Amazing costumer service provided by the team manager Mandie throughout my daughters treatment care and the help in general provided after hours by her and the dentist, Dr. Janemi was exceptional. They went way and beyond for my daughter in and out of office hours to extend help when needed. Mandi was there at any time needed, to awnser and provide guidance with any questions I may have had in such a quick response, especially dealing with my insurance and this was a big worry for me. When it came to dealing with my pharmacy, in handling a prescription for my daughter, it was after hours and very late and she was in pain, but Mandi and Dr. Janemi went out of their way to make sure she got the proper care and prescription she needed before the pharmacy closed so that she was comfortable in a timely manner until she was able to be seen too. Mandi even continously checked in to see how she was doing. Even during our visits to the dentist office, it's always a friendly environment and the office manager is right there to greet us our last few visits. Even if the dentist was a bit behind, Mandie would have us in her office and colour with my daughter. Dr. Janemi was able to see my daughter even sooner then her scheduled appointment due to her pain she was experiencing. Everyone seemed very compassionate as a team in helping her get the right, best care.

It may seem unusual to describe a visit to the dentist's office as a pleasant experience, but that's exactly what I had. Upon entering the beautifully adorned office, I immediately felt at ease, thanks to Mandie's warm and friendly reception. After a brief waiting time Dr. Iman picked me up and made me familiar with his holistic approach to my dental care. He thoroughly explained the necessary procedures and available options. In addition to routine dental care, he successfully replaced a previous implant—a task that is no small feat. I also received a crown that I am extremely satisfied with. The impressive time management and attentive follow-up care further added to my positive experience.

I came to Dr. Wigle for some cosmetic work for my front teeth, something that I had done over 10 years ago and needed to be re-done. After the first visit she had me come back for a follow up; it was clear that neither her or myself were truly happy with how it turned out, so she told me to reschedule another appointment and she would re-do the work for no extra charge. To be clear, what she was doing was incredibly difficult and she was literally doing magic with colours to try and blend with the colour of my other teeth. I was truly blown away that she would allow me to come back a second time to have the work done again because she wasn’t happy with how it turned out and ultimately she wanted me to be happy as well. Not only did she do an amazing job, she worked really hard to make sure a few of the teeth surrounding the front two blended as well. I offered to pay something the second time around because I felt like I was taking advantage, but she insisted that she wanted to make it right and she wanted me to be happy with the results. She took her time and really cared about the end result. Highly recommend her!
