Both my son and I have been provided with excellent treatment at Palladium Orthodontics. Dr. Razavi and his team are absolutely wonderful to work with and we couldn’t be happier with our results!

My son has just completed his treatment and overall he was quite pleased with his new look! Quite frankly I had to admit it was well worth despite the number of visits, the distance from home & school, and rigid time schedules we had to endure. Staff were friendly and professional. I highly recommend the facility despite the pricey treatment.

As an adult, I decided to have my lower teeth straightened. Dr. Razavi and his staff are exceptional. They patiently walked me through the process. I enjoyed my visits, as Dr. Razavi and his staff have such a positive attitude. It was actually fun to attend my follow up appointments. Professional, knowledgeable and competent. I highly recommend this practice.

Worse customer experience, even they don't accept patients below age 15, they accept the forms and since the last minute they didn't check patients' form and age. Not professional. And don't get confused about other clinic called Palladium Dentist.

We got called from Dr. Razavi now, and he berated and threated us not getting any service from this Orthodontics or Palladium Dentist. This is really bad for a clinic who berate their own customers.

Regarding R's persistent comment updates: First of all, if you had admitted your mistake and apologized from the beginning, we would not have made this comment and rating. Also, you were the one who shouted on the phone and threatened me and my wife. We had an appointment, my son was also your patient, we filled out the form and sent it to you 1.5 months ago, if you don't know about it, which I don't think so, you can ask your staff, Tanya.
I hope from now on, you understand that instead of blaming your patients, you should look for the fault or incapabilities in yourself.

Over the years, I've had three children receive orthodontic treatment at Palladium Orthodontics. In general, the overall experience has been positive, but there are two significant concerns:

1) Operating Hours:
Palladium Orthodontics operates on a four-day schedule with "banker's hours. " This can pose challenges for working parents and emergencies when trying to schedule appointments.

2) Monthly Statement Distribution:
My primary issue revolves around the distribution of monthly statements. I've frequently had to call the office to request my monthly statement, which is essential for insurance purposes. During the summer, Palladium Orthodontics was closed for two weeks, causing a delay of over three weeks in receiving my statement. In contrast, payment processing occurs almost instantly. This needs to be addressed with better backoffice system automation. This should be a priority!

My daughter clearly needed braces for her flared upper front teeth. The entire experience was extremely professional from beginning to end. We were thoroughly informed of the step by step process from beginning to end by Dr. Razavi and his knowledgeable staff and the timeline. The regular follow up appointments were nicely spaced every couple of months with very minimal impact on our personal schedule. We were told how long the orthodontic treatment would last and in fact, with some compliance from our daughter, her treatment was completed 3 months earlier than projected.
We highly recommend Dr. Razavi/Palladium Orthodontics. You and your child will be in great hands.

We brought our daughter in for a consultation and treatment many months ago and the results are beautiful. We were given every opportunity to discuss the treatment options and the risks associated with this treatment. Every question was answered and we were very pleased with the final results. As a 54 year old adult, I never thought I could have straight teeth but Dr. Razavi and his team have made my lifelong dream a reality. After giving all 3 of my kids a perfect smile I wanted them to do the same for me. I was told years ago by another orthodontist that my jaw would need to be broken in order to fix my teeth. Dr Razavi had a solution that only required braces and made me feel optimistic about the treatment plan. My teeth are now perfectly straight and I'm so happy with the results.

I had a wonderful experience visiting this clinic. The level of professionalism displayed by the team was truly remarkable. The staff members were highly knowledgeable and made sure that all my needs were met. The modern equipment they used was top-notch and added to the seamless experience.

The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the attentive staff at the reception who made me feel welcomed. The main waiting room was always kept tidy and clean, making my wait time more comfortable. What truly impressed me was the provision of playstation and tablets during the waiting period. This thoughtful gesture kept me occupied and made time fly by.

Amazing clinic, easily the best Ortho spot in Ottawa. Both my kids go there and Dr. Razavi is amazing with them both. They do great technical work but the experience is what puts them above others.

It's not just Dr. Razavi who is amazing, he has built a great culture throughout the whole team. Everyone in the office is always warm and friendly while taking care of anything you need. They make the kids feel comfortable which is a huge point of emphasis for parents.
