The best associates ever, all of them were very helpful, I wasn't sure what to get for gifts Nikita, Araba and Shante had some awesome suggestions.

The atmosphere in the store was very welcoming. I was attended to and taken care of and I will definitely be coming back

I rarely review but today was so frustrating that I have to.

I just stood in this store for nearly 40 minutes while the two employees very slowly served one customer at a time… Which is fine, if that customer is needing your full attention. However there were approximately 11 other customers surrounding the counters, some with very simple questions & the customers they were “assisting” were simply perusing the catalogue and didn’t need the salespersons full attention. The sales team were watching them look at the booklet…And the two attendants would make eye contact and then ignore you. I remained very patient because everyone works at a different pace- but what bothered me was they were talking amongst themselves about the customers. And quite frankly, we’re not polite. It’s like they found the irritation of us all amusing? Eye rolling, sarcastic tones…. Customers would come then leave the store- I watched 4 leave in the time that I stood there- just walk out frustrated. The woman next to me and myself had a quick purchase- we knew exactly what we wanted and it would have been an under 5 minute double sale of two tennis bracelets.

I would not recommend this Pandora, swarvoski is across the way and I was in and out in five minutes with a $200 purchase in hand- so go there!

I lined up for exchange the staff cad very rude and careless laughter at me and told me they can’t do anything my gift is a free item …. I went to other location and they help me out and changed the size for me …. So they not costumer oriented just rude staff

You’re not allowed to return or change any gifts
I suggest you never get a gift from here or else it’s gonna be a huge Hastle to even to change a size

Customer service is bad, the girls who are working there are not friendly and doesn’t communicate professionally at all. The store lacks collections. I don’t recommend this location at all!

The staff are rude students lacking customer service skills. I had been a long standing customer at this location, but after the behaviour and lack of manners the staff displayed on the morning of Christmas eve, I will not be returning to this location.

I was at this location for last xmas shopping and witnessed how one sales person was rude to a customer that was with her teenager daughter. I felt sorry to see how this lady waited on the line to only be kicked out of the store as the rude sales person claimed their policy store is one customer per sales person, leaving the child in the store mortified trying to pick up a gift. I will not be returning here due to the lack of professionalism and human disregard, especially during xmas.
Terrible witnessed experience.

Shante was fantastic! Professional & very helpful. She was able to get me items for both of my sisters with some great recommendations that will surely be a great success! The best part was, I was able to do this and be all checked out in 30 Min! LOL:) Thanks again!

The manager was rude and very opinionated when I asked to return something without a receipt, when the item was damaged. The staff was okay with it and very friendly and apologetic, but they needed the manager’s approval, when the manager came, she yelled at the staff in front of me and never took ownership for the mistakes, she kept blaming everything on me.she eventually went ahead with the refund, but never again from this store.

This girl named Melissa helped me out and I am so thankful! I didn't know what to get my girlfriend but she really found me some good options!
