plase is full of pines. Very clean and lovely smell of pines. There are mountain bike trails, they are shown as yellow tracks on trail map. If you walk on mountain bike trsils, be aware of bikes. The yellow path may be difficult with young kids. It is a place to see and enjoy. There are limited parking spots. It is free to enter.

Great little hike for the family! Beautiful pine trees and easy walking. However, there were a lot of small flies, and there isn’t a lot of shade on the walk.

Love this place, it's a bit muddy but still a good hike. I'd love to bring my bike here next time. Get here before noon if you want to get a parking spot.

2 hrs & 09 mins hiked for the first time. Really relaxing and for most of the hike no one was around, it was the best feeling.

Wide trail, easy level, beautiful views, some dog poop on the trail, well marked, large parking lot, also a secondary nearby parking lot, some mud, a lot of closed side trails. Cyclers, runners, hikers share this huge park.

Would definitely recommend!

One of the best places in Ontario to mountain bike. Only 50 minutes from Toronto proper. Great for all season biking, trails are perfect for fatties in the winter. Look out for horses!

Great place to go for a hike. Trail markers are clearly visible. There are 3 parking lots, but they all have very limited spots.

Beautiful and serene, great for hiking and biking. But please pack out your garbage; no trash can here.

A big forest area with tonnes of trails and surprises along them, and an amazing forest scent all around.

I really enjoyed the MTB trails here. They are challenging, flowy, and fun. Lots of terrain as well.

Nice trails, especially for mountain biking. Trails are technical with many up hills and not that many rewarding downhills, would recommend to an experienced rider.

I enjoyed walking this trail. It's right by the Palgrave pond. You actually walk alongside the pond before going under a bridge and entering the trail. The trail was surprisingly longer than I thought it would be. I was looking for a quick 15 minute walk but, the trail turned out to be about a 30 minute casual walk. Great sights and great trail.

I don't want to attract attention to this very special ecosystem.there for I am not going to say how beautiful and peaceful it is so that it stays that way for me to enjoy.call me selfish:)

It's a great trail to hike. You go under a bridge then over a waterfall. Good fishing as well and skating in the winter

I live in Bolton. We walk here all the time. Several km of hiking/biking trails. We have also crosscountry skied here to. Absolutely lovely location. Three separate parking lots - take note.

This is one of the better, if underutilized, conservation areas in the region. The trails are lovely and well marked and it's free for the public.
