Yesterday we purchased jewelry for above $150 from this location and got eligible for a free bracelet. Since they don’t have the right size, the sales girl advised that we can buy a different size and later change it in any location. She checked her tab and ensured that the Erin mills location have 2 in stock with the size or we can go for different models.

Today we visited this Erin mills location and the salesgirl said they don’t have the size and we are not allowed to select a different model. Since you gave us the wrong information we ended up with a large bracelet.

If PANDORA is giving promotions, then showrooms must make sure that they have enough items in stock. From all the models they have, they only had 1 model with 16 size in stock…. Poor.

I never write reviews but my experience at this location was horrible! My mom and I visited this location August 18. We walked in all the sales associates were busy expect one associate, she had long redish colored hair and it was clear she was trying to ignore us. She had her back towards us and it was obvious she didn’t want to help. If the store was busy and all the employees were occupied, we would have understood but the store was not busy at all, there was no line. Please, make sure your employees are trained in customer service because this was unacceptable!

I visited bramelea city centre location for a purchase. The staff are very unprofessional and have no training on customer service.
I made a purchase of bracelet, asked her to show me a sample instead of bringing to us she asked us to go and look on our own.
She added in a gift box without explaining that it comes with a regular box when asked to cancel the gift box, she was so rude and said she can’t do it. Then I said I want to cancel the full order then the manager intervened and apologized and cancel the charges for the gift box.
I am a regular customer with pandora. Never have I experienced anything like this. I always found them to be good with customers.
I hope they take steps on the customer service representative who made my experience a horrible one and is not fit for this type of business

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Necklace from this store. The sales representative I encountered was simply amazing, and the gift packaging provided added an extra touch of delight to my purchase.

From the moment I entered, I was greeted with a warm smile and a genuine eagerness to assist. The sales representative I worked with displayed an impressive level of knowledge and expertise.

The presentation was exquisite, and it made the gift even more special.

Never buying Pandora again. Bought a ring to gift, worth 185 plus taxes, wasn't really a good fit. Went back to return after 4 days, they said its worn out and can't be taken back. That's what the quality of the product they sell is. Not even worth after wearing for 4 days. The color fades away that fast. First and the last time!

Usually they are packed and you have to line up outside the store but today it was a quick trip walked in picked what we needed. The sales reps was amazing.

I visited this location to exchange a ring (gift), but your employers said it has scratch on it & i did not wear it once time bcz its not fit me, i want a bigger size. They just making excuse to me. Bad experience at this location.

I have always loved pandora and I was finally able to get a bracelet im so happy with it and the charms are amazing so much to choose from. The staff where very friendly and new there inventory will be going back alot

Sales associates do not answer the phone. I don't even shop here.cheap silver jewerly but I'm trying to reserve an item for a Christmas gift ughhh

Don’t restock on Boxing Day when you have customers waiting in line. Time is money and you are loosing your customers!

I really hope their upper management takes a serious look at the employees they have to represent their brand because it’s truly a disappointment and embarrassment. The staff here are so rude and probably shouldn’t work customer service if they don’t know how to interact with client or resolve basic solutions.

Worst place to shop. I have to pickup my order from this place that was ordered online and no one is pickup the call. I think the number is just to show up. I wait in the line more than half an hour to pickup order that was already ordered and paid

Someone got a gift for me and it's brand new and they won't return it saying it wasn't bought at that particular store i was just asking for money in a gift card.

Wish i could give zero. My husband bought ring for me the size was not fit properly. Come to exchange after 1 week. They didn’t return it said it is usaged. The same thing they packed now not exchanging. Even not listening anything. It is totally fraud. We left ring there they are agree to keep it without exchange and refund. Totally fraud

I would like to share my worst experience that I had with this store. This store is a big fraud. The staff is too rude and unprofessional. They are just ripping people’s money. I went there to return the ring purchased which is under the period of 30 days of return and exchange. The staff lady took the ring without my permission and went inside backroom and rubbed the ring and when she came back told me that she cannot as it was worn to avoid to refund the money. I told her that it was never worn and was like that only inside the box. She and her manager started misbehaving and we’re too rude to avoid any exchange or return.

Pandora Bramelea city centre store is a big Fraud everyone please beware and read the reviews before visiting them. They are spoiling the image of the brand Pandora.

Sehajpreet, one of the arrogant person met in Canada. We went to return a ring, she treated us as we are doing something illegal. Treated us with a blank face, no smile nothing. They are in for customer service but missing the decency.
