The dining experience was nothing short of disappointing. The food fell far below expectations, lacking flavor and freshness. The service was equally lackluster, with slow and inattentive staff who seemed indifferent to customer needs. To add insult to injury, the prices were exorbitant for the subpar quality offered. It's regrettable when an establishment fails to deliver on both taste and service while charging a premium, leaving patrons with a distinctly unsatisfied palate and a sense of having overpaid for an underwhelming experience. 94$ for two people? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

Food was old, the price is not what is posted on the menu, 28 dollars for mix platter and a side salad!

Very average cafe. Food was oily, cold. Portions where small. Interior wasn’t bad. But definitely not worst any dollar spend there. Sometimes reviews are misleading. For sure will not recommend anybody this place.

We came from NY and stayed in Niagara Falls. We were looking for a halal restaurant. There were multiple choices, but this one was the winner. It has a nice atmosphere and service and the food was great. Prices are ok considering a tourism place.

Vraie escrocrie, poulet chwarma inmangeable sec et aucun goût.assiette familiale de grillade avec juste 2 kofta et un tout petit peu de poulet presque brûlé. Bref un dîner de 160$ presque pas mangé je ne recommande pas e restaurant

Very nice people and clean restaurant. Very authentic feel inside. Food was pretty decent not sure what complaints are about. No issues with payments.

Good food clean space and good customer service. I really liked the Moroccan tea that was professionally served. Thanks again see on my next visit.

I came here and I recommend everyone to not come here. The customer service is terrible and the guy came yelling at me for 10 minutes and insulting me because I was drinking from a water bottle. The food is also very disgusting and the staff tries to be hostile and intimidating. Overall I had a horrible experience and I will not be coming here again….

This is located next to a popeyes which we had stopped at to get food for my 2 daughters who are both below 10 yrs of age. After picking up food from the popeyes for my daughters, my wife and I decided to dine in at this restaurant. Shortly after walking in and sitting at a desk. One of the representatives came and told us that outside food (popeyes) is not allowed and so we will have to do a takeout our food instead. I told him that both my wife and I are going to be ordering from this restaurant itself, despite that he was insisting that this is the "policy". So i decided that this place doesn't deserve any of our business and we just walked out. I understand that many restaurants have this policy of not allowing food from other restaurants in place and why it exists. But I have been to many other restaurants being a part of a group where other members have food from other places and yet I never had any such issues with them. They really need to learn that sometimes policies have exceptions.

Portions are really small, and everything was very burnt and super salty. I was craving something salty and flavourful so we picked this place after going once for a wrap last week, last week it was alright. Tonight everything was so salty I almost didn’t finish the meal and both the chicken and beef were over cooked. Many pieces of the beef were charred so black there was no meat left to actually eat. They also had almost no veggies in the wrap despite us asking for everything inside the wrap.

I think they honestly cook some of the dishes good and some not so. Luckily out of everything we ordered (mixed swarma, veggie plate, hummus on the side, chicken sandwich, baba g and falafel). The falafel was the most disappointing, it was over fried and I felt they we’re refried. The hummus on side with pita bread was perhaps the best I ever had. Mixed swarma wrap was great but I did not like the chicken sandwich. Overall I give a 4

Digusting food worst customer service. Do not walk in through those doors. We spent over 100 and the guys was worried about an extra water bottle on my table. Charged $5 for tiny hot sauce. I left super angry. I wanted to throw up. We were 10 people not one of was hay with food or service this is not the way to treat your customers.

Worst service, owner is extremely rude! We wanted a large table for our family, she just walked away annoyed and we put the tables together ourself. Asked me not to pray salah because it doesn’t look “proper bc this is a family restaurant and we should go to the mosque or pray in our car instead” (there was only 1 man praying on his own mat in the corner behind our chair so it was barely noticeable) which is odd because it’s suppose to be halal food restaurant and she herself wears a hijab which symbolizes faith… Sad because non-muslims treat you better than this! Shame on you!

Absolutely horrid. Many better options in the city for much more reasonable prices - and MUCH better service! Would not recommend to my worst enemy.would give 0/5 if possible.

PLEASE AVOID going to this restaurant! The food doesn't taste good and their portions are not even enough for my 2 year old kid! They are super expensive and its totally not worth it. It was a total waste of time and money. No wonder why the restaurant was empty. We were the only customers and we waited for 1 hour 15 minutes!

Food was excellent, fresh juice was so refreshing should have been in a larger cup I would have paid for the larger size cause the juice was definitely worth it, the kababs were perfectly cooked and the rice wasn't sticky even the salad was delicious should have been a larger portion the chicken plates were delicious as well

Their attitude, service, quality and quantity of food is way below standards, they should not be allowed to be called a restaurant. They are an absolute rip off. They claim to be Islamic, and halal, but unfortunately they are not. You can not present food and then give something else way below the standard. They know that they are doing it. If you're looking for something halal, I would recommend any other place but this place. In Islam, businesses should know how to be halal and not rip people off in one way and claim to provide halal food. In fact they offered me some extra sweets for a good review.

This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable host, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again.

Please avoid at all cost. Their prices are ridiculously high for ridiculously small portions. Their portions are so small that you lose weight by eating them! If you insist on getting from there, go for a hike after you order your food. You'll have plenty of time for that before your food is served.

Take out Beef/lamb Shawarma on rice with salad and humus.
Very tasty flavoured rice, meat was tender and nicely spiced, good humus and salad, portion of salad could have been a little bit more but all in all it was a good sized meal. The service was super friendly and accommodating.
I will be back and try other items.

It's my second time there in three years. Anytime I visit Niagara falls I have to stop by. Nice stuff and the food is very good.

Super expensive for such small portions. The quality of the food is way below average and not worth paying for such an expensive price. The managers of this place seriously need to reconsider their prices and portions they offer.its so disappointing

This place is a rip off. We ordered food for take away and had to wait for more than 1 hour for the food. Then imagine the frustration when we received the hilarious portion they offered. They charged us 8$ for a mini manaish! And they charged 6$ for garlic sauce. When I went to complain she was so rude and said this is the size we offer. The worst part is the food was disgusting and my kids refused to eat it. Stay away at all cost you can find better Lebanese options in Niagara with cheaper price.

Horrible. Waited for 40 minutes when I was told only 20 minutes and there was no one else. Portions are ridiculously small and they don’t have potatoes. Usually a platter comes with rice, potatoes, salad and the meat. Don’t waste your money or time at this restaurant. You’ll be super disappointed.

I am forced to give one star because there is no option to give zero stars. Poor quantity. Sub par quality. No flavors. Yet, priced higher than other shops around. If you want a great shawarma, go to Sahara or Baraka shawarma. This place is a total ripoff. However, I admire the selling skills of the elder gentleman there. When you order, he puts you in a spot with so many questions.and you tend to say yes and order stuff you will definitely regret later. Even if I'm paid to go there, I wouldn't.

Worst place. Extremely bad service. The staff is very rude. We order the meal for full family and my 3 year son was having fries from Popeyes. They refused and let us walk out. Very unprofessional. We have to pack our food and go out. The food was not good as well. Will not recommend any one to go to this place.

Their Shawrma is amazing. Its not your typical Shawrma. Pretty much every food we tried had a unique taste. Best halal food in Niagara Falls area!

I used to love this place. Still it's amazing I guess but owner behavior is extremely rude now compare to last year.shawarma was too try today felt like no sauces in it. But I will still go there and support their business

We have been dining at palms for years, it is our first choice for dining out. We love their menu, service and supreme cleanliness. Try everything on the menu. Enjoy!

Honest opinion, small portions, too expensive and definetly not worth the price. Our family went here to eat and one of the employees says "Don't blame me if its too small. " If that's not a sign for either mistreatment or a genuine response, this shows that it's a common occurence. I'm surprised that many people voted 5 stars on a place like this
