Pan Pacific Toronto

Well maintained property with beautiful views. Stayed here for three nights at a conference and felt very well taken care of. Only draw back is the speed and age of the elevators, it could take a little while during peak hours. However, there was work being done on the elevators when I was there so hopefully that will improve. Several excellent restaurants within short walking distance. Definitely would stay again.

People please if you want to have a rest after a terrible long flight or vacation anything Dont choose this hotel! My experience was disappointing and very offensive

Very dirty hotel with uneducated and rude staff, my bed had some blood or makeup stains (not my blood and not my cosmetics just want to admit) on it, when I asked to change my bed, the cleaning lady started yelling at me like you're leaving tomorrow anyway! And that she has no time to change the bed! I don't think these are my problems, I just wanted to clean the bed.in short, she called the manager and started shouting and complaining that I am asking her to change the bed and she doesn't have time for it, nonsense.oh yes! I'm still waiting for my deposit…

This is a great hotel and the staff, especially Viren and Narcisco were fantastic and helped us with our every need, plus shared great tour ideas with us.

The location for people visiting Toronto is subpar, requiring a thirty minute Uber ride or hour long bus/subway ride. That said, if you have a tour or business in the York mills area this hotel is hard to beat. The hotel has amazing views.

We chose because in terms of price it was suitable for us for 1 night. Rooms are very clean, however 250 CAD deposit was the biggest among all the hotels that we have stayed in Canada throughout our trip. Breakfast a la carte and we liked the service in the restaurant.

So the hotel charges like its a high end luxury affair. And yeah the lobby looks like it.

But the hotel store was rarely open, the power outlets in our room didn't work, the coffee machine was fustrating, an extra tax was applied but not mentioned during booking.

Overall we felt like we got duped. It cost a fortune but I've had better stays in hotels half the price.

Very happy with the service offered by the gracious hosts at Lounge - led ably by Terry, Maggie & the rest of the team.

Special mention to Tomoko at the Chinese restaurant for her outstanding service and attitude!

Great hotel with wonderful customer service. Location is of easy access. Includes several amenities.

Price is adequate for the quality of the rooms.

Had a great stay with Pan Pacific! Really nice room, incredibly kind and patient staff as well. I think the location was good because it was a bit outside of the hustle and bustle of Toronto as well. I would totally come back to stay with them again!

Hotel is in need of a renovation and not up to the standards you would expect at a Pan Pacific hotel. Rooms are large but are dated and dark. Concrete on balcony was cracked. Sheer drapes in room was torn. Hotel was stingy with bathroom towels and cleaning staff were reluctant to give us extra. Carpets in hallways were stained in spots and always seemed in need of a vacuum. Elevators are very slow and 1 of the 3 was not working causing delays up to 10 minutes waiting for one to arrive. At checkout, they were going to charge more than the reservation was quoted at. We had 3 rooms and each room was overcharged. They corrected it after lots of phone conversations with someone. Hotel seemed understaffed. Positives are the staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby and restaurant was nice. Outdoor pool was a bit dated but still Ok with lots of chairs. Grounds are nice with a big forest at the back.

The hotel stay fell short of my expectations compared to other Pan Pacific hotels worldwide. Considering the price range, the rooms were subpar, with a bathroom that had a malodorous curtain and lacked an exhaust fan. The blinds were ineffective and allowed significant leakage. The bedsheets and floor carpet were of poor quality. The promotional pictures created a misleading impression as the actual room did not meet the standards advertised.

This was a perfect spot for us as it was off the 401 and did not require us to drive ourselves into the city. The hotel staff was kind and friendly and got us into our room as soon as possible! Clean and spacious!

Disgusting, overpriced, no service, painfully outdated, dirty, unfriendly & down right mean. Never again! You better off at a motel.

Elevators were a severe problem. At least one seemed to be constantly out of service and another had long waits at stops. Several times guests had to wait for the next elevator because they were full.

Elevators are very slow-we even got stuck in one. Hair on bathroom floor. Only friendly staff was as we were checking out. Pool not heated, kind of dirty.

All fine. Location is OK for me as I was visiting a nearby office. Would not recommend it if you want to see the city.

Had a really great experience staying here! The rooms are clean with expansive views, the staff are incredibly kind (shout out to Denise - the Assistant Front Office Manager for taking such great care of us!) and the location is great if you’re looking for something a bit quieter than downtown (loved that the #95 bus stop is right outside). Had a wonderful and comfortable stay.

Very nice stay and a great home base while visiting Toronto. Convienent to mass transit, right on bus line and not far from subway stations (not walking distance though). Great stay for the dog, lots of property to roam. Would definitely choose this hotel again.

The rooms are dated and the carpet was pretty dirty. The staff are friendly. The pool is not kid friendly.

What a great place! Looks kind of old and weathered on the outside, but just walking into the front foyer/reception area gives an overall upperclass feel to it.

Elevators are slow, but if you are on floor 2-3-4 you have your own set of elevators which also connect you to the pool and workout room level.

Although the pool wasn't huge, it was great to use an outdoor facility while traveling during summer months. Gave it almost a resort feel while sitting by the water. Indoor hot tub was out of use

Main floor bar/restaurant was central within the front foyer where there was lots of seating. A few tvs too if one of the local games were on. There was also an Asian food restaurant tucked in the back.not sure why it wasn't advertised or more signage put up. It looked kinda cute and quaint for a couple to dine at.

All customer service and interaction with staff was very pleasant. I'd recommend for sure!

Great hotel in a rare location. The staff was also great, and very helpful throughout our entire stay. We really enjoyed it and will be back to stay again.
