Over priced pizza, horrible customer service and no reward system. Go somewhere that actually has respect and appreciation for their customers.

Won't be going back, $22 for an average small pepperoni pizza is ridiculous. On top of that the girl gave our pizza to someone else, when we asked how much longer for the pizza she said she gave it to someone else and asked if we would like her to make another one, of course I want the pizza I paid for. We had 5mins to eat the pizza because she messed up and she kept coming to us and saying we needed to leave because they wanted to go home. Worst costumer service I ever encountered

Great pizza place. Lots of options, with decent quality ingredients. Great number of options for vegetarians. The location is really good too.
But above all the service has been good.

Really nice pizza. I would suggest if you want to try something different please try their veggie korma pizza. The base sauce is coconut curry instead of tomatoes. The service was fast friendly and they have good varieties in dipping sauces.

They offer a great range of fresh food. I loved eating here. Staff members are always kind, pricing is convenient and the spot is always clean.

I adore this spot! They have awesome meals, their menu is rich, The chief cook in that place is a real authority in the kitchen, I love a lot eating all their dishes. The food is consistently fresh, the service towards the clients is efficient. I often go to this place and I was never discontended. Highly recommended.

I asked for medium pizza with coconut curry sauce so called korma sauce. A girl served me with attitude and gave me the worst pizza i have ever taste. I feel bad while putting this review because i worked at panago pizza for one year but never ever served this kind of pizza to anyone.

Absolutely delicious. Probably the best pizza crust. Just love everything about the pizza and even the dip seems high quality.

Undercooked, mediocre pizza, some slices have 20 olives, some have 4, like it was put together by an angry college employee

I had the chipotle chicken pizza from here, Pizza was amazing and staff was very helpful. This location also has halal options. Would definitely come back.

Very good service. Prices are high but the quality of the pizza is great. Panago beats any pizza chain in terms of quality. This location is a 15 minute drive from my house, and I still go here. Because the “pizza” that Pizza Pizza makes is absolute garbage.

I stumbled onto Panago Pizza yesterday for the first time yesterday. They have a wide selection of pizza toppings that too a while to figure out what to order (good problem). I opted to go with the daily special - $7 for a personal pizza with a drink! Can't really best that deal. Ordered the plant based spicy Hawaiian pizza and received it in less than 10 minutes from time of order (good if you are in a rush). Pizza was delicious. I would definitely come back.

Used to love this place. Pizza and quality is one of the best. Recently, they have been hiring staff that is either untrained or have no idea what they are doing. When I walked in, it took 10 mins just to take my order, and nobody was even waiting in line, and 2 customers were waiting for pizzas. I have a gluten sensitivity, and I understand this place doesn’t advertise itself as gluten free. But still, I’ve seen other places receive training and take the proper precautions. My pizza was made right after one of the staff finished making a regular pizza with flour all over her hands. She didn’t wash her hands or even try to put a sheet under the gluten free pizza while it was going along the topping line. I just tried a slice and gave the rest to my family. The next day, I felt sick and out of it. People who are sensitive to gluten will understand this feeling of being “spaced out” She also didn’t seem to know how to work the cash register, as the person waiting for his pizza waited 5 mins for her to talk to the owner to put the correct price in after he was asked to pay. I also got charged an extra dollar 50, and when I brought it up, they said oh that’s what the register said. I have been ordering the exact same pizza since they opened. I built the exact same pizza online and it was a 1.50 cheaper. Then customer support just connect me with the employee and said figure it out. They offered to take a 1.50 off my next pizza as compensation. Lol what a joke. I never ever post reviews, because I understand things happen. But the level of incompetence is stunning.

Came in and ordered 2 pizzas for me and a buddy. They got the order wrong for my buddy’s pizza and had to remake it. It was done promptly but inconvenient nonetheless.

Quality ingredients make for a good pizza.but it's fairly expensive compared to others. I think it's worth it.

Fantastic place for lunch. $7 gets you a personal sized pizza and a bottled soft drink! How can you go wrong? !

Walk in cheese $12 is a great quick choice, definitely one of the best pizza spots in the area

Horrified when she tried to make my pizza after touching a bloody wound! Walked in to get a pizza 30 minutes before there advertised closing time. The restaurant was very clean and all the food appeared to be put away. The employees seemed very disappointed to see me and were reluctant to take my order. When the woman came to take my order she had her finger on her forehead covering a small open wound. After talking about my order for a few minutes she excused herself and came back with a bandaid on her forehead. She then took my order and proceeded to make the pizza. As I watched she went to the sink and quickly ran her hand under the water then starting making the pizza without gloves. I told her that I no longer wanted the pizza and asked for my money back. She she did not want to give my money back and insisted on making another pizza after she washed her hands. I insisted that she return my money and she reluctantly agreed. I read many of the other good reviews about this restaurant and I'm sorry that I never got to try it.

Best tasting food in the plaza, very clean place. Very unique pizzas with freshest toppings. Not suitable for dining in though but still highly recommended.

I have been going to Panago for nearly 25 years, previously named Panagopolous. The quality and flavor have been other worldly for an amazingly consistent time. It's not like the Toronto mainstay Pizza Pizza where you're not sure if you are wary pizza or the box with the crust being that gross. I like the extras with Panago, the juice, cinnamon sticks, cheese bread. It's all head and shoulders above everything else around here. Keep up the good work!

I don't remember going here but I've been before and yummy pizzas. Just don't eat an entire medium yourself during your work lunch because you don't want to carry any leftovers back because you'll have major itis.
