Panago Pizza

Didn’t like it at all. The toppings were almost none and flavour was missing totally. Will never go for it again.

Walk in today and one employee guy said he didn’t know how to take order or make the pizza and he asked me to wait 10 minutes because the other staff is wandering in the Tim Hortons during the break. I waited and saw that guy just watched his videos inside without doing anything. Never come back again.

I walked in ordered a slice of Hawaiian pizza the gentleman did not warm the pizza puts the pizza In a brown paper as is no plate and proceeded to say it just came out of the oven. I have never seen pizza served this way. I was not asked if I wanted it warm. The service was disappointing but yet the machine is asking for a tip. I have to laugh

Had visited Panago Pizza for the first time. Pizza tasted very good. We had ordered 1 Garden Veggie and 1 Chipotle chicken. Both tasted very delicious. We directly ordered at store and had to wait only 15 mins.

It was the most elegant pizza ordering experience I ever had or expected in my life. Kudos to the order taking team!

Didn't even get past the ordering phase due to deplorable service. Truly, order from anybody else. 0.1 stars.

This is objectively the worst pizza I've ever tasted in my life. I ordered the steak and mushrooms, it was:

Salty to the point of inedible
Dry - as in it could crumble to powder
Cold
Burnt
Tasted awful

I chucked the whole thing in the trash. Guess it's popcorn for me tonight.

My experience with Panago pizza was awesome. Customer service was too good, they are very polite, speciallly their Pizza delivery guy was so polite and charming and right on time. Highly recommend them.

Although Panago makes decent pizza, the customer service at this location is atrocious. I experienced a confrontational and aggressive delivery driver at this location, all because he had difficulty locating the condominium elevator, even though he could’ve asked the concierge for assistance or directions.

Instead, he became argumentative and concocted a story that I must come down to the lobby to get the pizza because COVID does not permit him to come up to my unit, all of a sudden.

I had the presence of mind to record his conduct over the phone, which was forwarded to head office management. Regardless, I will continue to enjoy Panago but this location will not see my business.

My Panago experience as of recently had been terrible. Pre-pandemic, it was my choice for a good slice of pie because I like to buy locally - it's a Canadian pizza joint. However, post- pandemic, I have become crippled, not because of covid-19, but for other reasons. Although, my condominium building is now allowing all deliveries to me made directly to all residents, the delivery driver refused to come upstairs and deliver the pizza to me when I specifically requested that it be placed at my doorstep. He would rather have a good pizza go to waste, then to wear a mask and deliver a pizza and leave it at my doorstep.

I will no longer be ordering from Panago. My last best pizza experience post-pandemic was with Pizza Hut, where they delivered the pizza directly to my condominium doorstep, not only because I was crippled, but because they believe in good service. Thank you kindly, Pizza Hut.

First time ordering Panago. Ordered 3 large all different to try out. The crust was good, I ordered the original and thin crusts. The sauce on the other hand, well I didn't get enough of it anywhere to be able to give a proper review, some slices almost seemed to be lacking sauce at all, same can be said on ingredients. If I pay premium prices for ingredients, then I expect them to be there, some slices had none at all, some were very stingy sprinkled here and there, was almost as if I had ordered plain greasy cheese pizza. Not what I was expecting for Panagos and the prices. I get more toppings from literally any other pizza spot Ive visited. I cannot believe it. I will not be ordering from Panagos again.

We ordered garlic cheezy bread and it tasted delicious. Would love to try different things again. The employees are super sweet and friendly. They maintain proper hygiene too. Overall experience is great.

I really love this pizza I been about 3 times since moving in the area. The pizza is great taste nice and fresh and the staff is always nice and friendly!

Great prices for personal sized pizzas. I ordered late night and everything came hot and tasty! Ill be going back!

The place is fantastic and broad, the menu was yummy and the prices were very fair.quick, efficient service and very welcoming staff. I recommend this place.

Oh the pizzas were so fresh! Loved them and mostly the Cheesecake! Don’t forget to try the cheesecake

Finest food, super friendly employees, consistently great atmosphere. They charge affordable pricing and the food quality is excellent. Keep it up.

Our first visit here was on a Friday night and had an hour wait time even for takeout so we decided try this out later.
The second time we ordered prior and takeout was faster on a Sunday afternoon.

We loved the enchiladas with red salsa but it could have a little less cheese which does not bring out the flavor of the chicken within. This comes with beans and salad.

First time tried the pablo pepper empanadas and they were delicious. Chicken empanadas were equally good. They came with side of onion tomato salsa.

This seemed would have been our favorite spot but in the chimichanga we found one hair which just disappointed us.
Nevertheless I think may be a one time thing but they have to be more careful about the hygiene.

This was my first time at this restaurant and sadly it will be my last. I will start with the positives. The staff is friendly and the crust is very soft. That's where it ends. This was the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. Minimal toppings placed under the bad tasting rubbery cheese. Pepperoni was paper thin & had no flavour. The crust was okay tasting but not cooked fully. Entire pizza was so salty that I couldn't taste anything else. Usually I don't leave reviews but I felt compelled to do so because I paid nearly $20.00 for a medium pizza that I ended up having to toss in the garbage. I detest low quality chains like Pizza Pizza & Pizza Nova but I have to say they are far superior to Panago.

Pizza is amazing, the staff and customer service is impeccable. I order here at least once a week and have had many pizzas from here and they never sting on toppings or sauce. Food is made to order and always fresh. When I walk through the door the fellas always greet me by name and all smiles and they all know my usual order.

This is the first time I tried it and it's absolutely amazing. Great service and received a fed back call with credits to use against next order. Would definitely order again.

Friendly service, clean, great food. It's a great place to eat with a friend or two, or for a takeout. This might become my favorite pizza place.

Great pizza, greater service and it excels all other pizzerias in its cleanliness. Ideal for takeouts as there are very very limited sitting arrangements.

Not a fan of their tomato sauce. Last time I ordered, they put too much of it on a thin crust pizza, so wasn't enjoyable at all.

So many vegan options! Love their crust. The only concern I have is that it’s hard to find parking there.
