I went the first time to purchase my earrings at pandora Yorkdale mall and one of the ladies that assisted me that day was extremely sweet.
After 1 week unfortunately one of the earrings had problems so I brought it back to change it.
I entered the store (October 31 at 6 pm) and 4/5 associates were behind the counter talking between them, none of them welcomed me, essentially they totally ignored me. I had to go there and ask for assistance myself. One of them extremely moody and annoyed took my earring and forced it to fix it. I asked her to change my earrings instead of forcing them and ending up breaking them eventually.

After a 10 min of moody and absolutely disrespectful body language, clearing showing she didn’t want to be there, she changed the earrings. I left the store. No thanks no bye nothing again. She goes back and start gossiping with another associate while I exiting the door.

My point is. Pandora quality of the product is already very cheap and we all know that. You pay for the brand not for the quality. But at least recruiting the staff better so the 200 dollars for silver earring and bracelets are worth?

Obviously last experience with pandora as there are better qualities of material and service literally everywhere like Etsy etc.

Making 17 dollars per hour doesn’t authorize you to give an awful service. If you think that you deserve better go work elsewhere where you can make more money instead of being annoyed and frustrated all shift long. Terrible experience. Management is probably bad as the associate; they don’t seem to be very bothered about the 3.3 starts review.

Is this a joke? I’m pretty sure it’s actually perfectly reflect your in store experience, and the 3 starts out of 5 are the proof. Management absolutely ridiculous, perfectly reflecting the 3 starts online. One of the worst costumers service I’ve experienced.

I stopped in at this location to get my bracelets cleaned as I had not worn my bracelets in a while. I waited close to 30 minutes to have my bracelets look exactly the same with the same oxidized patches. I noticed that the sales associate did not take off my charms to clean the inner bracelet. When I asked her about it, the sales associate told me that it could not be cleaned in the solution and it was my fault for leaving bracelets exposed in air to oxidize. I went home and cleaned my bracelets myself with my polishing cloth and they look brand new.

Do not waste your time at this location. I had better customer service and cleaning at the Bramalea City Centre and Scarborough Town Centre Pandora locations where they have more attention to detail and actually try to resolve your issue.

My partner and I were assisted by Gina and Tina at this Pandora location in Yorkdale Mall a couple of weeks ago. We had a fantastic experience with them in selecting the right engagement ring and wedding band.

They were incredibly knowledgeable, gave honest opinions and useful suggestions and were such a pleasure to work with. They sincerely care about what they do, and it really shows by their excellence in knowledge and professionalism. Thank you for making a precious moment with my partner such a pleasant one!

I would come back to explore other jewelry and would highly recommend this location, especially booking an appointment with Gina and/or Tina!

Worst customer service. Two reps completely ignored me and both attend to someone that came in after me. It is best to order online than dealing with the reps from this store. Horrible. Thankful for Gayoung, She was so polite and professional. The others should take a leaf out of her book.

I’ve called 10 times in a row to talk about an order I am picking up. I urgently need to set a new pick up date or else the order will be cancelled. I can’t believe nobody answered on a Tuesday. Horrible service.

Send my items to get cleaned, the person seems doesn’t wanna do it at all but it’s such an easy job. And she dropped my items on the grand in front of me, without saying sorry!? Also after the clean it doesn’t look nicer than before. I will not longer consider this brand.

I had a bad overall experience today throughout my entire time at the store. When I asked a salesperson for help, she was very rude and had an arrogant attitude towards me. During checkout she rushed the entire process and did not hand me the bag after I paid (I had to reach across the counter for my product).

Had possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever had at this store. Went in with a bracelet I got as a gift for Christmas wanting to exchange it for the smaller length. I had it in the original packaging, with a receipt and the Pandora tissue paper still in the bag. Clearly never worn. Waited 20 minutes for help as I watched 2 employees help the same person and another helped someone who had just walked in before getting to me. I gave them the gift receipt and they told me they couldn’t do the exchange because it had been more than 30 days since the purchase. However my sister got the same bracelet for Christmas and had exchanged hers no problem two days before I tried to. I spent an hour in this store asking how this made sense. I didn't want to return it, I wanted the exact same item in a smaller length so it fit my wrist. They had me call the customer service line who said I should be able to exchange it and still refused to do it. I later asked the person who gifted it to me if they had the original receipt, which said right on it exchanges are accepted until the end of January. The staff should have known better. Clearly uneducated on the extended holiday return period and now I’m having to take even more of my time to go back to the mall to do the exchange that should have been done no problem. Save your breath going to this store. I will never buy from Pandora again.

The service was okay here. I came to exchange a bracelet that broke & the first lady I talked to said something along the lines of, “I’m in the middle of helping a PAYING customer first” which I think came off poorly.

I then waited awhile & Simran helped me & she was super sweet and provided exceptional service.

Extremely unhappy with the way they operate. This store issued a store credit and it was entered wrong. And I don't have the card with me. Now I have to hunt down their customer service and wait hours on the phone to figure out what the actual card number is. The store is completely useless and not helpful at all. This is total unacceptable and I should not be wasting my time getting their issue fixed. They are very good at sending garbage emails which you can not un-subscribe from but when it comes to actually giving you back your money they are incapable! So disappointed and will definitely ask everyone around me to avoid this place.

I would not recommend this location to anyone. I went to the store knowing exactly what I wanted. Once I arrived nobody said anything to me nor made eye contact for quite some time. After being ignored I decided to leave and buy a ring somewhere else.

I was browsing at yorkdale store in very busy time, so I was waiting for getting the service that Rza who was new hired and can't purchase anything alone, start to introduce new items to me and inspired me for shopping and I bought some nice and new items.

**Edited to say the in the end the Eaton Center location was more than happy to help me and they exchanged my old clip for a new one.

I bought 2 matching clips (from the Yorkdale Mall location) for myself and a charm for my MIL for Christmas and one of the clips is not only defective on the outside but it is dirty on the inside and has this blackish grey gunk inside one corner in a hunk. Also the inside of the hinge on the clip is what looks like a sort of rust or like it's frayed? The inside of the other matching clip is perfect and clean and looks completely different than the other one. I feel like the clip I bought was someone's else's return and that stuff inside is dead skin or something. Anyways I bought these clips on Saturday and it is now Thursday. I've been calling your store a couple times a day since Monday morning to speak to someone about this. Why doesn't anyone ever answer the phone at the Yorkdale location?

Best customer service. Really liked the assistance provided by the staff.
I had some issue with my receipt, and the store manager alana spent around 30 mins assisting me and trying to resolve my issue. I really appreciate her help.

I recently visited Yorkdale location to purchase a few items and exchange one item. I received horrible customer service and felt that this should be reviewed. I have gone to other locations and have received great care but every time I have gone into the Yorkdale location the staff are rude and the owners are quick to turn customers away. I understand that Pandora are privately owned but in order to retain business during difficult times like these days you would think that they would treat customers in a better manner. I wanted to exchange an item that was new never used but because it was past the timeline (provided receipt) the owner refused. I left and did not give them my business. I will go to another location to purchase my items. Horrible customer service and stuck up staff.

The manager with the short hair was condensing and defensive about a exchange on a ring i our shaded two days earlier. She stated it was scratched up, well if pandora jewelry scratches within two days why would i keep it? The issues was more on the fact that she screamed at me like i was a child. Worst customer service at this location. Staff is very rude, and if you spend some time looking though items, a store associate told me to just browse online (and not come to the store). I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. After reading previous reviews, this seems to be a recurrent problem at this location.

Went into the store today with my friend who was shopping for a ring. Not even 2 minutes into standing in the store, the manager came up and asked if I was shopping and that there was a limit of 3 ppl in the store and to let the 2 ladies who just got there in. Very rude to ask me if I was shopping there. I was in the store, of course I'm shopping or helping my friend shop. On top of that they had like 5 employees.what's the point of allowing 3 customers when you have 5 employees in the shop. Send out an employee before a possible customer. Safe to say that I would never want to buy anything else from pandora again. In addition the lady at the front of the store was unfriendly and didnt say a word to me as I was forced to wait outside the store

From the moment I entered the door I was well taken care of. The staff were friendly and helpful as it was my first time. They also offered me a deal with their promotion and were very helpful in explaining everything. I enjoyed my experience very much and love my charm bracelet!

They sell during pandemic but as soon as you need help they blame Covid and they do not service what they sold. Bought a ring it changed color, took it to them they touched it and looked at it but they say because of Covid they can not handle rings meanwhile they had it in their hand. It is sad that they blame Covid for their lack of customer service and after sale service.

I went to this store for an exchange on one of the five items I got from eaton centre and the support person was very helping.she confirmed that the square halo pendant was there in stock and she said she just needs to confirm with the manager about the process. When the manager came she first said that the pendant is out of stock and when I told her that I have already asked the executive and she showed me the pendant and they have in stock she mentioned that I can buy the pendant but she will not exchange anything that I purchased from eaton centre. It was same like I walk in to yorkdalea pandora and buy a new product. It was a complete waste of time and efforts.and the manager was so rude.she was even unable to understand simple English. She said sorry I dont think I understand what you are saying and I had to explain same things three times.overall a bad experience would never recommend yorkdale. If you want to buy from Pandora go to eaton centre or square one mall in Mississauga.

The worst place ever. I just wanted something for myself so I went in excited but no one welcomed or even looked at me. I was standing in the showcase for like 5mins and they just didn't care. The store was not even busy. I was looking for a ring and after this person gave me the ring box to try, she never came back. I stood there for like 10mins AGAIN looking at the people talking to each other. I felt so bad and had to just leave without buying anything. If ever you want to buy something in Pandora, NEVER go to this store.

I’ve never been a fan of this Pandora location and with my most recent visit, it just reminded me why I don’t like to shop here. Customer service was terrible. When the store was busy, the managers were all just standing around and having their own conversation and laughing. I’ve never been to a store and seen a bunch of unprofessional workers. I also felt rushed when I was looking for a Christmas gift.

I’ve never felt the need to write a review for a store before until now. On December 30th around 8 pm, I wanted to go to Pandora Yorkdale to check out the charms and most likely buy a charm or two. There was a sale of up to 50% off. I get to Pandora and there is a line to get in. I waited in line for about 20 minutes before it was my turn. I’m finally inside and an employee (who I assume is the manager) asked me what I was looking for in particular. I told her I wanted to browse first and she said that if so, she would have to give my spot to the next person in line because I didn’t know in advance what I wanted. It’s the policy for the store as set by the owner I was told. ***If people cannot browse at the store during sales, there should be a sign saying so or perhaps your employee who is stationed by the entrance should be instructed to let people in line know this policy! I wasted 20 minutes of my time in a line for nothing! This policy and lack of proper communication is how you lose customers to other locations.

The last time I went here it took quite some time to be helped even though the store wasn't busy. Also, I had my bracelet cleaned here and when I got it back after the "cleaning" it honestly didn't even look like they did anything to it. No shine whatsoever even though they weren't busy and I told the girl to take her time as I was not in a rush.

Honestly, this pandora location was amazing, they have really good customer service skills, especially the manager Hanna. Please go to her for any of your issues or concerns, she is so helpful and sweet! I had a mesh bangle that i bought a year ago, at first i went to pandora in square one mall and they refused to help me whatsoever.honestly the worse store ever! I called yorkdale pandora and spoke to hanna and she was super helpful and told me to pass by and she’ll take care of my issue. I went and she gave me no hard time, she was willing to help and gave me a brand new replacement. Please give her a raise! Thank you again hanna:)

Im extremely upset at the change in management. I've been a loyal pandora customer for the last 5 years at Yorkdale. I loved seeing Sabrina helping me because she was one of the most warm and genuine person in retail. I heard about the change to a new store manager; Alana, so I came in to purchase a gift and Alana was the one to help me. She is one of the most rude and egotistic person ever. I thought she was just an employee as she had very basic knowledge of any product and she kept asking others for help. I have worked in the hiring department at a big bank branch downtown for years and I definitely would have never hired a store manager like Alana. She was having a side conversations about another customer she was dealing with as she was cursing at them behind their back and talking inappropriately about another associate who called in sick, right in front of me. In the end, Alana handed me off to another employee named Mega I think, while she was busy cashing someone else out, just so she can have a joking conversation with another employee. It was disrespectful and demeaning. This type of management is so disgusting. Pandora Yorkdale has lost one loyal customer.

If I could give 0 stars I would, went in for a exchange and waited 10 minutes no one offered to help, one girl saw me and said to give her a minute and she disappeared in the back to socialize, there were two other girls talking amongst themselves but didn’t bother to help me, the second a older couple came in they helped them right away while I waited! Finally a stocker saw me and asked one of the girls to help me and she came with no urgency and was not polite! Would not recommend! I’d give 0 stars if I could. You should all take some time to relearn good customer service

One of the worst pandora locations ever. Staff is so unwilling to help, my first time here I was there with intention to buy rings and a bracelet. Staff clearly saw me walk into the store and waiting to be assisted. There were 5 people in store at the time and two were assisting other customers while the other 2 were behind cash talking to each other and one was going in an out of the back room. Both staff saw me waiting to be helped and didn’t even ask if i needed help and instead continued to talk. I finally had to walk up and ask to be helped to which they seemed so unwilling to do.

I went there again recently as my friend bought me something online which i needed a size exchange for and i had to wait in a 20min line only for the staff to tell me ‘you should go to a corporate location’ after making no effort to help. They disregarded my questions and showed so much attitude for no reason at all.
Terrible customer service.

I travelled after work due to a birthday gift. Made it there with one hour to spare. I travelled for about 45 minutes too. Went in line to say they were closed for Boxing Day. When I asked why they said if they were to allow us two, we would be there till 12am. When I asked to see the booklet they yelled at me saying I wasn’t listening to them, and the booklet were only for sales, when I clearly saw they gave the booklet to the people right after me. When I left I saw about 4 people being let in. Unfair and rude. Will not shop here again. Wouldn’t even give them a one star.

I'll start off by saying that I'm a big Pandora fan and have been for many years. I've visited many Pandora locations, but I've only ever had terrible experiences at this location. My second visit to Pandora Yorkdale has been my final one because the service there is trash - there is no other way of putting it.

The first time I tried to return a charm there, the sales associate might as well have put it under a microscope to investigate if it has been worn. Mind you the purchase was made just a couple of days ago. Her behaviour was aggressive and she demanded to know why I was returning it even though it was well within the return policy. She looked irritated that I was bringing this charm back and just tossed the refund receipt on the counter and walked away when the return was processed.

My second experience was during one of their busy days during Boxing week and when I had tried to go inside the store 40 mins before closing time to look at their rings, the associate standing at the front of the store starting snapping her fingers at me and told me they're not letting anyone into the store at this point because they're closing in 40 mins. I explained that I didn't need to be serviced and just wanted to take a peek at their rings which are on display and she told me to leave the store. I asked for a catalogue (there was a stack of them sitting on the counter), she said she didn't have any for me and turned away from me, blocking the entrance to the store. I could have understood that they were cutting off the line for the day to shop at their store, but the way she dealt with it was incredibly rude and inappropriate. I know that Pandora stores are franchises, so I would avoid giving this location your money. I have yet to hear about a pleasant experience from others at Pandora Yorkdale so I highly recommend shopping elsewhere. The staff at other locations around Toronto are usually really helpful, patient and sweet, but Pandora Yorkdale is horrible. They're very fortunate that they have such a high traffic location, otherwise I doubt anyone would shop there with that kind of service.

Does not deserve any star. Store manager rude and staff was not helpful. I will not shop at this location One of the worst locations. We stand in line waiting to on my turn to enter the store and was been told rudely by the manager the store is closed for the day and it was only 10pm, the store normally close at 11pm. I got off of work and rushed to get there on time. They were other people in front of me and also behind of me but she stop the line from me. Then I saw few others just walking into the store. I even ask the gentleman for a sale booklet and he refused to give it to me he told me it’s only for sales. It’s not a good experience. I now believe the other people that review this location.

Was told that the store was full half an hour before closing.even with 5 people in the store. Customer service is horrible let alone staff is rude. They won’t even bother to look for a charm and automatically tell you it’s sold out.
