Pampered Nails by Ping

First time here tonight and I will be a repeat customer! Can't stop looking at my nails, I love them. Ping really listened to what I wanted and took the time to explain the different services so I was well informed! Thank you Ping, you have a wonderful salon.

I just called for a refill and I don’t think I’ve ever had someone be so unenthusiastic and rude on the phone when I called for an appointment. I asked for a refill appointment and the lady who picked up sounded very unhappy and just wanted to stop speaking to me. She was very standoffish. Not sure why as I was being polite. This was my first time wanting to try this salon, but I don’t think I will just based on how the person answered the phone and spoke.

Such great service, and a friendly, cool atmosphere. I will definitely be back! My nails look soooo good

Excellent customer service. Definitely worth the price as all of the staff do an excellent job and the salon is always very cleanly with a large selection of colours to choose from. Ping always makes sure to do a top quality job and my nails have never come out looking anything less than fantastic. Absolutely loved the kiwi design she did for me. My acrylics didn't even come off with intensive handwashing at work.

First time here and Ping was amazing! She even texted me the day before to see if I had photos of what I was looking for so she had an idea of what I wanted before I arrived. The salon is so clean and they thoroughly clean everything after each customer. I have been searching for a good nail tech for a long time and I'm happy to say, I've finally found one! Prices are comparable to other salons maybe even a bit lower, but I also feel like you are getting alot more friendly, personable service.

I don’t normally leave reviews but something has to be said about Ping and her team. Truly the best nails I’ve ever had done, every single time. Ping’s skill and attention to detail is unmatched and the cleanliness protocols are above and beyond. Always looking forward to my next appointment

I was a bit apprehensive at first but with some support from my fiancé I went in for my first mani-pedi. I felt very welcomed and they explained everything to me. The whole experience was very relaxing and the results were wonderful.

As this was in preparation for our wedding there was some concern with going to a new place. Although a small shop, it wasn’t crowded and their care for sanitation was excellent. The results for both of us were excellent.

I actually liked paying up front as there were no surprise charges at the end and the experience ended with goodbye waves and smiles.

We are both looking forward to another visit.

I've had both pedicures and manicures by Ping and her staff. They are all very professional and skilled. The shellac manicures are the best I have ever had - they last 3 weeks without chipping. Ping has taken every precaution to keep her staff and customers safe during COVID, and has barriers between all of the stations.

Needed my feet done so badly and l never seemed to have time. I finely went and treated myself and my feet feel fabulous thanks too Kathy, thank you for making my feet feel pretty again, l shell be back. The staff is wonderful they are hard working girls l highly recommend getting pampered by this salon.

One of the best Manicures & Pedicures I've ever had! So glad I decided to pay the bit extra because it was well worth it! Lovely girls took their time & made sure the job was done properly! Very clean too! Definitely five sparkley stars from me!

THE BEST! I’ve been to many different salons and never been anywhere this nice. I’ve had my nails done by Ping herself about 5 times now and each and every time I leave with a flawless and strong manicure. She does a quality job and takes her time to do it right and takes care of your nail health. Even expensive swanky salons I’ve been to don’t do this quality of a job! Her and the whole team are super sweet and knowledgeable and very personable. The salon is SUPER clean and the decor is minimal but still nice. It only takes one time at Ping’s to see why she has such great ratings. This is definitely the best salon in all of Barrie. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
