This was my first time at panache and I am so happy with my hair. Jalpa did an amazing job with my balayage. It was my fist time coloring my hair but she took a good care of my hair and made sure that I am happy with the final result. They also have other services would definitely try it. Highly recommend this place

I started doing my laser appointments here since December and I do not regret it at all! There were so many salons to choose from in the area and I'm glad I chose this one. Everyone is always so polite when I come in and the ladies that have done my laser treatments, Aman and Manpreet, have been so accommodating and made me felt comfortable considering where I was getting the treatments! Highly recommend this place, thanks ladies!

Don’t go here, unsatisfying experience. If you ask too many questions they will get frustrated, act unprofessional and they will tell you they “don’t want to service you. ” I’ve been too many salons and this experience was not relaxing instead it was very frustrating. I don’t want anyone to have to experience this as well.

Went in for a full head dye job and haircut, walked away with only a bad haircut. Experienced the most confusing consultation ever from a hair salon. Did not feel very reassured with their ability to dye hair especially since they weren’t listening to what I wanted. I was asking a lot of questions to clarify their understanding but they gave me very convoluted responses. They pretended to lose the swatch board. Whispering behind my back. My hair stylist was switched 3 times, especially with Co-vid I felt uncomfortable with that. At one point they were trying to push me to do balayage so I can spend more money than I had planned to. So I told them I’m just going to go with a haircut and the salon owner agreed and said, “I don’t want to service you anyway. ”

If I weren’t getting a professional picture taken today, I would have just walked out.

The only good thing that was done, was the owner apologized at the end because she knew that they had messed up my service big time and could see I was unsatisfied.

Bottom line: Rude service. Didn’t feel confident with their skills, they don’t know what they’re doing. Incompetent. Business is only 2 years old yet they are so arrogant. Ended up with a bad haircut uneven layers. Frustrating consultation. What was the point? Don’t go here.

Edit – In response to the business owners comments. I’m not surprised with the reply as I’ve seen how unprofessionally the business responds to other customer’s complaints and concerns. I will reiterate what others have said before please do not try to invalidate someone’s experience because you’re offended. Respect that clients have opinions based on the service they receive. The tone is very aggressive and defensive.

They’ve lied about a lot of the things in their response especially when it comes to quoting a statement that I never said and that frankly I don’t even understand myself what they’ve written. I also never said that everything was good and I did not say it was perfect. In fact nothing even along those lines. Also to comment on the picture, it doesn’t matter what way I style my bangs from centre, left part of right part they are very uneven and badly cut. They looked even worse the next day after I washed my hair. I tried styling them too but you can’t hide how badly they were cut. Also the fact that they thought I wanted light brown hair shows their lack of understanding. I never said I wanted light brown hair. I also understand how hair dye works, as I’ve been getting my hair dyed at hair salons for 6 years now so this whole farce of conversation has been written to mislead.
The way a business handles customer complaints says a lot about how a salon conducts business. Your disrespectful and highly unprofessional approach says it all. At the end of the day, do not blame the clients for your lack in skills and services.

Unsatisfied client:
I went to get a Balayage in July it was the biggest mistake I’ve ever made because $380 later my hair is ruined my hair is breaking so much I wish there were some sort of legal complaint I can make because this is not right for hair salons to ruin people’s hair and getaway with it. I went in the salon with beautiful hair and after a few days washing my hair that’s when I saw what they have done to my hair, my hair was dry brittle I am heartbroken it will take awhile for me to have trust in another colourist again.
The salon is modern and clean and the two ladies that worked on my hair was friendly.

A new modern store. Very clean. Nice staff. The only thing that makes it a four star is that I have paid 3 different prices each time so far for wash and style.

I went to get my hair done about a year ago! I can't remember who did my hair, two ladies worked on it at one point. I brought in a few photos of an ashy brown balayage and I got just that when I left! I was very happy with the service that I got, I should have definitely bought whatever colour treatment shampoo/conditioner they offered me because I was so sad when my hair turned copper-y about a month or two later. But I expected that anyways since my hair was naturally black before! All in all, great services and experience!

I have been coming to Panache Beauty for laser treatments. I am very satisfied with the treatments and seeing amazing results. I get my laser done by Harpreet and Dimple. They are both very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. I recommend coming here if you are looking for good, affordable, effective laser. I have two suggestions. First, is for the laser esthetician, which is to keep her mask on for the full time while completing the laser treatment. I was just a bit concerned because my immune system is compromised and she was coming close to me. The second is for the appointments to be properly written down. When I got there they told me I had no appointment booked and I drove almost an hour plus. I booked a week in advance and they did not have my name on the schedule. The owner arrived later and completed my face laser after my other laser treatments were completed and told me there was another client so I have to come back. I told her I cannot come back as I live very far. She was understanding and took me even though she had another client. I recommend for them to improve their phone communication methods for appointments. Sanitization is present within Panache Beauty. I look forward to coming for my future laser treatments! Worth the drive overall, just minor improvements needed.

First off I want to say that in terms of hair service, this salon does an excellent job and the ladies do their best to ensure you get the desired look you want without causing damage to your hair. The hairstylists are very realistic and tell you straight up what can be done to your hair based on health level of your hair which I appreciate. They want the best for their clients and do not just take you as a client just for your money. I have been seeing Jalpa before they opened up this salon and I've never walked out thinking I didn't get the best outcome. It’s common in many high end salons for 2 stylists to work on your hair to speed up the process, especially when it comes to bleaching your hair. Don’t expect to come walking out of the salon within an hour, it’s a long process especially if you have dark hair. Expect to be in that chair for atleast 3 hours, they take their time and ensure the integrity of your hair is still good. This is something I’m already used to with past salon experiences so this does not make a difference to me. I’ve never had any issues with my hair and have always walked out extremely happy. They always suggest the right product for your hair so that it stays nice and vibrant! I personally love the surprise effect they add by turning your chair away from the mirror, it’s not everyone’s cup of tea but knowing how these ladies work I’m always confident with my results each time.

The best salon i've ever been to, they take their time with all their clients and do everything and more to make their clients experience better, I have dyed my hair here 4+ times and i have never been let down. I have recommended this salon to all my family and friends and everyone has loved their service.

My experience at panache have always been incredibly satisfying whenever I go there. But I am writing a review for first time as I am feeling really happy after I had oxygeneo facial last week. It is completely a life changer, I can really see the difference. Moreover I want to thank you all the ladies over there for staying back late to accomodate me even on Sunday!

Amazing salon experience! I went there for all my hair and skin care service and it was really good they are very professional and highly recommend this salon for all services. Owners are very professional and nice to their clients. And also they maintain their hygenic standard.

If you are looking for a hairstylist who is able to understand your view, then panache is your go to salon. The three ladies Jalpa, Harpreet and Aman, all are very meticulous and amazing at their work. Please ensure to you book on advance coz they are packed. Do let them know what all services you require as they really spend a good amount of time on each of their clients. I'm extremely happy to have come across panache and plan to be coming back every time I need a new punch styling.

I got my hair done at panache and I must say it was an amazing experience. Not only did the stylists give me exactly what I wanted but they really took the time to listen to what I wanted. I’m very happy with my colour and cut. I’d also like to mention that they thoroughly take the time to sanitize after each client and spray everything done before taking on the next client. Really bad experience.i would never go back there.so unproffesional. The owners themselves dont know how to work and i dont know how they opened a salon! They are so rude.whenever we try to explain them that they did wrong service then the owners try to prove us wrong instead of themselves.last time the owner harpreet burnt my sister’s face with laser.i dont know she says she’s doing laser from long time but how she can burn somebdy with long time experience.my sister was regreting to pay them for the burnt face and even owners r well known to mess up people’s eyebrows.other girls r far way better than the owners though.anyways never want to go back there.so cheap services

My wife went this salon and told about amazing service by staff and owners. Very modern salon and meet all requirements of satisfaction.

They messed up my brows so badly they look very different ones thick and the other is thin and they charged me more for using a card.

I booked a balayage and cut with Panache (soon after the strict Covid-19 regulations allowed to salons to reopen). I cannot speak to the management, owners or the general running of the salon, but i can comment on my experience. Initially I was quoted a price over the phone, but whilst sat in the chair, I was told 'btw it will cost. ' ($100 more!) I went along as I really needed a cut and colour. Despite the customers being 6 feet apart, the hairdresser went from one customer to the next wearing the same gloves, same apron and washing hair at the same basin, I observed no sanitization in between clients using the basins. The colour was fine but the cut and process was so strange. I was not allowed to look in the mirror, the hairdresser positioned my chair away from the mirror, when I asked whats going on, she told me this was something they did for their clients. I guess like a 'ta-da' moment, but frankly I want to see what you have done to my hair! She attempted to comb my hair, when that didn't happen (cause it was so bleached), she began to blow dry my hair roughly. I reminded her I wanted a cut, and then she began when my hair was dry. Still facing away from the mirror, she began to haphazardly cut into my hair. I asked again what she was doing, and I was told, cutting hair dry helps her.i was never asked how much I wanted cut off, there was no sectioning to ensure even ends. At this point I had been there for 3 hours. I was tired I was anxious cause I couldn't see what my hair looked like and there was NO communication unless I initiated it. She didn't even introduce herself. What was meant to be a relaxing, pamper was actually very anxiety inducing, over priced experience and I'm concerned about the switching between clients during a pandemic. Unfortunately this would be my first and last visit here.

Please do not try to invalidate someone's experience because you are offended and are trying to protect your business. I understand that, but you cannot claim that something I watched and witnessed with my own eyes is not true. Myself and another client were having balayage, the bleach is the same, no colour at this point, the gloves worn by the hair dresser were NOT changed, the basins were NOT sanitized between client washes. You can disagree, as I'm sure you will, but i know what I saw and as member of the public and paying patron, I have a duty to share this vital information. The salon itself was clean i did not say otherwise. Respect that clients have opinions based on the service they recieved and experiences which I KNOW I had not 'felt. I wish you well but your tone is aggressive and defensive, you may wish to reflect on your attitude toward customers who did not benefit from a service that was expected. Aman/Jalpa/Harpreet at the front desk are always attentive even when they are getting clients ready or walking through the doors or even cashing them out, they always make sure you are looked after.
Anushka does a great job on cut and color! She does beautiful work and she is so friendly too (thanks for the hair tips as well:)

I went to Panache about two weeks ago and I went to change my blonde faded balayage dead hair to ash brown balayage. Naima colored my hair after I showed her the type of color I wanted. Pretty much the whole team comes together and makes you feel at home. At the end I did not like the blend near the roots as it was not what I wanted. I called a week later regarding the same and mentioned my concerns and Jalpa, one of the owners scheduled a time to come in at. I got it done again by Naima today and I am so pleased with the end result as they did exactly what I wanted without me having to pay again. I am very happy to have found my favorite salon closer to my house and less expensive (than a previous salon in downtown that I paid 500$ for). They really value the customer and I would recommend everyone to go there to get their hair done.

Only the original team members are good and take their time thoroughly which i really appreciate, however the new hire rushed through the haircut so she could take a smoke break, so unprofessional and disappointing considering the high prices.
