Visited here to get a Valentines gift. There was a wait of 20mins. However great customer service overall and special thanks to Riya for having patience and helping me get a beautiful bracelet.

Poor Customer service
Bad behaviour.

I bought a bracelet from this location. However, for some how we lost the receipt.
Went to the location and ask to email us the receipt so that we can return.
The staff flatly refuse to regenerate or send us the receipt and said you can only exchange.

Went to Another location Outlet mall. The store manager was so helpful that she not only help us but also emailed me the e-receipt.
Based on her best service and the best service from staff, we ended up buying from that location instead of returning to square one location.

We will decided not to ever visit the Square One location based on Their BAD and RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. #pandora

Do not expect any deals even if you are frequent customer not happy at all
Makes me wonder why would you want to come back to the store again?
As I was looking further I realized that you could get some discount by joining the club? Sales rep never mentioned it even when asked?
Just went back to buy another set of earrings because my wife lost one and really liked them, but after this, not sure if I will ever consider Pandora again…

I visited this pandora location as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the sales associate Maleeha M.she was so welcoming and informed me about the new collection in store, Given this I told her I needed her assistance in purchasing 2 bracelets, she did not rush me once and made me feel like a priority. Her selling skills are very amazing as she made me leave purchasing more than I intended, yet I AM BEYOND HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING! I will always come back for her service.

The store manager went above and beyond. My sister, Father and I were here to purchase charms as a gift for Mothers day. As you would expect there was a line and We waited patiently. Jason greeted us, provided us with a booklet and immediately noticed that my Father needed accommodations. He offered to have him seated inside while we wait for our turn.

This small act of kindness and attention to customer needs mean the world to me as my father has back problems and standing for long periods of time makes him uncomfortable and can be painful.

Jason didn't hesitate to offer a solution without us needing to mention anything and to me that is quality customer service.

I have never had a worse experience anywhere ever than at this Pandora location, Jayson is the worse manager and Cassandra the worst employee. Pandora needs to reevaluate who they hire and give their employees a course on customer service. They sell defective products and then gaslight customers into thinking they ruined it and refuse to take refund them? I love pandoras jewellery but this has made me never want to shop their again.

Cassandra sold me a scratched up ring and Jayson refused to take the refund instead blaming me for scratching it up after bringing it back only a couple days after purchase still in the same condition Cassandra had packed it in. Don’t wanna buy from pandora anymore after this experience

I went in to find the right bangle for me, finally, after many years of wanting one. I saw the precious moments one which really appealed to me and I wanted to see what it would feel like on my wrist in a few years when I have 10+ charms on it. The most the sales lady would put on for me to try it with was 4. She made it sounds like I would never be able to afford more. I left the store calmly and cried in my car. Maybe my Canada Goose is a bit tattered or my purse isn’t from the latest MK catalogue but I didn’t appreciate a sales person deciding my budget for me. Would not recommend going into the store to be treated like this.

Just like the numerous reviews by other customers for this particular Pandora store at Square One, this location has some very appalling staff that behaved very unprofessionally. While a staff was helping me, 2 other staff were looking at the people standing in line and laughing maniacally, pointing and whispering in to each others ears. I found it to be extremely rude and suddenly felt very unsafe being in that store. I still ended up finding gifts for loved ones and myself thanks to the nice staff helping me, but many times I was about to leave because of the nasty energy I felt when observing the two mean staff.

Terrible Customer Service - Would NOT recommend.
I purchased a ring for a loved one on Sept 19th, I was told I could exchange it for a different size if the ring did not fit as long as I had the receipt and the ring. On Sept 21st I gifted the ring and on the same day it was tried on, I went back into the store to make an exchange for a smaller size. FERNANDA, the manager on duty, was assisting me with the exchange, she briefly gazed over the ring and told me it was "worn" and they could not make an exchange given the current state of the ring. The ring was in the same shape it was when purchased. How can it be "worn" if it was simply put on the finger to see if it FIT (which it didn't) and it was put right back into the box immediately after. Afterward I visited the Erin Mills Pandora location where it was exchanged immediately with no issues. I asked the manager of that location if the ring looked "worn", she simply said, "no.if it was worn, we would not have given you an exchange. " I've seen multiple negative reviews about the manager Fernanda and I am concerned for other customers as they are going to experience such terrible customer service as well. Perhaps Fernanda may need to be revised on how analyze the current state of the products. If the ring looked worn after two days of purchase and one time of trying it on, the price of Pandora's products do not equate to the quality of their products.

I was helped by Samiha and she is an absolute gem:) she was more than patient w me, helped me pick out a few charms and just so sweet! Overall Samiha provided lovely customer service and a very positive experience, I will for sure be back!:)

It’s a very bad experience here.

My boyfriend bought me earrings and a charm for my birthday. Then I tried it on and and don’t like it then I took it off right the way and 3 days later he came back to the store and would like to get the refund. But the employee told me she can’t do the refund for him because it has to be unwearable. The thing is they didn’t mention it on the receipt and the employee just told my boyfriend he can refund or exchange within 30 days and she didn’t mention him not to try it on. How can a first time customer know that policy without mentioning? Even I am wearing a lot of charms from Pandora for years but I never bought earrings here so I didn’t know neither.

Please review and contact me back for the solution because I am not satisfied at all with what the employee told me.

I would never come back and warning all of my friends if I have no reasonable solution.

Horrible. I went in today to buy a Christmas gift for my sister, they asked for an email an I asked if I give my sisters email address will she receive an email or is it just for the system. The lady tells me no she won’t receive an email. Couple hours later my sister tells me she got an email from Pandora. Way to wreck a Christmas present now she knows what she got. So mad.

I went to this location with my mind set on doing a return, I was helped by associate Maleeha M, she was extremely helpful and turned my return into an exchange, she was absolutely phenomenal and understanding and helped me pick out some beautiful matching pieces, she gave me her opinions and didn’t push any product on me which made me feel very good due to the fact that it showed that the brand pandora itself does not only care about sales, she was very considerate, and also make sure proper Covid protocols were being met. Another costumer was not keeping a distance in order to look at a display of jewellery i was in front of and it made me uncomfortable, yet she very quickly rectified the uncomfortable situation. Overall I will be coming back and would recommend her services to anyone. She is an asset.

I understand wanting to get customers in and out quickly due to COVID, but at the same time, it would be nice to get better customer service. I had an idea of what I wanted but when I saw the piece in person, I decided to go for something else. The entire time the sales associate, Maleeha kept sighing and it seemed like she was frustrated with me asking to see different pieces. It kind of made my experience not so great. If you don’t want to help people out or run out of patience quickly maybe this isn’t the job for you.

Elegant and classy pieces for everyone's personal taste. Lovely selection of bracelets, earrings, necklaces and rings. I absolutely love the wide selection of charms they have as well as the colour selection for all their jewelry. My favourite and go-to place for jewelry for sure!

They give you gold jewellery without telling any precautions and after some time when the jewellery changed into silver they recommend you to follow precautions

Used to buy jewelry from here but the customer service has been subpar on multiple occasions. In terms of the products, they are not worth it and would recommend to invest in higher quality pieces.

Brought a ring in to get exchanged. The ring bent and broke because of a stone that fell out. The manager wasn’t being reasonable and said that the ring was bent and that’s why a stone fell out. Erinmills agreed and said it was a manufacturer’s defect. He was being bluntly rude and didn’t want to take a close look at it.

Management is incompetent. My favourite charm was breaking and was told upon purchase years ago that there is a lifetime warranty. Was willing to pay for repair but staff instead tried to tell me there was nothing to do about it.
Julie was also eating a cookie. Disgusting.

Bad customer service every single time. It seems like they never bother to greet you or offer help if you are any race other than white. Every time I wanted to purchase something, I have to go around asking every sales representative, and getting told to wait (and then forgotten about) or being passed around representatives like some unwanted pest. The consumer experience should not be so bad! It is like this even when the store is not busy. All of my friends and family have decided to stop shopping here and after that last experience, I stopped visiting too.

Horrible customer service.
Took too long to get help. Some employees chatting away with each other.
Employees eating from the cookie table and entering their spouses in the contest draw.
Advertised price was wrong and after wasting a good chunk of time waiting in the beginning then to cash out was told can’t honour the advertised price.

NOT RECOMMENDED WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
I belong to customer service field and I normally don’t go out of the way to point out CUSTMR SERVICE ISSUES. But pandora is a complete rip-off in square one. They have 30 days policy to return but when you go back in 10 days they will find excuses to deny the refund. I went there not to return but to exchange the size of the bracelet as it was tight (charms are 50$ and fall like leaves as they are made that way lose and disappears so you will go back and spend more money) however I went back for exchange and the manager Jason first thing came out of there mouth is we cannot refund and this is the last time we are doing exchange. Though I wasn’t there to refund but it made me wonder WHY? Later upon asking they said it’s not in resale condition we can only exchange it that’s it. Remember the amount I’ve spent was 250$ plus. I called the corporate office and manager said the bracelet is used and we have checked under microscope lol! R u kidding me? Anyways long story short they are expensive and worst customer service ever in past 17 years. They don’t have any sense of customer service worst ever experience. Not recommended for anyone to go and spend a dime there! Pictures added for you to decide.

Customer service was upto par, however it seemed unusually overstaffed for such a small place. It can actually make it quite awkward for a customer when more than one staff member is watching your every movement while browsing around the shop

I bought two rings 2 weeks ago and it was the wrong size. I had my receipt from my online order and went to Pandora square one location. In front of the store was Elise, who is the team lead (as per her tag), she is the most unprofessional customer service front I have ever met. Elise instigatingly repeated that I am unable to exchange nor refund since I had ordered it online during their black Friday sale about 6 times. No where, in my receipt did it state that there is no refund or exchange. It actually had a note regarding refund and exchange that it may be done within 30 days. Elise boasted that she was part of administration and management when I requested to speak to another person since she was not listening to my concern. Legally on paper (the actual receipt), I should be able to refund or exchange the product.

The assitant manager, Chris, agreed to exchange the rings to a smaller size. I waited for the sales associate and she noted that there was only one ring available in size. Chris mentioned that they can order the ring size and they would call me when it would be available to pick up.

I agreed to do this and waited in line. Suddenly, the sales associate noted that she found another size. Now I would be able to go home with two to bff s of the same size. At this point, it really felt shady and the trouble in exchanging the product is really something I'd rather live wihout.

I hope these people realize that the experience in customer service leaves a much more prominent lasting impression.

Perfect place to go get a gift during the holidays. The employees were very patient and helped me pick the perfect gift. However the line was a bit long, and it crowded inside. Did like the fact that you can put your gift on hold for 3 days. Definitely recommend!
