My experience at the Oshawa Center Mall Pandora was extremely horrible. I purchased a ring for my wife on our wedding anniversary. For some reason it wasn't a good fit for her and decided to return, when she went to store with my credit card (used to purchase), they checked the ring and it was all good and at the time of refund they said I personally have to be present to return the ring. My wife politely agreed and the next day I went personally to return, now this time the store manager finds a fault in the ring with a minute scratch and refused the refund. My wife hasn't even worn once is it doesn't fit her and they made this lame reason to refuse. I have never had this experience at any store ever. This is my worst store this experience. Thanks Pandora for making our Anniversary experience so memorable. I can't even give 1 star to this store.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Called the store 2 times. One time the day before and another time right before I left my house to confirm I was able to exchange my purchase and re buy to take advantage of the bracelet promo. BOTH TIMES and associate confirmed it was ok. The second time she even put me on hold to confirm the manager. Came back and said I was good. Drove 30 min… get there and the manager refused.
I was 100% within my rights as a customer to exchange an online item and receive the gift with purchase. They absolutely refused. Even called customer service and was told that I should have been able to.
Never have been treated this poorly and received this level of disgusting service. Shame on you.it’s a wonder how you can operate a business with such horrific customer service.

Very rude manager/senior sales.
I bought my girlfriend a chain and charm online for her birthday and picked it up in this store last week. The chain was too long and so we went to change it for a smaller one. The lady (Sarah) who served us was very friendly but didn’t know what to do so she asked senior staff to help. The senior staff member then refused to issue a refund and said it can’t be done and was very blunt/sharp when doing so. I showed her on the Pandora website where it says to come into store and applicable refunds will be processed and she simply refused. Made my girlfriend very uncomfortable and all in all made the experience unpleasant. Will be filing an official complaint

Very disappointed with the customer service from Pandora. I don't normally complain, but when I received a ring as a gift for my birthday & it didn't fit, I figured I would have no issue at all returning/exchanging for a different size. Little did I know, they accused it of being worn and refused to do an exchange.

The ring had only been out of the box once and that was when it was first gifted to me to try on and remained in the box ever since.

The sales rep tried showing me the difference, but clearly the ring had probably been returned and improperly examined and placed back for sale.

I will not be spending money on anymore Pandora products.

I went to Pandora with my 3 kids to buy my daughter a gift for her 11th bday. I asked her what she would like and she pointed at a beautiful rose gold bracelet. I kindly told the lady that I will take the bracelet with 3 charms. She seemed reluctant and told me that the charms is priced at 50 something dollars only and the bracelet is actually 300. I felt really taken back and since I didn't ask for the price. I said that it's fine very stern. I didn't like the fact that they also ask me for ID, the bill was only around 600 or so, I spend more at times at Costco. If this is indeed a policy Pandora should have a sign at the front of the cashier stating this. My other daughter's birthday is in April and she wants a necklace. Something in me would feel like a fool to go back there. A black young woman who has to show ID also being treated like I can't afford a bracelet. Doesn't sit right with me. Pandora needs better training, if someone says, "I'll take a bracelet and 3 charms" please just say ok no problem and go from there. If someone ask for the price that's a different story.

They won’t exchange your gift when you have the wrong size ring for an entire week after Christmas! If you want to buy someone something special for Christmas and you don’t know their ring size, go somewhere else because the OC location won’t service your purchase. Hopefully they still have the ring style when they’re ready to exchange mine for the right size.

Went there to exchange a ring, the girl at the counter was polite and a new trainee. She took me to the manager who was RUDE. The trainee kept running behind the manager to get her attention but she was busy chatting with her colleagues. After a good 20 mins i was done and asked them to return my ring. The manager then comes and says we don’t do returns. So much time was wasted and i was the only customer in the store.

Worst pandora store ever! People who work there and their attitude are the main issues. No one wants to be treated like I was at this store. These ladies never heard about customer satisfaction and good customer service. UNPROFESSIONAL. RUDE. IGNORANT

I attempted to exchange a ring that was given as a birthday present 5 days prior, with the original bag, box and receipt because it was was 2 sizes too big. It had never been worn, only to try on and discover it was too big. The store manager looked at the ring and said it was not new and appeared to have scuff marks on them.
I'm guessing this happened during the ring being tried on or perhaps even that was the condition it was sold in with other people trying on the ring.
My suggestion: if you choose to buy from Oshawa and especially if you are going to give it as a gift. Ask them to inspect the condition of the jewelry before you purchase it or better yet, choose another Pandora for better customer service.
I asked what she could do for me and she said there was absolutely nothing she could do.
I have always had amazing Customer service with Pandora in the past so I wont generalize to all Pandora stores. I am going to go to another Pandora store to try to exchange the ring. I will keep you posted on the outcome.

* as a side note I brought it to a jeweler and asked them to inspect the ring and they said the scuff is so slight that it can happen from simply trying on at the store but they would have exchanged purely for good customer service.

I love the staff at the Oshawa location. They look like Charlie's Angels. And always sooooo friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

God awful. **edit - response to the owner. Absolutely not. I will never return and I will never give your management the satisfaction of a phone call to rectify. You treat your staff and customers like trash. This is a reflection on MANAGEMENT. Not sales or cashiers.

I've always had great service from the staff, but management needs to figure out a better method for organizing the order of customers. I waited for over 20 minutes today while two people were helped almost immediately upon walking in the door ahead of me, while I continued to wait.

Still waiting to be contacted by owner as per comment below. Buyer Beware - Do not leave the store wearing your purchased jewellery. I know that all Sale items are final sale but I purchased a bracelet and safety chain at regular price. I was wearing the bracelet & safety chain when the sales associate was ready to Cash me out so I asked her if I should leave it on and she said "if you like". 1st mistake She rang up the purchase and after I paid she put the receipt in a red envelope and said something about the Chinese New Year so I didn't ask to see the receipt before I left the store. 2nd mistake When I got home I wasn't sure if I really liked the safety chain and decided I wanted the more expensive one. I looked at my receipt and there was written Wore Out - Final Sale. I went back to the store the next day to attempt to exchange the safety chain and they refused because of what was written on the sales slip. Turns out the person who waited on me was the store manager Marlyn. However, I can take the responsibility for not checking my receipt before I left the store. Being as Marlyn is the manager I do think that she should have told me when I asked her if I should leave the items on that they would be final sale if I left the store wearing them and offer to package them for me.
Although I was upset that I couldn't exchange the chain I ended up purchasing the one I wanted the next day. Marylyn was not going to be in that day but it was just as well. The associate that waited on me was apologetic and very pleasant and made sure my new safety chain was packaged before I left. I had to return the chain later that day as one of the clips was loose and was able to exchange it with no problem.
All in all an expensive lesson but I won't be making that mistake again.
My 1 star review is more for the behavior of the Store Manager not the rest of the staff.

First off, I waited almost 45 minutes in line just to get into the store (I 100% understand/appreciate the policy that you can only proceed in the store when a attendent is ready), but both myself and numerous other people in line seen more than 3 girls sitting and chatting in the back room the entire time we were waiting, if your going to have staff that just sits and chats while customers are waiting for so long I suggest atleast shutting the door so we cant see it. Secondly, I bought a charm and it was not placed in the normal white box they instead placed it in a small black bag. The worker who was attending me then asked if I needed a bag, UH YEAH! This small bag could have very easily been misplaced/lost/fallen out, the girl then threw the black bag and receipt in the bag tied it and handed it to me, no tissue paper nothing, to keep this other small black bag with the charm form falling out. If I had been giving it as a gift I would have been embarassed to say that it came from a well known Jewellery store like Pandora because of how poorly it was packaged. When every thing you buy is likely at a hefty price it should atleast come with safe packaging. Since when do charms get placed in little bag oppose to their normally boxes? I shop ALOT at Pandora and can say this will likely be my last at this location, this is not the first time I have experience poor customer service.

This past week my daughter and I visited Pandora in Oshawa center and had a wonderful experience because of one if the employees 'Raquel'. She was absolutely amazing! She was so patient and took time with us to make sure my daughter found what she liked. I was so impressed with her customer service skills and how she adapted to my daughter based on her age. I had to take a moment and talk to her manager about what a great employee she had. I will definitely be back to buy from Raquel. Awesome experience!
