Pam's Flower Garden

Had such a lovely experience with the staff here:) I got one of their beautiful bouquets ordered for delivery and eventhough it was to an appartment building which can be harder to navigate, it was delivered with ease thanks to the awesome driver. The lady answering the phone was also so sweet and helpful. The bouquet itself is even better than the photos displayed online. Could not possibly be happier. Thank you guys so much!

I originally ordered a bouquet for my wife's birthday and the flowers were underwhelming and did not match the expectations from the pictures on the website. I reached out to relay my concerns and received some great customer service from Jeff who offered to deliver another bouquet in replacement.

Months later, I reached out to Jeff again to see if I could have a specific bouquet and get them delivered a couple days later. Jeff's reply was immediate and confirmed he could do this. The flowers were delivered exactly when I requested and they looked great. I was very happy with the service provided. In fact, this was one of the best customer service experiences I have had and Jeff was exceptional, easy going, and made this whole process simple. If you want excellent service and flower arrangements, Pam's Flower Garden should be your first choice.

Matthew and I were married May 27th, 2023 and when I told Pam's Flower Garden that our wedding was to be very spring themed, and they absolutely delivered!

Huge shout-out to Kate for all her hard work in creating such beautiful arrangements for our wedding! I didn't have a concrete plan in mind for my flowers, but she did an amazing job at listening to my ideas, and providing me with options at what would work the best.

My niece's absolutely adored their flower wands, and I remember seeing one of them wearing it on her dress belt like she was straight from Harry Potter! I was also very impressed with how the Eucalyptus garland for our head table turned out!

I was also very impressed that you were able to collaborate with our cake designer, Warrior Cakes, to ensure that our cake display looked beautiful.

Noticed the gorgeous MUMs out front of the store and went into purchase. After buying, we noticed the White colored MUM plant instead. Asked if we could switch, the guy who helped us said " how about we give it to you " needless to say we were amazed and blessed. Definitely a spot we will be going back too. Thank you

Called in to order flowers for my daughter who just moved to Kingston. The lady was very friendly and super helpful. She picked the most beautiful flowers. When I called again informing the delivery person couldn't find the place she tracked him down and made sure it's delivered. Thank you so much! Will definitely order again

Absolutely fantastic people and flowers. They exceeded expectations and have always been over the top helpful. The bouquets are absolutely stunning.

I used Pam's Flower Garden for my Kingston wedding and I was so extremely pleased by their beautiful flowers. As you can see from the photo, Kate at Pam's Flower Garden created my dream bride's bouquet. The team was so easy to work with and delivered my flowers beautifully, even coming in to work on a holiday. Cannot thank them enough for making my day so memorable!

Beyond impressed with the customer service and arrangements of our wedding flowers! Everyone commented on our stunning wildflower centerpieces and Pam and her team went above and beyond for us.

Although the sympathy flowers we ordered were beautiful, I was very disappointed with the service we received when we ordered flowers for a friends family. When I placed the order, I only had an address, I did not have a phone number for the family. I was told, quite harshly, that if they attempt to make a delivery and no one is there that they would charge me another 30$ for a second attempt at delivery.
Then, of the 3 vases that we selected that were shown online that I wanted, she stated they did not have them and did not offer any options.
Also, I was told what I wanted written on the card was way too long. I am only now seeing there in an option to purchase a bigger card. That was not given to me.
Lastly, I asked for a photo of the flowers, and was told there is a 5$ charge to email.
All in all we were very disappointed with the service we received. We paid almost 300$ for flowers, and there was no compassion, empathy nor solutions offered for both the vases and card selection…

Sent an email over a week ago and no response

Today Mom and I purchased beautiful items. A soon love with Fairy: Angel.
Waited for Access bus after appt and shopping. Lovely lady salesclerk and gentleman so very kind. Brought chair out for Mom to rest/sit and wait. Offered water and checked on us. Incredible conversation with gentleman also. It was the nicest kindest Care and concern ever. Thank you soooo very very much. You 2 must be Angels from heaven. Mom grateful as well (88 hrs old). Thank you again. Oh my today a day after store visit, I realized the amazing kind caring gentleman was actually Jeff. Wow thank you again.

My Godmother received her bouquet of the most exotic tulips and treats the same day that I ordered them. I live in Toronto and my Godmother is in a retirement home and I needed assistance with finding the perfect gift. Everything was exceptional. Apparently, they have never seen such beautiful Tulips, picked straight from the Pam’s garden. Thank-you

The team at Pam's is terrific: so kind and ready. The quality of their floral arrangements is very good and their family funeral flowers, especially their casket and urn sprays, remarkable. Thank you Pam, Jeff, and team for such reliable, warm service!

This was our first time using Pam’s Flowers and despite a minor blip, they remedied the situation immediately and without question. Their customer service was exceptional and we will definitely be returning. Thanks again!

Do Not Recommend. Sent a mealy bug infested plant to my home which was obviously infested. I should have checked them before even excepting them into my home. Thank god I placed them in my bathroom overnight so when I realized it, it wasn't to late before losing my entire collection of over 200+rare houseplants. This one plant was Like so infested they were everywhere and very visible falling off so there is no way this was not seen at packaging and they still sent it without a care To sell a plant like that and not notice your produce is crawling literally is one thing but the lack of caring they did so is another thing. I will never purchase here again, I understand these things happen why we quarantine first but it was the response from them that set me off.

A sorry. Just denial. I waited a month and heard nothing so I'm posting my horrible experience hoping to save others from it.

Very unprofessional and absolutely heartbreaking.
If you have a collection you care about I would not even step foot into this shop.

A nice basket of quality items. They were very helpful and accommodating when the delivery had to be rearranged.

My husband surprised me by ordering flowers for our anniversay. Unfortunately $100 did not get much. A sad bouquet in a vase.
He was disappointed as well.

I had the absolute best experience working with Pam’s on my wedding bouquet. From the outset they were responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable (thankfully, because I didn’t know much about flowers). Kate took time to really listen to what I wanted, trade inspiration photos and make recommendations. They provided a reasonable quote and were supportive throughout the whole process of deciding on, ordering and picking up the flowers. I would go back to Pam’s to get flowers for any occasion and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful arrangements. Thank you!
