I asked Susan to design a meaningful and beautifully special anniversary ring for me to give to Stephanie as a surprise on the morning of that day. Susan proposed a variety of options to me. Susan allowed me to make a series of installment payments towards the ring. I became a monthly recurring event at the shop for Peter and Monica, over 9 to 10 months.

I had been to many jewelry locations but I found the selection to be outdated until I found Pallotta Jewellers. They had the best selection for modern pieces and I found Susan to be very personable. I explained how I could only wear 18 karat gold earrings due to the sensitivity of my ears and that I could only wear light studs. The pair I fell in love with was not a stud closure but I was sold on the lovely sparkling flower shape. Susan advised she could customize the earrings and create a stud closure. I never had this option at any other location and I was very impressed; so impressed that I asked to see her selection of bracelets. I also fell in love with a two-toned gold bracelet and it was fresh from Italy. I ended up purchasing both the earrings and bracelet because I loved both equally. We had a great first experience at Pallotta Jewellers. My parents have been going to them for years, but this was my first time going with my husband, looking for a baptismal gift for our godchild. Susan showed us tons of beautiful styles and we were really happy with what we selected. It's hard to find 18K gold in Canada anymore (most carry 10 or 14) but Pallotta had lots of 18K in a variety of both modern and classic styles.
