Awesome Pizza Place. I keep visiting the place quite often. Very tasty, healthy Pizzas with reasonable pricing.
The staff are also very welcoming and always serve with a smile.

Kids got coupons for this place from their school for a free personal pizza with no expiry date, and they won't honour them. It isn't just the parents that have been put off, but some very disappointed kids who'll never want pizza from there again. Great job, Panago!

My vegan soul is so happy. Not only do they have amazing plant based pizza but I was delighted to find the best garlic strip and plant based chicken. I live panago

The sign says they open at 11am, but, they don’t show up until 11: 15 and then they have to warm up the oven. They aren’t ready to serve customers until 11: 30. If that’s the case, they shouldn’t be advertised it wrong and making people who only have a limited time for lunch stand there and wait.

Best pizza in the Kitchener-Waterloo area! Tons of different combinations possible and toppings not available anywhere else. Storefront is incredibly clean which is rare for most pizza places. Anytime I have ordered delivery the pizza has always arrived on time or early. Same thing for walking in, the making of the pizza is incredibly quick. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Was first time trying panago pizza. Verry disappointed with service, young lady took my order and she seemed so confused. Ordered pizza with extra sauce received little sauce and pizza was soggy. Not recommended.

Just moved nearby and ordered pizza from this location out of desperation for something to eat. It was hands-down some of the best pizza and wings we've ever had. The garlic bread with cheese is amazing and unique! This is our go-to pizza joint from now on. Thank you!

I fond of Panago pizza. But this time my experience was horrible. Not only I waited so long for my order but after paying staff literally just walked away without saying any word no greetings. I am a loyal customer, I have never complained about pizza or service because they always keeps my food ready and also provide exceptional service. But As per my recent experience dont wanna give them a single star but i have to. Great place before i dont know what happened now.

I just recently put an UberEats order through for Panago - my first time ordered there. I wanted to make a substitution on the app, but there was no place to. I called Panago's customer service number and talked to someone named Mark who spoke over my almost the entire phone conversation. He said I had to cancel my order and re-do it with the substitution. There is no place to? I was pretty disappointed with this experience, and if you are going to book with them, consider that my experience with customer service was disrespectful and they seem to have little knowledge of their app.
