He will inject all places like if you leg pain on leg he gives injection that’s not right

My wife visited because of a belief in doctor and staff but fully befkoooof receptionist over there

U people at pandhi so nice u keep waiting patients for more than hour than refuse them by giving silly excuses

And it’s not service u are providing u people force patients so they can hire u as family doctor for no reason it’s all depend upon patients to whom they want to see for their body issues but u force them by indirect ways

I want to wish for you that god bless u with zeroooo patients in near future and close ur business then u people might understand pain through which patients suffer or still suffering

Dr. Pandi is informative and accommodated me into his schedule even though I did not have an appointment. The wait was not too long and the receptionist was friendly. I really appreciate Dr. Pandi and his team for being understanding and their commitment to patients.

Dr. Pandhi is one of best doctor serving community with his best knowledge, experience and Hard work.we are living 3 hours up in north from his clinic.but we are still going to Dr. Pandhi. Dr. Pandhi treating our family since 18 years and we always recommend people for Dr.pandhi.front desk lady also very polite and helpfull.

He is a fantastic Doctor. At this time, getting us a dedicated doctor is very, very difficult. He was available for his patients throughout the pandemic. Dr. Pandhi is the best & wonderful person. He’s honest, competent & dedicated doctor. Always inspiring & positiveness. He’s our family physician over 17years. His office assistant is also very good and helpful woman. Always willing to help people, hardworking during pandemic times also. His diagnosis is so brilliant, saved my wife’s life. He’s the best doctor, and his office assistant also wonderful.

Don't bother showing up to his office on time, he’s always 2 hours late anyways. If you’re good as everyone says you are, at least show up on time to YOUR OWN scheduled office hours. A disgrace to all doctors out there who actually care about patients.

Her receptionist is so unprofessional does not even listen when I called, she comb her hair in doctor’s office in front of patients and servicing people without washing her hands so unhygienic and she picked up my phone just to tell me that it’s her lunch time call me after 4, so if it’s your lunch time dont pick up the phone then. Find some other doctor folks don’t let your elderly people’s health got ignored by these kind of ignorant people, Doctor’s profession is a very dedicated profession but these people just want money with “one problem in one visit logo. ”

Dr is absolutely very good his receptionist is very unprofessional don't know how to deal with patients so unhelpful she makes him lose patients and money

Very bad experience. I had an appointment at 1: 30, they told me to wait half an hour. Then charged me again $80, and no receipts were given. The receptionist behaviour was unacceptable. Don’t waste your time, find a better doctor.

Receptionist who picks up the calls, so rude, so rude. Don't know how to talk to Patients. As a patient you are already stressed and then you have to deal with this kind of behavior.she should be ashamed her behavior.

Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Dr. Pandhi taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly. Secretary is really nice she does a good job. I would highly recommend Dr. Pandhi as he is good doctor he has a lot of knowledge and can help you with your medical problems.

Dr. Pandhi has helped me and my family on numerous occasions. I have gone to him anytime there is an emergency and the secretary has always helped in making the check in process easy.

Worst receptionist! She is rude, arrogant, incompetent, makes her own rules. She thinks she's the boss! Doesn't care if patient is suffering so much or what. She shouldn't be working in a healthcare environment at all. A complete b***h!

My mother's illness was quite a mystery which Dr. Pandhi was able to diagnose in time just before it became worse. It's saved my mother's life and it has made my mother be with us. We are so grateful to Dr. Pandhi because of his outstanding ability to diagnose illnesses in time. Dr. Pandhi is like a God to me and my family. We are forever indebted to his service for my mother. He continues to keep himself up-to-date with a medical hunger to learn and help patients. He listens to the patient and he keenly understands the patient's problems. His treatment regimen has helped me, my mother, and my father recover and enjoy life once again. We recommend Dr. Pandhi to everyone because he is a one in 1 billion Doctor. Dr. Pandhi's assistant and office administration secretary is also a very wonderful person. She always helped us stay up-to-date with paperwork and the demands of being organized. She makes Dr. Pandhi's medical practice complete.

A lady who take the calls has no sense of speaking with patients and so useless. Please fire her as she don't want your patients to come and see the doctor as she has no professionalism and zero knowledge of handling patient requests. She is very rude and She Hung up on me without listening the request properly.

Dr pandhi is the best! As it's rare to find a proffessional doctor when we are new to some place. He takes time with the patient's concern and help them with their health issues in a very friendly way. So i highly recommend this clinic.

This clinic is very helpful and the receptionist is a very nice and humble lady. The doctor is also very well educated and is good with the diagnosis. They make a good team.

Been here often. Best doctor, doesn’t even use a computer like other doctors these days. He understands the problem. Negative reviews are for the secretary. When other doctors and hospital trips don’t do the trick, I go here. He has lots of knowledge about the body and medication.

Yes, receptionist USED to be very rude. Shes changed now. For reviews about doctor being mean or whatever, every doctor has days. And he doesn’t need to spend so much time.being quick with patients is the best. I HATE long waiting times and doctors who just chat all day.
Small office sucks and yes sometimes the secretary is not the nicest. Wait time MAY be long, depends on when you go. He has family patients that will be seen before walk in. Office is very small but he plays movies.

Front lady receptionist very rude behaviour. Doesn't even know simple communication manners. Not approachable at all, doesn't know how to talk properly to patients and very long wait time. Worst experience ever.

Being 34weeks pregnant and standing at the door since 10am and the dr doesn’t show up not even till 11: 43am and I had to leave for my next gyno appointment at 12 all the way to Brampton. Really disappointed. There’s no receptionist to take the Ohip card nor seating available. It’s really sad to watch the elderly and sick wait for more than 2hours to open the door to his office.

Dr. Pandhi has been my family doctor since 2002. It has been well over 16years he has been attending to all our medical needs. So writing this review is long over due. I am overwhelmed as I write about this respectable man today. I am shocked to see people complaining about the fact their kids were asked to be quiet! A toddler or yound infant cam be very hyper active but being the same at a clinic can be annoying and irritating very easily. If a parent is not handling their kids properly in public then someone needs to tell them. How can anyone complain that the receptionist asked parents to get a hold of their kids? What is she suppose to do? Wait for some other patient to tell her to do exactly what she is doing now?

Anyways, I am not sure how many people have actually being seeing him for over 16 years that have such complains but if you have known him for a while then you should rate review him based how he treats patients and not how patients are being asked to be responsible for their own kids.

Doctor Pandhi has literally saved my and my family's on several instances. On a particular note I remember going to Brampton Civic for severe ear ache and was told that it is nothing after about 5 hours. The following day went to Dr Pandhi to discover I had severe ear infection which was spreading. The pain was not even subsiding with pain killers. When I went to him I was on the verge of crying, he just looked at me and knew exavtly what to do. He relieved me from the pain in mere few minutes. He has always been very attentive, and has treated my family like family. I am ever so grateful for everything he has done. Dr. Pandhi's knowledge and expertise is hard to find these days. I really hope people find some other public place where a tantrum throwing kid would be welcomed and for others that have a problem with anything else may be should come take a look at the amount of people that line up infront of his clinic every day and how he sits hours after his clinic closes to help patients recover from whatever medical concerns they come with. Seriously feel bad for such people that take the time to write nonsense about a doctor instead of doing something useful with their time!

LAdy on front reception is very rude, dont know how to speak to anyone, doesn't matter if older, younger or kids.she should be replaced.no doubt doctor is knowledgeable.but who sit there for hours and deal with these kind of people.

WORST WORST doctor ever i have seen in my life. Receptionist is terrible mannerless lady. Mississauga government should close their clinic. On asking a simple question if i can take pain killer, receptionist said dont ask stupid questions, i am very busy n hangs up and then doctor calls and started INSULTING AND SHOUTING SCREAMING AT ME. No manners at all both of them. PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. Read all the reviews everyone says the same about them.

Doctor Pandhi is nice but lady at front is so damn rude. She doesnt hav sense at all. I went there with my 1 n half year old baby and she was like can u make your kid sit at one place n plz ask him to not to make noise.come on my baby is a kid who else will make a noise dats His age n one time she was like can u please go n sit in car or McDonald's close bcz my baby was so loud playing n shouting. I think this receptionist had no kids or she never went to school.worst receptionist ever
