Unprofessional and condescending service from the “manager” on duty. Purchased a ring online for my daughter. Stones are falling out. Asked her if she bangs her ring on things and would not honour the company warranty of a year. Actually said “I can’t help you. Bye-bye” waving her fingers in my face.

Just went to Pandora White Oaks. It’s like they are two different companies. They honoured the warranty and replaced the ring on the spot. If you plan to shop at Pandora in London, I would highly recommend going to White Oaks.

Bad experience at this location! Don’t go to this location, go to the White Oaks Mall instead, so much more nicer and helpful!

This location deserves 0 stars. I went to look for a charm as a gift. All of the staff were uninterested in showing anything. I asked to see two charms and she showed them with such an attitude and while i was still looking she asked me "are you going to buy". Well with that type of customer services i wasnt going to buy anything. It cant be just the staff the training and directions have to come from the management which clearly supports this type of customer service. And i also asked if i could order online and pick it up in the store to which she said "NO". I had to ask why as i see as an option online.her response "well that doesnt work".

The most DISRESPECTFUL and condescending staff I’ve ever met. FUN FACT: the Masonville Mall location is independently owned & has a LONG history of poor customer service. AVOID THIS LOCATION. My mom purchased 3 rings (part of a set) for a gift, and confirmed with the employee that they were all size 54 (7), however when I opened the gift that wasn’t the case as the PANDORA STAFF MEMBER MADE A MISTAKE. We took them back to the store hoping to just get them swapped out and the SAME employee who messed up the ring sizes claimed there was nothing she could do without the receipt, claiming it was ‘human error’ (which would be an acceptable excuse if she offered to help but she immediately wrote us off) then, she continued to escalate the situation and provided poor customer service, as well as the OTHER staff member speaking up and giving her opinion with copious amounts of attitude, when she wasn’t even involved. This was a horrible experience and neither of these employees should work in customer service. The owners of this location should be ASHAMED.

I wish I could give zero stars for this store.
June 15th 2023 - 3 of my friends took me to the pandora store which is located in Masonville Mall. We were not window shopping instead they took me to buy gifts for me for my birthday.
We had a very bad experience, the customer service is horrible. The sales associate with glasses, she was so hesitant to show the charms and bracelets. After buying the bracelet and charms we thought to look for rings, when we asked for different size she responded very rudely, she asked us to select the style first. Without having the correct size and trying it on how could we select the style that suit our fingers. The behaviour was unacceptable especially when we were spending 100s of dollars. She literally spoiled our day.
To the owner- You are loosing lots of loyal and good customers because of your store associates/ customer service.

The associates are not very friendly at all! I had some questions about my bracelet that I received as a gift and they were quite rude. They seem to only be nice if you're looking to purchase items.

WOULD GIVE 0 STARS, STAFF SUPER RUDE! I ended up crying after getting home because I was treated so disrespectfully and looked down upon at the store (Her name is Nicole N. (long brown hair, bigger build). Already filed a complaint, NEVER GOING BACK THERE!

Terrible customer service. Wish I got the woman’s name. Her facial expression is completely flat and she was not friendly at all. She told me I couldn’t do an exchange for a different style bracelet that cost the same amount and I could only do I sizing exchange for the bracelet I already have. When I called the customer service line they didn’t understand why that wouldn’t be ok. Then I called another location to see about doing an exchange for a different bracelet and they said it wouldn’t be a problem. So I went back into the Masonville Pandora and asked her why I couldn’t do the exchange when the customer service woman said I could and another store also said it wouldn’t be a problem she THEN makes me feel like it’s my fault and tells me it’s related to sizing and that the bracelet I want they don’t have in stock in the size I need. Not once did she ask me the size I needed, she only told me all she could do was exchange the bracelet I have for a different size. She didn’t offer me other bracelets. She said a size exchange for the bracelet I have. Come to find out I CAN exchange the bracelet for a different bracelet. She just wanted to be difficult. I will be going to do an exchange at a different location.

Went in there to talk to one of the employees on February 14th around 5pm, about an exchange, and for some reason she was very short and rude. I did not find her helpful at all, because she would answer questions very condescendingly and was not trying to help, and consequently, I still haven't managed to resolve my issue. I have heard that all Masonville Pandora employees are rude, but I didn't know that it is that bad. I would suggest the head office to really do something about it, because her attitude yesterday, convinced me to never purchase anything from there, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to do so either anymore.

As a previous Pandora sales lead in BC walked into the store today in the afternoon wanting to try on some rings. The store was very quiet and only two employees were working. We asked for a few sizes in some rings for myself and my friend. Since they did not have them on display they had to look at the back inventory and they kept asking if we are going to buy/order and that they do not want to pull the sizes/styles out if we are not planning to buy.
In addition, they very protective of the Pandora catalog and the rings (they were $50 each) and would take them away after a few seconds without letting us think/compare while we had them on, as if we were going to steal them which was very disrespectful and unprofessional.
To order the right size/style I had to wait 2 weeks. Since I was not from Ontario I nicely explained that I would need to order them online. We left the store and got completely ignored by the staff on the way out while we were thanking them and saying goodbye despite the poor service we got.
I would say the customer service was extremely poor and as far as I know this is not how Pandora way of selling is (or at least was!)

Rude staff! I usually don’t write reviews but unfortunately I had a terrible experience at this Pandora location due to an employee giving me a lot of attitude when I was politely asking for clarification on their store credit policy: (Not sure what her name was but there are many other reviews saying the same thing so I’m assuming it might be the same lady! She was extremely passive aggressive (or even straight up aggressive) in the way she spoke and made me feel stupid for not memorizing every single term and condition on the receipt. I hope this store considers implementing more comprehensive customer service training practices.
